@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

Just seen that @EE have reintroduced roaming charges for new customers, despite claiming back in January they would not do so. I will be leaving the network when my contract is up. Very disappointing. 😡

@darrengrimes_ @EE This surely is opportunism, does anyone know if the phone providers are actually incurring additional costs. Problem is you move providers then when they’ve captured you all they folow suit, it’s a cartel.

Still haven't had anyone ring me from 3 weeks ago when they said they would. Still having issues not receiving full internet from our wifi device so I intend on not paying full price for the last 3 weeks bill! Ignorant company @EE #badcustomerservice #goelsewhere
