  • kevinwalshuk Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

  • kevinwalshuk Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

  • kevinwalshuk Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England

@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

  • johnroger40 JohnCUFC (@johnroger40) reported from Kendal, England

Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

So @EE will literally be pulling our pants down from April with the most ridiculous of price increases and we're all struggling as it is.

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks (@Shaunjenks) reported

@DirectTechYT @EE Coverage is good. Call quality is awful (EE are known for this) and their network is massively over subscribed leading to full bars but little or no data. Their 5G roll ping is mostly just reframing of low band 4G spectrum which doesn’t help

  • Northeastred Nigel Malone (@Northeastred) reported

@EE I'm not worried, I'm angry. But I can imagine many are worried, and as I said, you (not you personally but EE) are part of the problem with regards to "digital exclusion".

  • laurenunx Lauren ❤️ (@laurenunx) reported

I swear @EE always have massive pay increases on your phone bill every year 🙈 roll on October when I can cancel!

  • Northeastred Nigel Malone (@Northeastred) reported

@EE CPI isn't enough? Disgrace. Another corp with a money-grab, hiding behind the sky-high inflation. Look forward to seeing your 15% profit increase. Just a note, you're pushing more and more people towards that "financial hardship/digital exclusion, you're part of the problem 👍.

  • loz_vallance Lorraine Vallance (@loz_vallance) reported

@EE 14.4% increase! That’s daylight robbery. Sending everyone the same standard investment excuse just doesn’t justify it I’m afraid. I can’t even get an EE signal in my area anymore. I use Wi-Fi calling at home.

  • trojanhorse1962 Lee Jennings (@trojanhorse1962) reported

@EE Why is your 5G coverage so ****. Your 5G coverage map is not accurate at all. Your 5G speeds seem to be 5 times slower than 4G.

  • liambasi Liam Basi (@liambasi) reported

@EE There’s an increase, and then there’s ripping off your customers during a cost of living crisis whilst I’m sure your profits are soaring. Very very poor from from EE.

  • AlexandraAnneMU Alexandra Fitzgerald (@AlexandraAnneMU) reported

@LimeGreenConslt @EE Honestly- i’m tied in until November. I’ve been a customer since the old Orange days on my first mobile as a teenager. This is totally unacceptable and what a way to take advantage during a cost of living crisis. I can’t believe they can justify this

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks (@Shaunjenks) reported from Urmston, England

@DirectTechYT @EE EE are god damn awful, their 5G is basically unusable. I get very good service with Three locally, speeds in the excess of 1gbps on the daily
