@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@EE landing in the US ystdsy with no roaming I used to arrive here and all my data and minutes were automatically included Prior to flying, I had called 150 but received a text for your new visual system that would apparently help me get to someone sooner

@EE I was given false information, the lady that signed my new contract assured me it was cheaper than the previous year, that turned out not to be true and now there's a £4 rise. Time for a change, the huge increase in the cost of living benefits EE but not the customer

@EE So, as a vulnerable customer, putting my price up to unaffordable rates means you are causing digital exclusion ? My signal is so bad that I have to rely on connecting my mobile to my wifi at home!
