    @jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    Hi @EE I was just wondering, I can see your website says out of stock of #PlayStation5 however, I keep getting a pop up saying I can not add anything to my plan as I'm not in the first 17 months of my contact..... I signed up to a new 24 month contract a couple weeks ago. Help?

    @EE As your site makes NO mention of 5g coming to my city, Can I ask yet again when when will 5g from EE be coming to Peterborough.I am paying for a service I don't get.......

    @EE Thank you. Yes, I've already got a new number so no longer need EE one. Problem is, my EE SIM card is showing up with "SIM not provisioned" when I put it in my phone. I ordered a replacement SIM and have the same issue. Is this because I've not used the SIM in some time?

    @OpenreachHelp please help. We placed an order with @EE in November, we still don’t have a reliable connection. Now told that it’s going to be next month before an engineer is available. Local engineer says he’s not busy and he’s still waiting for our order.

    @EE I have no internet or phone line, a message appear "no mobile data service, temporarily turned off by your operator". I need to make phone calls for work and I am not able to do so. Can someone from customer service contact me asap? I need this problem sorted.

    @EE been on hold for 55 minutes from on number and 35 from another! You asked me to contact you so answer the bloody phones it’s ridiculous! Customer service is appalling #EE

    I'm very tempted by 3's offerings. Looks like they could bring my monthly cost down from £55 to £28 while offering more data on my broadband. I'll need to check coverage, but it's an appealing thought. I guess I'll see what @EE offers next month when I renew.

    @EE day 4 of not having signal to send texts or make calls, now your coverage checker won’t work & the live chat doesn’t even let me get through to an agent it asks me to call which I can’t do!!! I’m furious about this and it’s is really hampering my ability to work from home.

    @EE I sent back several bills to your Doxford address which have arrived here for the previous occupant. They're still arriving, 18 months later. Can you stop it? Latest one is bill reference V01834886942, customer is FES, account no ******529.
