Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Defininitely something wrong with connections right now. Trying to connect to certain websites as well as game launchers but connection is timing out. Having issues with LostArk and AmazonGames. Using a mobile home router. No issues last night up till 3am.

@EE so, like others, my firestick randomly stopped connecting to the internet this morning. WiFi still works fine on everything else it’s just the firestick. Is this something you can fix? It was fine until like … 8.20am-ish?
