    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @EE Hi my mum has l hope successfully cancelled EE using web chat. She explained she has MND and can no longer speak and that it was terminal. The first response was to try and upsell her a data package and then trying to get her on Pay As You Go. Finally they agreed to cancel

    Companies like @ee and @02 allow you to unlock any phone you buy. A lot more easier then they used to. But @VodafoneUK are still a joke. They expect you to be a customer for 30 days on a pay as you go sim. Top up make a call. Then let you request to unlock a phone. Absolute joke.

    @EE really poor service for my trip to the USA. standard message on arrival says leave network selection to automatic, I did that! AT&T network issues apparently and now using T mobile as notified by customer service and that is even worse…I can’t even call you.

    @EE I'd settle for a decent resolve to the shocking service in Beverley for months due to you moving the mast. Trying to work from home and not able to make or receive phone calls yet still expected to pay the monthly fee is bad. I'm switching supplier now

    @EE I contacted you at 1658 to complain AGAIN about the crap 4G router but no one got back to me before you all went home at 2000. I’ve just rebooted it for about the 6th time today.
