  @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

  @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

  @EE hello my 4GEE Wi-fi mini isn’t connecting to the internet as the EE signal doesn’t seem to be running (I’m in Sunderland) you’re not showing as having an outage? I’m not able to use your wi-fi and connecting here via 4G. Please advise. Thank you

  @EE I wanted to cancel but the lady I spoke to said “can’t get you a pac code, system isn’t working”. So the manager was going to call but never did.

  @EE @wembleystadium **** company & **** customer service. I’ve been complaining since 2020 about internet not working, 3 engineers has attended... still doesn’t work & they still want me to pay to cancel the contract, what a joke!! #THIEVES #SHITCOMPANY

  @EE Hi - the signal light is blue for a second then turns red. All other lights are blue. Yet on my iPhone and my laptop it is saying that the wi-fi is connected (albeit weak connection). When I try to connect to the internet or any apps it says ‘no connection’
