Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

Formal complaint seemed promising but when passed to their 'Value' team, price offered was £10 more than for a new customer. It was nuts.

Rang EE to be told oh yeah they aren't coming they messed up. Cancel and we will have to reorder with a new report. 6 more weeks wait?!

lord farquar (@Rudolph4974) reported@EE I take out a 5g phone and can’t get any signal even when it drops to 4G I pay good money each month and the signal is **** ! Don’t say check the area to see if theirs a fault either ! Sort or it goes in the bin !
