@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE what's going on? TOTAL loss of service (phone and 5GEE mobile broadband) for the past day or so. (using an alternative PAYG network, just now, expensive). Try to contact Tech Support, online chat turned off, calling 150 and call disconnected twice after 23 minutes wait? WTF?

@EE just spent an hour on hold to your returns team to be told that office is now closed. 8 weeks now to try and resolve an issue that has resulted in me be double billed and cut off whilst working abroad. And you win awards?

@EE my phone contract is all paid till the end of December, but I can’t make any calls at all? And I can’t even call EE as it states the line is unavailable! Someone please help fix this.

When you spend 1.5 hours waiting for @ee to answer the phone, then as you take the mail in a bird craps on the letter you are holding and it's not yet 11am... you just know it's going to be a bad day!

@EE what terrible service from EE store in Northwich I ordered the new iPhone 14 pro max plus on28th October got a text on 30th Nov collect phone on 1st Dec went in Northwich store to collect on 2nd Dec told phone was not there I’m still trying to contact the store no luck HELP
