@EE we've had no internet signal since 7pm last night (Saturday) can't get through to your support line. Please advise. I've lost 12hrs shift pay as I work from home and need my internet. Will you compensate me for loss in wages? Beginning to regret renewal of my contract!!

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE I have an Xbox Series X coming tomorrow from you. I’ve just noticed DPD who are delivering it says they will need photo ID, problem is I don’t have any. My brother is here and has a passport will that be good enough to accept the delivery?

@EE Absolutely disgraceful that loss of service in CT8 postcode is being so badly managed by EE. Poor communication and no clarity on service resumption date,will NOT be renewing with you in August,very poor EE 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

@EE I am getting No service all the time since this. The only time I get service which was for a few minutes is when the battery dies and I charge back up or when I reset the Network Settings. Why has this happened?

@EE My phone Iphone 7 was updated on Saturday and I received a message from EE that we have updated some of your network settings. Please restart your phone to make sure it's up to date.

A 3rd party just rang on behalf of EE to say I was selected 2 receive rewards 4 customer loyalty. As some comps offer perks like Orange Wed/Disney+ I called EE to check it was legit but turns out I’ve actually been selected to see if I want to pay them more! Really poor from @EE

@EE hi, my WiFi has been down for over 48 hours now. An engineer was supposed to come between 8am-1pm today but no one has showed up or even called me to let me know they’ll be late.
