Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE we've had no internet signal since 7pm last night (Saturday) can't get through to your support line. Please advise. I've lost 12hrs shift pay as I work from home and need my internet. Will you compensate me for loss in wages? Beginning to regret renewal of my contract!!

@EE I can't even just re-add the hd&4k through the app. It forces me to start a while new tv order and then tells me I already have an open order, which I don't, so I can't do it. Your app is absolutely useless. It never works and your website is worse.

@dshensmith @ThreeUK @EE To be honest I don’t know of a decent mobile Company in the UK. I have tried all of them, they are equally as bad as each other. But as normal us British don’t say a word and put up with appalling customer service but pay the price.

@EE It doesnt get me to a real person. I’ve done that. Why do you hide from your customers. I had a message saying my DD has expired. It was paid today. I’m ot sure it is a scam and wanted to check with you and I cant get a real person to help I’m not interacting with a text

@EE It's impossible to get through on the phone the options are insane. If I did after hours of trying get through to someone it won't help . I've just tried and was unable to get to speak to someone. After weeks of no internet and appalling service we went

@EE So, all in, I've spent the equivalent of two working days on the phone – only to learn four months later that the original issue was never fully resolved, and your incompetent systems have cost me £159. Gonna chuck in the equivalent of two days' wages for so much wasted time?
