  @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

  @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

  @EE is there a problem with service in Northamptonshire area?my phone keeps showing no service, when I turn my phone off and on it comes back for 5-10 minutes and then no service again?

  Shame on @EE for shockingly poor customer service. An add-on was put onto my account costing me £80.00 - was told by 'Michael' on 4th April I would be contacted by a manager to resolve. No communication since despite flagging to 'Michael' that I have a recognised disability.

  @EE we are having problems sorting out a supposed unpaid bill of my daughters, and are being batted 🏏from one dept to another with no resolution....Can anyone take ownership of this and help get it sorted ???? It’s really worrying her.

  I also still can't access my @EE account to understand why this add-on was put on costing me £80.00 which I want refunded. Therefore blocked from my own account. Shocking customer service - particularly as I flagged to 'Michael' I have a recognised disability.

  Daughter was rude, I took ALL her data, got to hit her where it hurts, best thing about @EE we can share and in this case confiscate data.

  @EE No ******* service. I am trying to do business here and I cannot get any service. What ******** would I pay your "bill" - which is for the non service you haven't supplied me with - for???
