@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

Sat in large-ish town in middle of country and, still, the phone signal is ****. It’s no better than when I had my first mobile 25+ years ago. Why has there been zero progress in this technology but I have to pay a fortune? @EE

@EE yh sure - from Virgin i get 360 download speed and 30 upload speed with 20 - 30 ping. The ping is bad, but the speed is great, so wanna see what you guys can do, so that when my contract ends I can decide whether to move or not

@annwitbrock @EE absolutely. for me the advantage of having two networks is redundancy, so i don't let clients down.

@EE major fault in the EC3 and EC4 area of London - central London, near Bank station. Zero signal for days now, can’t receive WhatsApp’s, make calls etc. In central London!!! Pls fix

@EE your app and website keep failing. Logs me out, then won’t let me send messages to the person “helping” me. My phone also keeps losing signal. I’m not happy that I’ve had this contract for 3 months and the bill has increased every month. Esp when customer service is this bad.

@EE I paid for roam further and it’s not working - no signal and no data. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips and nothing is working. I’ve paid for a service that doesn’t work - can you help?
