    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @EE I have a router which has two lights on it that have to be aqua to signal it’s working properly if that helps.

    @EE what is the point having @AirtimeRewards when you can’t even use is as every time i try to redem my points it gets rejected and no one at ee seems to be able to help me, been trying to do this for the past 2 weeks. I need the credit block off my ee account

    @EE @Scrappincaz929 That's absolute rubbish! Your colleagues in store have never said anything to me about price increase during the contract- just sign here agree to the terms, they don't highlight or mention price increase. And it's the biggest one yet- why?!

    @EE The router started working this morning however the speed is still questionable. When me and my partner are connected via Wi-Fi on our phones the signal cuts out so we have to start using our data. I pay for fibre and it’s honestly not worth it

    @EE ordered phone 4/2, still not here, you’ve ‘tried’ t9 deliver twice, have wrong address apparently (your mistake) and refuse to redeliver today even though DPD say they can - appalling customer service, do I need to cancel my contract?

    Using my company phone also but on @EE which is a pixel 4a and not 5g compatible gave 270mb Down and 35mb UP ….. #capped ???
