@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@EE hi, I recently moved to you guys as I wanted good signal and have been told that you guys have the best coverage. I am constantly on 1 bar or no service, and it’s becoming a joke now. Im tied into a 2 year sim only with you and I am not happy with this service

Has anyone else’s 4G gone horrendous since 5G came out? I can’t even make a phone call now it’s that bad @EE are corrupt as ****, as soon as 5G comes out suddenly 4G is abysmal. #nufc

@EE guys am trying to report an act of fraud - your customer service is not great as I am not a customer?! Maybe if the fraudster rang up they would be able to talk to you? Ridiculous - you should make ID theft a priority!
