    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @EE we've had no internet signal since 7pm last night (Saturday) can't get through to your support line. Please advise. I've lost 12hrs shift pay as I work from home and need my internet. Will you compensate me for loss in wages? Beginning to regret renewal of my contract!!

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @EE I have a broadband account with you, but no mobile account. Your phone line keeps hanging up on me. I need to amend my contract for work purposes. How to I connect with you. Very frustrated customer!

    @EE No they aren’t. My signal is so shocking I can’t even speak to my GP properly to book an appt for my son who we think has measles. Absolutely ridiculous!

    @EE why on earth am@o paying 189 pound a month for crap signal , thus has been going on for the last two weeks SORT IT OUT or im leaving EE

    @EE my service has been terrible for 3 weeks and not only that but my phone calls keep cutting out! When I am on the phone the other person can barely hear me. I understand the odd day but not 3 weeks when I’m paying £64 a month 😞👎🏻

    Yet more fiasco with @ee turns out you think that consumer law doesn’t apply to you. Wouldn’t replace a broken product even though @Apple said it was through no fault of my own. It’s less than two years old. Been a customer for 10 years. Not for much longer.

    @EE I’ve been on hold nearly 2 hours to reactivate my SIM. I’ve been told I cannot do it without calling. Took 90 mins to get through yesterday too. Can you help please!
