    Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @EE Now spoke on 17 occasions to a technical support engineer, can’t believe it’s this difficult to get a few TV channels working. This needs raised to a higher level, on 3 occasions now a senior manager was supposed to be calling me back, none of which have called.

    @EE Service drops out, calls drop out, calls take ages to connect even with full bars. I can't get signal in the middle of my local town. I've never experienced a more broken, unstable and patchy service

    @EE So much for your official complaints procedure. Still waiting a week later for a callback. Yet you still continue to send threatening letters for a service that wasn't signed up for that we have contacted you about many times to tell you about. Incompetent company.

    @EE I just told you explicitly. Do I ask my question again, what is the app for except a shop front for your products? It has no use to the customer as far as I can see.

    @EE why do you send DPD PIN codes through text when the numbers we have got with you are for iPads. We don’t receive texts through iPad. So now have to reject a delivery because this is stupid.

    @EE I have no way to contact you to log a technical issue . Your automatic phone routing doesn’t give any option for this category for help. I’ve had to select “I want to leave EE” even tho I don’t , just to see if I can get a person to speak to - now the wait is 45 mins. I just want to raise a support ticket. Issue is: calls are not coming through at all. Initially went to VM, I turned that divert off; now it’s just shows “Engaged” tone. My phone is available. Not receiving calls please assist

    @EE Thats another issue ! Dismissive operators ... who are aware of the app issues etc but nothing is done ! I will be cancelling at earliest opportunity as well as our mobiles!

    @EE There must have been a reboot while I was out and two of my cameras were not working. I needed to check the IP addresses applied automatically but I couldn't get that info in the app.
