  @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

  @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

  @jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

  @EE we've had no internet signal since 7pm last night (Saturday) can't get through to your support line. Please advise. I've lost 12hrs shift pay as I work from home and need my internet. Will you compensate me for loss in wages? Beginning to regret renewal of my contract!!

  @EE why is it every time I go to Dorset or Somerset the coverage is always terrible ? I have virtually no signal at all . My wife is on Tesco and never has a problem. Why am I paying so much more for poor service? What’s happening to EE ?

  @EE to anyone contemplating entering into a contract for provision of a mobile service in #York (particularly YO30 area) where @EE is the provider or anyone who uses the same infrastructure - don’t is my advice.

  @EE has the worst app and website to try and upgrade. Nothing works, won’t let me pick store to have it delivered to and then keeps telling me I’ve reached my limit of trying to add my bank details. **** this. I’ll go elsewhere.

  How many elderly R victims of #financialabuse by telcos like @EE & have money being debited every month for services they’ve been upsold by nefarious sales teams that they never use? It happened 2 me and I bet it’s happening 2 your gran 2. Check in with your elders #grubbythieves

  @EE I’ve already done this and I get told the same thing which is they don’t see no problems in my area but clearly there is because every time I leave the house my signal drops and I can’t even attempt to make a phone call as it just cuts off!
