@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE I'm trying to upgrade online but it won't accept my student discount code. I've tried using the chat but they said they can't help. I have no signal in the house so can't call. I've been trying to sort this all morning with no resolve.

@EE My bill is paid direct debit and is never missed. Just thought if the tarrif could be reduced it would save a few quid each month. Paying for something that isn't being used (60G of data) seems financially pointless.

@EE Hi. I'm good thanks, although frustrated that EE just hung up on me again. Its calls, text and data affected as NO SERVICE at all. WiFi is ok though. Please help as my mum needs her phone back working especially as she receives texts from NHS so very important. Thanks

@EE @EE Can you recommend a network that dont go out of service 5 times a month? Can you recommend a genuine reliable network, that dont false advertise? Can you recommend a helpful network who really helps there customers? Can you recommend a network who is not so ignorant?

@EE Unfortunately registering doesn't do anything on any site. Registered with a few company's and the never email you when they have them in stock. I can only but assume that it will be the same with ee. Starting to think it will be xmas by the time my kids get last year's presents.
