    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    are there any UK based mobile providers that actually have proper working parental controls, restrictions and the ability to enable/disable data? using @ee currently, and it just doesn't work properly and is not reliable, confirmed by their own support.

    @EE after 2 weeks with a phone that a repair guy has said is probably blacklisted cos it has no service and no answer on your twitter or on facebook and i have no phone to call your number do you think you can be bothered to try and find out if you have blacklisted my phone

    @EE It works and then goes down for a period of time and continuously has happened since may. From online community it is happening to a lot of ppl

    I’m so gutted that @ThreeUK now charge for roaming 😭 £2/£5 a day soon adds up when you’re away! I think I’m going to have to change to @O2 or @EE that either have kept the roaming inclusive of a plan or have an add on. #SimOnlyPlans #mobilenetworks #Network

    @EE EE customer service: sorry we can’t help you speak to the insurance team. EE IT: sorry we can’t help u only back room staff can do that, u can’t speak to them 🙄. Then tell me to get a letter! From apple proving I don’t have apple care so they can reinstate my policy

    @AnaVK Haha, that would annoy me doing that. This is why I’ve made sure I’m with a decent network and I’m moving to @EE in November cuz I keep having issues with @VodafoneUK

    @EE How do I cancel my broadband it's up for renewal which I do not want as your service is crap as is your internet.
