@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@ispreview Just been told by @EE that not only are VPNs not supported (fair enough), they are BLOCKED by their mobile network. Just taken out a contract in the last 6 weeks with enough data to tether off in case of emergency, only to find the tethering is useless for me now.

Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. @EE has been amazing for phone signal, but todays customer service has been the worst… Almost had me in tears, eventually 2 managers in they saw it was their fault. PAC acquired, but now where?

I upgraded and requested a new sim which will take several working days to arrive but in the meantime my service has been disconnected @EE. Need my service back please. Thanks.

Dear @EE , Why is your app now terrible? Why are your customer representatives unhelpful? Why are you making it harder to sort out an upgrade? Do you want to lose customers ?!

@EE Ok, but I need to confirm firstly if the reply EE techs gave me, saying that we can not guarantee service if you're at home, moving, or stationary is correct. Otherwise EE have no responsibility to provide any service for the money they take.

@DdraigyEd @EE It’s never, ever been part of the U.K. - not sure where you looked, but find a better source.

**** @EE as well because they won't take my money to top up

Richard Douthwaite ★ (@RichDouthwaite) reported
@GingertrevTrev @EE They send me a text when the service is down. Of course I don't get it because the service is down. I get it at the same time as the text telling me the service is back up. About as useful as a chocolate teapot.

@MarcAllera @EE It would be nice to get a decent and steady 4G signal at Rangeworthy, just a few miles outside Bristol. Shambolic reception for years. The area needs its own mast, as at present it seems to be served by several, none of which offer a reliable 4G service.
