    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    @EE @keswickcook Raise you prices but your service in my area has been horrendous for over 6 months now and it’s still not repaired!! My contract is up soon I’ll be leaving @EE

    @EE @keswickcook So it’s not just me suffering with my Mobile signal for over 3 months now always blaming it on a certain mast in my area for timing out & no internet signal 👎

    @EE @keswickcook I've just left for the same reason. EE rose to the biggest network in the UK and have now gotten too big for their boots. It's the old 'we're the best, they'll pay it' mentality which is fine when the price rises are maybe a little above the average, but recent changes are crazy.

    @northolt3103 @EE @keswickcook What they don’t tell you is that they are starting to slow down the speeds so if you don’t pay top whack you’re screwed in built up areas

    @EE @keswickcook Have quit EE for all 5 phones and broadband in the house and chose Tesco mobile, a fraction of the price and the same coverage. Saving over £100 a month and EE customer service is horrendous to deal with.
