    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @EE I have a broadband account with you, but no mobile account. Your phone line keeps hanging up on me. I need to amend my contract for work purposes. How to I connect with you. Very frustrated customer!

    Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @EE we've had no internet signal since 7pm last night (Saturday) can't get through to your support line. Please advise. I've lost 12hrs shift pay as I work from home and need my internet. Will you compensate me for loss in wages? Beginning to regret renewal of my contract!!

    @jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

    Just joined the @EE network and im.struggling to turn off the adult content filter. This is very frustrating and not easy to figure out. Im thinking of cancelling and going back to @ThreeUK

    @EE Your coverage at @HeathrowAirport (airside Terminal 3) sucks! I’m not passing through I work here and on a daily basis I struggle to use my 5/4G

    @EE @SerendipityShah Don't forget there is a 14 days cooling off period & starts from the time the service is activated as you cannot judge the service until you have tested it

    @TheWobblyGamer @EE I had that same problem, tried calling the customer service. No answer. Hours on hold. Cancelled the DD in frustration. They slapped a £600 termination fee on me and sold it to a debt collector for £100. EE is a sewer.

    @EE @LasallianSean What really annoys me is that if you want to buy something, few online clicks and sorted. If you want to cancel, you have to telephone, wait, listen to their grovelling nonsense, talk to a human. Just make things easy for everyone

    @EE Awful service stay clear at all costs! I don’t think I’ve ever been so disgusted in a customer service phone team than we were tonight!Your staff were beyond rude, All we wanted to do is renew.. never cancelled something so quick.. easiest decision now going with @VodafoneUK
