    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    Why is it that having upgraded your @EE app, you are no longer able to access the app? Even in the days of One2One, it wasn't this bad. More like a 'downdate' rather than an 'update' yo me. Access now only via web

    Com'on @ee Spoke to you 3 times now about upgrading to the fold 3 and the same plan has been a different price each time. £71 pm then £59pm and the latest price is £85 pm wtf is going on. Pretty shocking considering i have been with @EE in 1 way or another for over 20 years!
