@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE @hueythered Typical EE raising prices. Best way to avoid this is to go with another provider. EE are likely to be shut down with how badly they are run

WiFi connection in the house has been awful this evening. Disconnected then when it reconnected the Internet speed is virtually non existent so you can't do anything. @EE sort it out!

@EE Nothings been sorted. No contact from your customer service or complaints team. Seemingly happy to run credit checks and take my money for the upfront but now not fulfilling the contract or formally responding. No wording in the purchase process to justify EE's stance. Appalling.

@EE signal so poor for last thirty days ! I can now leave without termination fees as you haven’t sorted the problems . Looks like it’s Britain wide of late and ee still claim nothing to do with them

@EE been waiting for two weeks for one of your ‘managers’ to contact me re oversold Apple watch which for which I pay a disgusting £24 per month when I was told £10. It is also broken and there has been no effort resolve or help. Im a long term customer - cross and disappointed
