    @EE we've had no internet signal since 7pm last night (Saturday) can't get through to your support line. Please advise. I've lost 12hrs shift pay as I work from home and need my internet. Will you compensate me for loss in wages? Beginning to regret renewal of my contract!!

    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

    Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @EE @papalamour On the subject of difficult have you ever tried to top up 4G mini WiFi on line or on the app? You can’t, you have to ring!!! Pathetic. EE know it’s a problem but have done nothing to fix it

    @EE what is going on with your service in NE63? 3 days in a row I’m having problems with no internet. Each time I’ve reported it your “engineers have fixed a problem” then next day it’s off again!

    @EE your signal still isn't fixed at SS0 9, Westcliff-on-Sea, even tho 2 days ago I got a text saying it was. Please fix

    @EE Why is the EE signal so terrible in Bristol these days? It’s been bad for 18-24 months now, but it’s really in the pits now. Sort it out, I’m in and out of internet and phone signal every 5 minutes. Others the same. What are we paying for? 🤬😤

    @EE Thanks Holly, I thought I did once but not sure. Last time the lovely guy I spoke to said it wasn’t possible and that EE know it’s a problem but haven’t fixed it. You have to ring to top up 4G mini WiFi. Useless if you are in an area without phone signal (as I used to be)

    @EE No idea your advisor told me not to check inside. It's coming back to you already. If I had bought it from eBay or CEX etc it wouldn't be an issue but this is meant to be new and an upgrade from somewhere who should define "Beyond Customer Service" not a car boot sale store!!

    @ee I’m receiving two or three calls a day from your customer services trying to sell me a contract upgrade I’m not interested in. Always during work hours. This has been going on for a week. Sometimes if I can answer nobody will pickup. I need this to stop. How do I do this?
