@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@EE It's actually WiFi calling that's not working here right now. Mobile is always hit and miss here anyway, so I'm completely cut off.

@KellyAn41893919 @Mary_KateD1 @EE How about… I get my work from an office and a system that runs on EE, so I’ve not been able to earn for most of the day. Is that acceptable? I literally have to rely on EE to be able to pay my bills. And no, we can’t just magically switch to another network the same day.

@EE My husband has been all day without mobile service. Not very convenient when you work as delivery driver with your phone. One day of lost earnings. 😡
