@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

@EE your signal in the Rotherham area over the last 48 hours is atrocious! I cant make a call for more then 5 minutes without losing signal! £72 a month for this!!

@ee I am online chatting to one of your agents but he isn’t replying. I can only do this while my broadband is up. But the service is intermittent
