@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

Why in the hell did @EE had to do a deal with @O2 in Germany? Terrible coverage as was the case in the UK hence I SWITCHED to EE.

@EE what a company you are, for over month try sort out upgrade which you 1st sent wrong phone which was returned then fraud issue on the accout you then bill over £200 for stuff I've not ordered after phones calls to your team to get this sorted out you 2day cut off the phone

@EE why is swanage a black hole for EE 4g coverage. Terrible service. Already spoke to customer service yesteday who confirmed it is a long term issue.
