@EE we've had no internet signal since 7pm last night (Saturday) can't get through to your support line. Please advise. I've lost 12hrs shift pay as I work from home and need my internet. Will you compensate me for loss in wages? Beginning to regret renewal of my contract!!

Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@EE your havibg a laugh today. went instore need early upgrade as phone broken. yup if i pay £55 quid a month i can get a 2 year old phone so extra twenty quid a month for old technology and still my upgrade fee. im no that daft

@wiseboy901 @EE I know, it's literally awful 😒 so fed up of having to ring every month to be refunded and being told there's apparently no issue in the area!
