    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @EE there must be an outage for the broadband. Several people have complained about it on here and various other downage detecting websites. I’d really look into things asap, given it’s New Year’s Eve. Don’t give me the normal corporate jargon, just get it done

    @li4mb0wman @EE This is why I wont have a phone off EE. Been an Orange/EE customer since 1993 but I will only buy directly off Apple in a store. Unbox it in the store and walk out knowing its all correct.

    @EE I have a BrightBox router. On my mobile all I get is connected without internet. Tried all the switching off and such. I had problems connecting the laptop recently and all the checks in the line were fine. Is it broadband or mobile people that would deal with this

    @li4mb0wman @EE Problem EE have is trying to figure out where this was placed in the lineage. Simple way is to check the IMEI or the order they sent. Do you have the invoice slip thats in the bag? IMEI is on there

    @Keilan997390 @EE this is so annoying, I've got work to finish and the network coverage here is terrible.. hope it's fixed by tomorrow at the latest it's ridiculous
