@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE I have forwarded every single one. The point to my tweet was we shouldn't have to. There should be an intelligence within you network that blocks these at the source so they don't reach our phones. Simple. You could call it SMAF. Simple Messaging Arsehole Firewall.

@EE You can’t fix my issue with the MyEE app, told me to send feedback from the app and write a review on @Trustpilot which I did, only to get a reply saying to contact you on here to get it resolved!!!

@EE Or get the network who aren't introducing roaming charges, whereas I can use @ThreeUK abroad... I already have 5g in my area.

@EE hi my charger port has gone faulty but still charges in some orientations (iPhone 11) . I do pay for damage cover. What’s the excess? I can annuals upgrade for free on my plan. Which would you recommend would be the cheapest option as I’m not the wealthiest of people.

Just had an email allegedly from @EE saying that there was a problem with my payment for this month. Funnily enough not long after my bill was paid. A quick check of my banking app showed me I had paid my bill on time. A scam me thinks.

@faulknerdrew @Or1ginalSandman @EE In the small print there was a cut off date.... I literally renewed on that date.... have 6 nos with them! Ps the only network to be on round my neck of the woods!

Shockingly poor service from @EE over the past 48hrs of planned work - absolutely no notice!!! I’ve had to leave clients hanging in the ether when my 4G internet suddenly cuts off! No wonder people think I live in the back of beyond when big companies don’t care! So cross!

@EE People go away to escape technology you sad sods,stop forcing it in to all our lives every where, it destroys normal interactions in the human race,all internet should be shut down at least 6 hrs a day.
