    Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    @jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

    Laura at @EE said she would call back at 4pm Tuesday 16th June 2026, I can't call as EE send a text with a code and the link won't open CoPilot says its BT's dreadful computer software, the issue is when BT took over.

    If any company SELLS a product online, they should be legally forced into allowing customer to cancel online. Some people have terrible anxiety when it comes to making/reciving phone calls & those companies (like @EE) prey on those people.

    @EE I have a repair booked for Monday however I know the fault to not be able to be done in store I need a guarantee that ill be offered a loan phone as I will still be paying for your service how can I do that please.

    @EE Hi, for the last few days my broadband has had intermittent access. Not helpful when trying to work from home. I've tried resetting it but it doesn't seem to help

    Hey @EE, I upgraded & your team failed to re-apply my spend cap, causing a Β£160 roaming bill. When I called to sort your mistake, your advisor said I had "no proof" & hung up. As someone with health conditions, this treatment is a total breach of @Ofcom care duties. Fix it.

    One mast serves the entire area and when that goes down, they then cannot get approval from the landowner to repair said infrastructure and you are lucky if you have one bar of signal. @EE get it sorted!!

    @EE Ee customer service is very poor we have trouble with our Internet for months tried to contact ee today record message or test rubbish service still taking our money

    @EE A 30 yr customer is having their account access and line suspended for Β£ 22 connections unresolved complaints open closed within 24hrs Resolution required.
