@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

@EE Any news when the no signal issue at PE30 4ET King's Lynn is going to be resolved? Seems engineers have been working on it for 2/3 weeks now.

@EE I'm having issues with delivery my parcel was supposed to be delivered today and the person came and never rang the door number yet took pictures now I'm waiting another day for delivery

@EE We recieved a message about work being done and will take a few days. It's now been a week with poor service. No signal yet again too. The signal came back last night and now it's gone again. How much longer until service is fully back?

I've been an @EE customer for years. I got a text a few days ago saying they were pretty much doubling the cost of my contract. @MoneySavingExp told me you can now get your PAC code with one text and that I could get a similar deal with @ThreeUK for half of the original cost.
