    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

    Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

    My grandfather has been having an issue with EE since February of this year & has been repeatedly fobbed off & is still being charged for a tablet & sim, which he returned as received, that has since been lost in transit, despite having proof of postage! @EE

    @EE Had to do it Via Website... your app still isn't right... logged in, entered verification code, then kicks ya back to login... and so on... keeps going back to square 1. Please sort it out. CHX Wimpole.

    @DerekAllan61 @EE Hi Derek try Mozillion they piggyback on EE just don’t have 5G Stand alone (5G+) but isn’t the end of the world, I ordered a iPhone through them and the service has been top notch 👍🏻

    I live in a town with 742 phone masts so why @EE am I gasping for internet and phone signal every time I leave the house

    @EE Didnt do anything. Im awaiting broadband from yourselves activated on thursday. The 4G back up is useless as there is no signal No signal on my s26 outside It is unacceptable in a major city not to have any signal at all

    @EE gotta love EE's service. Took out a phone contract which was billed incorrectly, then spent an hour of my time trying to resolve for the other advisor to get the discount wrong. To add insult to injury, refused to refund the difference and said no point in making a complaint

    @Birduder344 @EE Customer loyalty is dead, it's not something that is valued or gets rewarded. No matter the issue, be it mobile phone contracts, electricity, ... a "loyal" customer will get punished. It's become sadly necessary to take the shortest contracts possible and change providers often.

    @EE @SuzJamieson Has it occurred to EE that people don’t have time to sit holding on in the vain hope that someone might speak to them? I binned EE years ago because they were awful and expensive
