    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    Dear @EE, I may be one of your oldest customers with 25 years and counting (mostly Orange). I’m in Croatia and, with no notice, you’ve cut my phone off today. I tried to call you and I can’t because you’ve cut off my phone signal and you won’t allow WhatsApp/FaceTime calls (1/2).

    @EE is there an issue with the app or online billing? I've done multiple things to try and refresh my bill and its only showing last months as paid.. my bill date has past so should be showing already

    @EE why am I paying 50 quid a month to get barely any signal and 3G(which doesn’t even work). This has been happening for the last couple of weeks, Leeds city centre.

    Dear @EE, Your chat function is “down” and I tried calling you from another phone and gave up after waiting for 25 minutes calling from my wife’s phone. How happy are you with this service, for a customer of over 25 years, with (a) not being available; and (b) fixing the problem.

    @EE my data isn’t working please help. Ive had no text message to say my data is low and When I click on the add on link it says “safari cannot open this page because your iPhone isn’t connected to the internet” I have checked and mobile data is on please help

    @oncebenny @BTCare @EE Mate, I thought they handled my leaving well a few years ago, if I recall. But I have to give up my current provider on a house move, and gave them first crack. It was beyond horrible.
