Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Hi. All of it. It states I connect to Internet on my phone. I cannot make or receive calls. There is no network showing in the bar at the top of my phone. I basically have no EE connection

Would be great if @EE could sort out their coverage. Having to move to 4 different spots to get my internet to work isn’t ideal for the “network with the best coverage”

Is there a problem with @EE ? I’m in the middle of Coventry and can only get 3G signal, where as my work phone which is Vodafone is working fine on 5G?
