@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@EE I’m afraid your customer service is lacking. Would definitely NOT recommend your after sales service at all or your 4G mini.

@EE new contract, new phone which did not work due to technical issues, found that your technical desk and customer services were not interested in helping - phone has been returned and my contract will be cancelled as soon as you acknowledge receipt of the phone.

What’s a decent phone service provider? Where data still works in busy areas? I’m about to leave @O2 and really want to avoid the same issues. Some people have told me @ThreeUK, others have said @EE?
