@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE 1/2 Hi stacey, I'm pretty sure I'm not alone with the force change in #emergencyalert settings that #ee are changing on my phone after restarting it. I simply want to be in control of my phone that I purchased independently from the network.

@__Samantha8 @EE Oh no. 😤 Are you on contract with EE? Or is your phone pay as you go? You have to be careful with those smart watches. I wonder if the watch isn’t compatible with your phone or the network? I’m so sorry this has happened. Many virtual hugs on the way! Hope you can sort this. 🌷

Well apparently according to @EE my new Samsung watch isn't compatible with my Google phone. Zero customer service skills and I'm bloody annoyed. Been with them since 2014 as well. Absolute jokes.

@EE is there a problem with EE and uploading data via ftp? I’ve tried a tethered phone & dongle, connection error messages. Tried my O2, no problems at all.
