    @jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    Nice @EE paying for an iPad for 7 months longer than the contract as it never showed an upgrade option, strange how my phone plans do.

    @EE How can I phone if there is no signal and I don’t have another phone or landline? I don’t know it s a local issue, phone issue or network issue. Thanks for your reply not actually being any help at all. Not a can we have your postcode to check for you?

    Trying to watch a 480p video on my iPhone whilst out with 3 bars of 5G and it just won’t play. @EE are beyond **** nowadays they do f**k all work on their network. Pathetic service. Do NOT reply EE. Not interested.

    @virginmedia @RA0307J your scammers everyone has seen how you operate and where find for those practises how many peoples credit file did you irrevocable damage for late payment of a phone bill?, I've been a virgin media customer since its inception as " Blue yonder" I have just terminated my contract and put here in text " come collect your router" I'm disabled and won't be going anywhere to post it back to you take this as LEGAL NOTICE of the same, now I've moved fully to @EE unlimited tarrif and using my s26 ultra as my hotspot currently have a film on TV and using my tablet via said hotspot, virgin scammers are finished.

    I despair of @EE . After huge problems, I ended up staying with them (broadband) after a local company let me down. But a week after agreeing a new contract, I haven't had it confirmed in writing.I can't get through on the phone (30 min wait) and exec complaints haven't replied.

    Been on the phone since 9am, with @EE only for them to disconnect 3 times, they boast about being the best provider for 25 years, well you can’t even complete a query so I beg to ask who crowned you with such a dead service?

    @bt_uk 2 hours and 15 minutes to get my replacement Hub up and running on the phone to you. Crap customer experience @EE .

    @Aaron96simpson_ @EE I’m actually thinking about going with Starlink, my contract with EE is up in September, I’m paying nearly £39 pm for a service that is pitifully slow. But the real kicker? They are offering new customers £24.99 pm. 🤨
