Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

Except customers are waiting for the outcome so why do they need to chase?!

Alex Smerdon (@alex_smerdon) reported@EE have some of the worst customer service. I’ve tried to speak to people multiple times about my broadband speed and they don’t respond or give any help.
