@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE despite your customer service person being lovely they still couldn't add more data on to my home ee box. I desperately need to put another 5gb on and it won't give me the option! Can't anyone help??

@EE Hi, I've got a 4GEE WiFi Mini, and have just received my free SIM. All I am trying to do is put the 20MB for 30 days PAYG top up onto it. I've been sat here for hours and still no joy! Help please!

Just ordered the @madebygoogle Pixel 5 for myself & wife from @EE I hope it works as well as our Pixel 3XL's which has caused us no issues other than battery drain the other day which was resolved with a factory reset

Getting highly annoyed with @EE now the lack of help is unreal, people give you their email to keep in touch for updates then don't respond, this issue has been ongoing since December!!!!! Sort it or I will be seeking further guidance from a solicitor!!!!
