Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

The store not able to sort it. I had to buy another phone. I need to know your complaints procedure. Store manager - appalling.

Thought I'd cracked it on Friday with a very helpful Customer Service person - but the attitude of the local ee shop manager today was appalling. I'm now trying to get access to their complaints procedure. They seem to have vanished.

James Bowen (@SirCHUCKY) reported@EE, very refreshing to cancel a new TV contract and not even have someone trying to negotiate so I stay. I have 5 phone lines, a tablet and broadband with you already and the red carpet was rolled out when I said the word cancel. At least @skytv put the effort in.

Darrell fletcher (@Fletchmeister81) reported@EE Its ok, after the last few months of poor service etc, ive decided that all phones will be cancelled when i can get the iphone 18, @O2 seem to be the best so far. You really need to train your instore staff and phone staff. Only decent store staff was ava in trafford centre
