I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

Abdullah lodhi (@alodh15) reported@EE @EE @WeAreOpenreach Still without any broadband, no Internet connection and its coming upto 3 months. Absolutely terrible. No one has any idea of when it will be fixed. There is so much miscommunication between EE & openreach, its the customer's who suffer!

Scott Speight (@scottspeig) reported@MarkyTalk @EE Try @spusu_uk same network, fraction of the cost. Apparently they manage this by only providing customer service via WhatsApp (although I find it works well). Only issue I have is no Direct Debit option. Just card.

Beverley Rutter (@BeverleyRutter) reported@ee yet again we have poor coverage, but each time I check the app it says no problems in area. Well I’m stood with my phone in front window looking onto a mast and I have 1 4g bar. Clearly something isn’t working yet im still paying for a decent coverage/reception

Rach 🇪🇺 (@MsVespertilio) reported@EE I’ve spent several hours on the phone to various people to ensure more equipment didn’t get sent. At 11.47 I was assured none would be sent. At 13.17 got a text to say it had been sent. The “best possible solution” is actually listening to customers. Complaints address please.
