    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @EE Hi, I was able to log in via the app. But as soon as it launched, it closed down automatically. I uninstalled, and then reinstalled, so it seems to be fine now 👍

    @EE I’ve tried 150 as well and it puts me through to the same automated payment service which still isn’t working. Any idea how long this will take to fix? I don’t have the time to sit on hold as I’m working so wanted to pay quickly

    @EE If you can get the Customer assist team & @OpenreachHelp to fix an issue they've been trying and failing to sort for 3 months that would be amazing.

    @EE how is it you answer calls about upgrades in 2 seconds but when you have an issue you're on hold for 40mins & counting..

    @EE Its better than it was, it does still happen at random times, and ive tried restarting router when it happens but it doesnt help.

    @RyanNotAir @EE Not sure if this is any use but I can sort you out a Vodafone UK Pay As You ESIM if you wish Vodafone don't advertise or support it but it works?
