  @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

  Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

  @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

  @EE what is up with your service ? 4g don’t work. Didn’t even think 3G existed. But have to settle for that when that works. No service at home when it used to be fine. Been like this for months now.

  @EE Hi EE, I am a long time customer with 3 contracts with you. I have received a new handset that is faulty and I am still within my 14 day cooling off period. I called last Thursday to discuss this & was made to spend 25 minutes reseting my phone, doing tests etc to test the 1/

  @EE if I wish to add text from anywhere and calls from anywhere for the 10th of August when do I need to ask for these to be added to my line? If I called today would they be added today or does it go from the billing period and is it month by month so I can cancel it?

  @cjcheesecake @EE Morning Claire contact EE and tell them that unless they stop harassing your poor mum( hope she’s ok & you of course) you’ll put the letters on here for everyone to see them upsetting a 82yo xx
