    Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    @jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @EE @Cariboo9361961 "We never expect to see any issues"! What an absolute load of ****. The team will do absolutely nothing about it. I've reported numerous issues and yet my data connection is as **** as ever.

    @EE We did a home move 2 years ago and have so far had no issues, other than the extortionate price we’ve been paying! The switch over is on you @EE not us but we’re having to suffer because of it and had to sign up to a new contract that apparently, we can leave at any time

    @EE I’m not very happy with the deal I have currently and didn’t get anywhere with customer service. The only way for me to get a better deal apparently is to sign up with EE home broadband and I don’t want to do that.

    @EE why have I only got one bar of signal strength in my location? From the so called best network in 🇬🇧 I’d expect slightly more..

    Hey @EE I'm currently in the US and unable to send text messages. Everything else works. I spoke with your first and second line helpdesk and unable to fix. Where do I go now to get this resolved.

    @DerekAllan61 @EE Robbing ***** . She put phone down and not heard anything back about the phone bill . So I’m just leaving £15 in bank and if they take more out then I’ll take it further
