Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

There is a complete disconnect there over assisting me. Your Guides are limited in what they can do to assist. How do we progress this?

MCFC Ant (@MCFC2012) reportedSomething weird is going on. @EE says there is nothing wrong with WiFi and Router, but every day at least 5 times a day we have no WiFi at home. My dad is on Virgin Broadband and he has the same issues. Anyone on here having WiFi blackouts?

Told me to go to @RoyalMail sorting office and tell them which I just did. They told me it's EE problem not theirs and they should be dealing with it.

Holly Gaze (@HollyGaze) reported@EE Shocking customer service. Have had my time wasted with misinformation and now I have to pay extra for my broadband because of this. I have been with EE for years. No customer loyalty. I do not recommend.
