    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    Well @EE have to be the single-handedly most frustrating company to deal with this year for me. Shoddy service for the last four months and now been trying for two weeks to discuss the end of my contract and can’t get through for love nor money or even view my bill..

    @EE can somebody in customer service contact me regarding my daughter’s phone upgrade. Numerous phone calls with promises of a call back which never happen, 4 visits to stores but they blame technical customer who do nothing. Now ready to go legal if necessary so please act now !

    @EE can you help me please? I’m trying to cast from the BT sport app to my TV which has been working fine over the last year and a half. It’s now saying I don’t have casting enabled. Can you see if it’s been taken off my account?

    @EE I assumed it was a scam and deleted it. However, I won't recommend you in the same way I would never recommend an ISP, mobile phone company or gas/electricity supplier.

    @EE hi there is it normal to wait 5 days for a manager to call you back? Have tried a few times in between to get help with no luck- any help would be great!
