@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

  • kevinwalshuk Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England

@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

  • kevinwalshuk Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

Absolutely atrocious service. Wish I’d never bothered. Cannot wait for my phone contract to be up to go to literally anyone else. Had enough of this crappy service @EE

  • eugenecostello Eugene Costello (@eugenecostello) reported

Hi @EE I have just learnt you have been charging me £129 per month for unlimited for two years although I only average 16gb per month, which seems either like a scam or at the least shocking customer service and lack of oversight. Also you are charging me for a second line 1/2

  • carljat carljat (@carljat) reported

@EE tried calling your service line multiple times and been kept waiting far too long. As I am abroad this is costing me a ridiculous amount. Can someone contact plse .

  • phil_bunting phil bunting (@phil_bunting) reported

@EE You should concentrate on providing a decent network, instead of worrying about individuals need to be warm. SIGNAL AT DE554QT is abysmal at best.

  • axelk Alex Micu (@axelk) reported

@EE never have I encountered worse service. Absolute shambles, the whole thing

  • SusieInAysr Susie in Ayrshireland (@SusieInAysr) reported

@EE Hi. Could you pls let me know if there is an issue with masks in the Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire, Scotland area, as I have no mobile phone signal. Cheers

  • Aten_Ra_9_33 Aten Ra (@Aten_Ra_9_33) reported

@EE Can I have one for free without buying a pice of crap mobile? I've been a broadband customer since you were Orange.

  • ThomasG12135765 Thomas Gray (@ThomasG12135765) reported

@EE Yeah I need to keep the number but the issue is not being able to get through to you

  • Derek_Charnwood Derek Hollis (@Derek_Charnwood) reported

@Kevinmc34 @EE Kevin lots of people have been on Twitter reporting issues trying to log on using the app. We’ve all been told to uninstall and reinstall the app. It doesn’t make any difference but that’s what we are all being told to do!

  • benyacrick Benya Crick (@benyacrick) reported

@EE Turning off your horrifically inefficient 3G network will achieve considerably better savings I imagine
