@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

@MarinaPurkiss @EE I find that call centre staff at basically every company are useless unless a social channel has already elevated the issue to a senior member of the team. X is basically my universal tech and company support app.

@RalphUpton @EE They used to be good. Can’t get thru to anyone now. Before my bill is due they have stopped my data even though I have unlimited everything. Very very poor. Leaving them. Disgusted

@MarinaPurkiss @EE Great news. I got three to halve my bill for May due to awful service. They said it was due to the merger with Vodafone . I said not my problem, I pay you for a service. Problem in the UK is that people are afraid to complain & that is why the majority get ******.

@EE can you please confirm for me if there’s is an outage in the BA5 area, Wells? I have no signal there whatsoever. Have had to drive out of the area to get a signal: which isn’t ideal when I need signal for work
