@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE hi I’m an idiot and didn’t register my 4Gee wifi mini and now I’m out of data but can’t get more data until I register. But I can’t link the device because I’ve run out of data and therefore I’m out of wifi🫠 please help!

PS Yesterday I couldn’t get an eSIM from a large @ee store because their passport-scanning system was broken 🤨 (another example of ID overkill). But a second store then told me they don’t provide them for PAYG customers anyway 🤬

@EE I’ve been with T-Mobile for 20 years which became EE and Vodafone offered me me better deal than EE for iPhone 14 pro max. EE provide a good service but terrible in retaining loyal customers

I don’t care you are busy selling the new iphone, answer the phone to me, repair your faults properly so I don’t get endless dropped calls due to poor signal, respond on your App with a human regards your overcharging from not processing contract change. again. @EE
