    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

    @janettocornetto @EE I’m glad it’s not just me, but contacting ee is impossible abroad when they have cut off service and only on WiFi.

    @EE roaming is down, can’t call to report the issue and have tried everything from restarting my mobile phone etc, I need it for work and it’s been like this for over 2 hrs

    @EE I have a repair booked for Monday however I know the fault to not be able to be done in store I need a guarantee that ill be offered a loan phone as I will still be paying for your service how can I do that please.

    @EE I’ve already taken action by putting in the complaint. It’s EE’s duty to investigate and inform me of the outcome. You closed the case, you can re-open it and get back to me.

    One mast serves the entire area and when that goes down, they then cannot get approval from the landowner to repair said infrastructure and you are lucky if you have one bar of signal. @EE get it sorted!!

    @EE Why is Tesco so much better ? It’s embarrassing how my wife has to pay for parking because I can’t get a signal .

    @EE has the worst app and website to try and upgrade. Nothing works, won’t let me pick store to have it delivered to and then keeps telling me I’ve reached my limit of trying to add my bank details. **** this. I’ll go elsewhere.

    @sarkeycockney @EE They have done that on purpose to spin the wheels on ice so you won't get nowhere, If you're still getting nowhere with this clown show of a provider then best contacting Citizens advice and going down that route to have it solved, I think.
