@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

@EE hi EE question! My contract runs out in 4 months but I want to add another contract to my current account! My current contract is iPhone but I also want a Samsung! Can I cancel my current one at the end of the 4 months when it runs out or am I tied into both contracts!?

@EE No just received it, my wife has all the details, In her name so I have to wait for her now which won't be until tonight Find it strange this happens when many people are buying online instead of going into the shop ...seemed an obvious fault and not because of delivery damage
