Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Atrocious service over the last 24 hours. My heart goes out to the EE staff replying on Twitter. Not you’re fault for this appalling treatment of customers who rely on EE for their businesses. The cost to the economy must have been in the millions yesterday.

Shocking customer service from @EE . Waited over 30 days for my new IPad (absolutely fine with this), it was supposed to be delivered today, told it’s on the way, rang them up and I’ve now been told it’s out of stock and I’ll have to wait another 30 days at least 👍👍

@EE currently have broadband connection but no internet connection behind it. Directly wired into router and tried multiple devices, all same issue. MK41

@EE That will explain why i have a totally unsuitable account then. I'm sure trading standards will be very interested in the way you treat people with PTSD and extract huge amounts out of them every month. as i have stated many time i have memory issues and it looks like you are

Fedback from @EE was I didn't show enough 'loyalty' or 'commitment' to them as I said if I got an offer from another company I'd take whichever offer best suited my needs. I guess they don't want employees able to make informed decisions. Loyalty, been a customer for years 👍
