Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

This is shambolic. So open reach have to install fibre cable and set everything up before the pensioner can cancel?

peter bruceπ (@peterbruce) reported@EE you can also tell open reach engineer not to turn up to carry out installation because he will be turned away, it will be video recorded and posted here if he does turn up , to reiterate the customer wishes to cancel within 14 days cooling off period which you are refusing .

Rohan β (@gondwanaman) reported@EE if youβre travelling to the UK do not use EE as your carrier, absolutely appalling app, no service & no longer recognises log-in. Companies need to regulated harder as they no longer pretend to even offer service.
