@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

@Hannah_Arra @EE That's why I left years ago. In my right to cancel as out of contract. Because I cancelled they tried to take payment for months I got bad credit rating because they couldn't get payment. Try keeping you but hate it when you leave. VM are the same.

@EE I've been with you over 25 years, have 4 handsets. My 21yo son has cut me off and refuses to pay £66 for his mobile. I have terminal cancer and I can't afford to pay that too. But you would help me. Shame on you.
