@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@EE No phone signal in HU12 0PU for 2 days, checked online and it says there is not estimated time to be fixed. I hope this means a credit will be applied to accounts for loss of use as I pay for your network not to be told use my Wifi to make calls and texts.

Are you a @bt_uk & @EE customer? How do you feel about the total disrespect @WebhelpUK members of staff have for you? Agents and TLs being intoxicated whilst working, vaping and using their mobiles on the call floor. You ask where is operations in this? They don’t have a clue.

@EE My bill is wrong I spoke to your customer care team they said someone would give me a call between 3:30-4:45pm to sort it nothing any help please! You’ve overcharged me massively for calls I didn’t make and texting from countries I haven’t been too.

@EE So I can't close, or upgrade my account online as "our system is not allowing to upgrade 3G plan", phone support is totally congested, and if I don't contact them they'll shove me onto a totally unnecessary bigger, more expensive plan than I need. @EE
