@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE @Ofcom I have registered a complaint for loss of service was told a manager will call me back. I have rang back twice since and been put on hold twice and cut off twice. Poor customer service by #EE. I do not recommend EE to anyone.

Yet more fiasco with @ee turns out you think that consumer law doesn’t apply to you. Wouldn’t replace a broken product even though @Apple said it was through no fault of my own. It’s less than two years old. Been a customer for 10 years. Not for much longer.

Omg. I just got off the phone to EE. They charge £40 a month for 10gb sim which she “heavily discounted” down to £12. Absolute pisstakers @EE - so I’ve got my PAC code and I’m leaving. Even if she discounted to £5 I’d be gone because they’re ripping off customers.
