    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    So the only benefit of being an existing/loyal customer on @EE is 10% off price plans?? That really is ****. When on Orange I remember upgrading and not having to pay upfront fees and I could choose a cheaper price plan too.

    @EE I found a cheque from Orange/EE dated Apr 2019 that I never cashed in. Can I still cash in the amount or can I request a new cheque?

    @EE I can upgrade, but your only showing me iPhone or Samsung, not much of an upgrade choice... Your website is so slow and laboured. Can't even msg you as it says your closed... Top job!!

    @EE It would be good customer service to show that EE care about their customers to say yes due to covid there was this delay so we are going to make exceptions this year, have some respect for your customers. It’s been a difficult year for everyone so have a bit of decency

    @EE Hi , I’m having as well a problem with the signal. Keep calling them and nothing is fixed. This is unprofessional,we have to pay lot of money or the bill and they don’t give us good service and no quality!!

    @Chelz65 @EE Ive read on FB there is a problem with the mast in my area and also with 3...and that friends have had a months free bill...so they best get in touch with me urgently. I cant call them because the line drops. Already dropped twice when tried complaining earlier 😡🤬

    @EE Have used EE for a while now, can’t fault them, no hassles and good coverage, used O2 before who had worst customer service to the point where it took me an hour just to get through to the cancellation department (this was precovid like 6yeara ago) no wasn’t paid to say this.
