Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

Chris Harrison (@cjh4rrison) reported@EE Hi Casey, I have messaged Apple and they have confirmed that EE have to reset as it is a carrier account. If you also have a look at your support forums you will see multiply members having the same issue - which needed to be reset by EE. Thanks for your assistance :)

Please let us know what is being done about this appalling, unreliable service.
