    @EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

    @EE Why am I still receiving letters threatening someone who doesn’t exist at my address with debt collectors? I have contacted EE five times about this and today your customer service advisor couldn’t explain and then cut me off. Appalling customer service!

    @EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

    I always had totally respect for EE @ee but after speaking to one the Executive Customer Resolution Team This has left doubt in my mind one rude man unhelpful all I want is receive a good service in the DA9 area feel let down as a customer😢😡#DA9 #serviceissues @MarcAllera

    @EE getting a lot of calls. Having to wait to speak to them about my bodged direct debit. I did every thing on line, they mess up and now I am having to be on hold 30 mins and waiting, just to sort out their problem, created by doing things with them on lone.

    Had nothing but problems with @SkyUK Mobile since joining. Canceled my account because they miss informed me (so lost 2 weeks on delivery), cant get through to anyone as their phone system is **** & now cant get calls. Starting to think i should of stuck with @EE! #Useless

    @EE Why has EE not cancelled the nearly 10% increase in bills as goodwill to customers/customer retention as it is harder to get new customers than keep them (as EE/BT will no doubt find out at contract renewal time)

    @EE Thank you. Can you please provide an email to make a complaint? The breach of contract shouldn't have happened and I'd suffered not only incompetence but extremely rude behaviour by a number of EE staff. I was going to become a customer but not now. Appalling behaviour from EE.
