@EE Hi sorry I never got a notification of a reply. I'm stressed. This hasn't been resolved no, they say I have to wait for an engineer to come on the 2nd October! My daughter has to work from home again from Sunday coming due to government covid announcement. We need it URGENTLY!

@EE what is going on with this broadband?! Since Saturday I’ve been expecting a call back by someone to cancel and no one has called back. I’ve been calling all day to speak to someone to be told by an automated message to call later then hangs up! 😤😤😤

@EE a loyal customer for 21 years & trying to cancel SIM only deal with channel returns but no answer to calls or the completed online form since Sunday. I took the deal on Saturday but found out the advisor didn't tell me I no longer get smart benefits. Poor service please help

@DPDgroup_news Sofia flat out told me they didn't have a contact number on file. So then I provided one. I've also had an update on the app this morning telling me that its now being delivered tomorrow. @EE Consider changing your courier service because DPD don't have a clue whats going on.
