    @_marktweets @EE Only problem with EE is the company over charge on pay & go I mean 60Gb of data for £30 is very expensive as where smarty is unlimited everything for £15

    @EE Roughly how long is ‘shortly’ when referring to waiting for ‘a member of the team’ to ask about my returns pack for my old phone? (I’m guessing if I never get through I’ll still be charged for not returning the old phone?) (I know it’s over 20 mins...)

    Honestly regret going with @ee - after all of the sim issues this week when they ineptly cancelled my phone it turns out they also didn’t put me on to a 5G plan despite promising on the phone that they had. Why are mobile phone companies so useless

    @EE Giffgaff has unlimited everything for £35 and even that is very expensive and crazy for the price in the current day’s we are living networks need to help their customers

    @EE you are literally the worst network. ! I pay £100 a month for people to say on the other end of the phone I can’t hear you !!! Sort your network out !!!!

    @markgosy @EE At least they have a pretty decent Wi-Fi service on the low level platforms, but it isn't ideal. I think there's soon going to be work on the Northern City Line (Drayton Park to Moorgate), starting perhaps with platforms and then the tunnels. Can't remember all the details.

    @EE so how comes you guys aren't extending signal coverage to Ackers Fold, Wigan, WN7 4BQ the cell coverage is pathetic. And their about to hike another 400 homes that side

    @EE's broadband: TERRIBLE DON'T GET IT, JUST BECAUSE IT'S CHEAP DOESN'T MEAN YOU SHOULD GET IT. I'm actually sick of them and my dad, refused to leave them because they're cheap and stuck us with shitty broadband again for 2 years 🙃🥴🙃 #FixMyBroadbandEE

    @pifflevalve @EE i was on that - i made the mistake of switching to a one year plan to match what was a good deal, and that’s very much what I’m regretting. Sadly i imagine they’re all as bad as each other really

    @ChrisBrightwel1 @EE @MarcAllera Yep they just ignoring all their preorder customers. They refusing to engage in anything to do with phone preorders. Now they are communicating with their ps5 preorder customers. Probably to tell them to keep refreshing a **** delivery tracker that doesn’t work.

    @EE Wow 6hrs to reply. The signal is now back but that doesn't negate the fact that we had no warning of signal loss. I'm sorry but I have had it with EE and am switching mobile contracts as I've lost money today due to not being able to receive calls. My customers were annoyed

    @EE Trying to get my phone to work in Ireland. Keep getting "no network" message. When on WiFi and trying to call "link to WiFi". Nothing is working properly. It's very frustrating!

    @VodafoneUKBiz the worst customer support. 3 days ago I requested assistance in getting my Apple Watch connected to the network and still not resolved. Shameful customer support. I should have stayed with @EE
