  @madebygoogle @EE when will there be a fix for the WiFi connection issues between the EE routers and certain Pixel phones. I have an 8pro and have constant disconnects and have to reset the WiFi all the time. No one seems to have a solution.

  A week after re-joining @EE, I already regret it. Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. Nothing changed in 4 years!

  @EE What's going on? I have been trying since about 2pm to talk to someone to change my phone contract. Being consistently told there's a problem with the system. So no-one can help at this time. Not acceptable at all. Can someone explain what's happening please?
