Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. In Oxfordshire an intellectual heavyweight, you cannot get reliable signal in the city centre an don't signal in most places you drive to. My son went to a school trip to India and another one in Wales. Guess where he was out of reach....in Wales.
