Well looks like @ee really have failed to respond to my complaint about over charging after a contact had expired and inadequate notice. @Ofcom how long do they have to deal with the complaint?

@EE are you having issues with your systems? I can't seem to log in as I normally do, and when I do my bill isn't showing - it says I need the 'account holder's' permission, even though I am the account holder and have been for years...

Honestly @EE The amount of calls I have been making, whilst being held on hold for hours and hours and being told my that problem will be solved and the refund would be placed back into my account within a week. Two months later nothing….. Horrible service ! #badservice
