@England @EE @bmeado9 I speak for the whole of Britain when I say we need a hard 6 month lockdown none of this essential work or exercise crap from last time Masks to be worn at all times even at home Strictly enforced We can then begin a gradual easing but letting folks out a year after booster!

@EE how come you sent me my return package for my upgrade phone 2 weeks late and now I’ll miss the deadline as I’m in hospital caring for a suddenly dying mother and you won’t do anything to help me so now I lose my discount?! Disgusting

@EE You took 2 days to respond. An hour wasted online, an hour wasted in a phone queue, and two days for a response here. All because you closed the plan I was on and would automatically force me onto one I didn’t need if I didn’t contact you. Poor treatment for a 10+ year customer.

@EE get your act together! Tried upgrading online no go. In store? Have to call sales team and wait on hold for half an hour because they can’t do it in store either. Where’s the service? What a crock….
