Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@EE the contract you offered was processed incorrectly, yiu say you have no record of the deal agreed! I've been on the phone now for 60 minutes and still no resolution. Incredibly poor customer service

Well looks like @ee really have failed to respond to my complaint about over charging after a contact had expired and inadequate notice. @Ofcom how long do they have to deal with the complaint?

@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

@EE Why always a bad 4g signal TW12 area. Everyday the same. " Please check your Internet Connection" And Try again. Very intermittent. Thinking of Changing To another Provider as its become so bad.

@EE what’s up with your customer service? I just sat in one of YOUR stores with a member of YOUR OWN staff on hold with YOUR customer services line for 20 minutes with no answer. I feel for your in-store staff, as they were lovely and trying to be as helpful as they could! #fail

@EE Yes. At home I was able to connect to 5G and now its impossible. The settings on my phone are set to Preferred Network of 5G, 4G etc so should continue to pick up 5G signal but it doesn't only 4G.
