  • JoeBourne @joebourne@mastodon.online (@JoeBourne) reported from Lancaster, England

Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

  • AJwilcock23 Adam Wilcock (@AJwilcock23) reported from Middleton, England

@EE just want to pass on how impressed I have been with a member of your staff called Simon Scullion. His customer service has been fantastic from start to finish.

  • ScanningScience Peter Lawrence (@ScanningScience) reported from Kendal, England

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

  • johnroger40 JohnCUFC (@johnroger40) reported from Kendal, England

Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

  • bearded_courier the_bearded_courier 🇺🇦 (@bearded_courier) reported from Halton, England

@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

  • Rick_Snape 🏈🇬🇧Richard🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 ⚽ (@Rick_Snape) reported from Middleton, England

@EE Are you doing any work in the LA3 area as I've been advised you've switched off my service?

  • mw_thfc Calm and Reason (@mw_thfc) reported

@EE service terrible in Weston-super-Mare now for at least 24hrs. Happens near enough every week, can't work, can't do anything. Useless.

  • missbeckyx Becky Stewart (@missbeckyx) reported

People’s experience of @ThreeUK ? They seem to have some good deals compared to what @EE are offering me to upgrade. Good network coverage? No roaming charges abroad is a definite plus…

  • havethevaccine Danny Victor (@havethevaccine) reported

@EE Your service is a joke I suppose all your staff are working from home I waited 20 minutes with no reply !!

  • jstratis The Standard Dr Justin Stratis (@jstratis) reported

@EE I'm trying to get in touch with your customer service dept but I keep getting kicked off the line. I'm calling from overseas so staying on hold for 30+ minutes at a time is not affordable - please tell me how I can speak with someone directly without going through this again!

  • TheyCallHimR R (@TheyCallHimR) reported

@EE Yes things are okay when I walk 10 to 15 minutes outside the area, which is not good enough. When are you going to fix this? Same thing happened again now with my phone call. I want to make a complaint, can you arrange for someone to call me on Sunday? Thanks

  • LuceMuz34 Luce Grocott (@LuceMuz34) reported

Hey @EE can i ask why I'm expected to pay a bill for a service i can't use due to persistent network issues in the area?

  • NutleyEm Emma Nutley (@NutleyEm) reported

@EE I need a proof of purchase for an insurance claim and I can’t find the option on the IVR please help!

  • JessicaWatkiss Jessie (@JessicaWatkiss) reported

    EE’s live chat service is **** @EE

  • TwitLuvzBillCos Seypunanne Doravaan (@TwitLuvzBillCos) reported

@EE It's so pathetic how close 5G sites/bases have to be. Why not just blanket WIFI networks for speed. I remember analog(1G?) and 2G had incredible range for emergency calls when remote on excursions. Now I have to scale a mountain to get a little 3/4/5G. 5G is a waste of effort.
