@EE Ridiculous that I get no service in my area as the mast has been decommissioned and I have to wait till 24th July to see if anything can be done! Can't make/received calls and to think you said I can cancel mid contract all of a sudden. So much for being loyal for 10 years

@EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

@EE the contract you offered was processed incorrectly, yiu say you have no record of the deal agreed! I've been on the phone now for 60 minutes and still no resolution. Incredibly poor customer service

@EE The router light was red, I did a reset and it went yellow then red. I reported it via HELP on 60071 & was told there was a network problem in my area. Seems to be working now.

@EE Seeing up a new router (not one of yours) and need some information. Does my broadband support IPv6 and, if so, what type? Connection is running OK but if it supports IPv6, I'd rather set up for that.

@EE Please help! The Signal has once again gone down in CV34 and no data is loading. This has been a constant issue since last year, we thought it was fixed in December and once again last 2 days nothing will load when relying on the network.
