    @EE someone contact me regarding my issue from yesterday! This is still unresolved and Peter from customer service says he has ‘no availability’ to call us today and claims to have already rang and left a voicemail which neither have been received! This service is not good enough

    Well looks like @ee really have failed to respond to my complaint about over charging after a contact had expired and inadequate notice. @Ofcom how long do they have to deal with the complaint?

    @EE I spoke to the team on chat today and im still not getting anywhere . It seams that althoe the ohone that i want has a lot of price options it appears the cheapest they can do is £78 per month ive always had the latest phone and never paid so much .

    Hey @EE I just had an email saying my film card is going to expire. But I deffo used it within the promotional period to have it extended for a year for free, help 🙃🙃

    @EE after my complaint last week about receiving debt collecting letters to my address from the previous occupant. I was promised this was resolved! Another letter has arrived today!!! SORT THIS OUT. I have complained on a number of occasions 😡

    @EE have suspended my account following a £208 charge for not trading my phone back within 14 days.However I have proof of postage from post office.Their solution is for ME to ring the company who delivered my phone directly even tho I can’t use my phone! I’m stuck in contract 😡

    @EdNurse3 @EE It’s a back order problem, my said up to 21 days and I order on 1st of December (blue,128gb) but I phoned up ee couple days later and asked to got for the 256gb blue because it said 7 days and I couldn’t be asked to wait so they upgraded me for free, and I got it today.

    If dying from cancer wasn't enough, @EE are making me jump through hoops to cancel a sim card I called up and cancelled 12 hours after ordering because the original EE representative didn't actually cancel it.

    @EE is the worst telecommunication company in the world. I wanted to change a number from an account to another. They answered me to go to @VodafoneGroup and come back to @EE because "it was the only way to do it" Ridiculous. Oh, yeah, and they made me pay for that.

    @EE I did have better service in Morfa Swansea yesterday, it looks like it has to go back to Samsung , but means I'll be without a phone for the duration , but I have to say I'm seriously unimpressed with Samsung quality and will not be getting another

    @EE received a letter asking me to pay a bill after I left to go to o2. Have no way to contact you as system won't accept number or ee login.

    Trying to cancel a contract with @EE is ridiculous. They make it so difficult to cancel and consistently fob you off in hope that you just give up and stay. Not a chance. Worst customer service I’ve experienced.
