David (@dave6018) reported from Penwortham, EnglandIn the 10 days I have experienced both extremes of customer service, first one was excellent customer service from @EE (best uk network bar none)and then the exact opposite from @SamsungUK who only care about taking your money and nothing else

David (@dave6018) reported from Penwortham, England@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

🍩 Doughnut Wuuf 🍩 ドーナツ 🧍➡🇺🇦 (@pastrywuff) reported from Leyland, EnglandYou know what’s insane? The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over £500 to cancel early - I’ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost £500 brand new even back then! That’s like a £2k contract for a £500 phone!!
-
David (@dave6018) reported from Penwortham, England@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long
-

-
Malcolm Bebb (@BebbMalcolm) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE So which government mobile phone network do you use? 'Cos I don't see the connection.
-
Mark Beardmore (@Beardmore8Mark) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Very easy solution - make the companies offer roaming to their customers when their service is poor- no infrastructure required, just a flick of a switch! Gives UK customers the same service as uk visitors much in the same way when we go overseas #roaming4all
-
ikraam (@ikraamdaanis) reported@EE The whole website is terrible, terrible ui, terrible ux
-
Matt Jones (@mttjon) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Marylebone hardly has any signal either I got way better signal in the countryside in Indonesia than in parts of major UK cities
-
Margaret Newbery (@mege09) reported@EE why am I getting texts saying the my signal had dropped & will take 12 - 15 to fix then get text saying it fixed and I still have no signal
-
PT (@ptavfc1) reported@EE you chose to ignore me on the telephone and on here following my complaint about abysmal service and equipment that EE supplied and changed twice but you don’t “cover” your equipment!!!!! EE are appalling to deal with!!!
-
Free Speech Highway (@Fr2962Free) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I agree with Tom on very little! However this is spot on! In parts of inner London EE signals are atrocious and despite checks that the area has a strong signal. They must do better or give customers some form of mobile signal booster.
-
Paul Welters (@PaulWelters) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE That's private enterprise for you Tom: promises investment, better cheaper service than the state could provide but trips over its own boots failing bigly However, as you surely know, mobile phone signals in La France Profonde, despite it being 6 times as big as UK, are fine.
-
Freddie M 🇬🇧 (@Freddie1985039) reported@EE Im sure they're aware of the problem as I received an SMS from EE a week ago, saying that they knew people were having problems connecting to devices like doorbells and they were looking into it, but heard nothing since. I'll call them tomorrow
-
Steveo Davies🏴 (@STEVEOLUCKY7) reportedLove how I pay a small fortune to @EE and still have shocking broadband and have to hot-spot my phone..one day off I get and can't have two items on at the same time. Done the checks, had new router and engineer visit still crap. How hard can it be to get what you pay for
