    @EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

    @EE Several years but we could usually get a signal upstairs but the signal is so bad now we can’t call inside

    @EE Ok so thats me having to reboot my wifi another 11 times in 3 days! This issue clearly has not been resolved! It’s SO frustrating

    In the 10 days I have experienced both extremes of customer service, first one was excellent customer service from @EE (best uk network bar none)and then the exact opposite from @SamsungUK who only care about taking your money and nothing else

    @SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

    @EE I need to cancel one of my contracts, I was informed I need to text 150, but unsure what I need to put in the message, staff in the store said they couldn’t put a stop on it and I need to notify 150, help please!

    @EE not being funny but not ideal my service dropping whilst on call for the ambulance service! No matter how many times I turned it off and on again still nout!

    Massively annoyed. stayed awake on @nwbbll #bloodbike duty. @EE phone never rang, only a voicemail after a call hadn’t reached me

    @SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long

    @EE I’d have loved you to just give me a date when things changed because they clearly have and I suspect it’s a change to my material detriment It’s a simple question and one you should have been able to simply answer The fact you can’t/won’t suggests that my complaint has merit

    @VodafoneUK please tell how you have the cheek to advertise Unlimited data and yet have a 25gb fair usage limit yet a real network like @EE has a fair usage of 1000 GB ,

    @MarcAllera @EE I'd love to upgrade to a pixel 6 pro, but justifying only offering 10% discount to a customer of 19years, and refusing to price match fellow networks by because @EE is a "premium network" is madness, especially when I struggle for 3G 🤔
