The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over £500 to cancel early - I’ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost £500 brand new even back then! That’s like a £2k contract for a £500 phone!!

This is still unresolved and Peter from customer service says he has ‘no availability’ to call us today and claims to have already rang and left a voicemail which neither have been received! He had ID. said no when asked if he was trying to sell smth. he clearly was. In LL65 postcode and he asked for phone no. Can you shed some light on what this was?
