    @SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long

    @EE Ok that's fine, just wondered if the company randomly deciding to ditch their phones for no reason would affect how they handle software updates as Google and Huawei might support it but EE has individually said they won't support Huawei, anyway, thanks.

    @EE I spoke to the team on chat today and im still not getting anywhere . It seams that althoe the ohone that i want has a lot of price options it appears the cheapest they can do is £78 per month ive always had the latest phone and never paid so much .

    @EE someone contact me regarding my issue from yesterday! This is still unresolved and Peter from customer service says he has ‘no availability’ to call us today and claims to have already rang and left a voicemail which neither have been received! This service is not good enough

    In the 10 days I have experienced both extremes of customer service, first one was excellent customer service from @EE (best uk network bar none)and then the exact opposite from @SamsungUK who only care about taking your money and nothing else

    @EE is there a problem with broadband in this area, mine has dropped out about 4 times today, my sister @jodonks in the same village is having the same problem. All lights green and normal on the router

    @EE after my complaint last week about receiving debt collecting letters to my address from the previous occupant. I was promised this was resolved! Another letter has arrived today!!! SORT THIS OUT. I have complained on a number of occasions 😡

    @SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

    has anyone else found @VodafoneUK signal to be even worse than it usually is lately??? I never had these issues when I was on @EE cheaper is most definitely not better and voda 5g is slower than ee 4g 😭😭😭

    @EE @Kasim__ The response from EE is almost comedic. Any detail on these ‘major investments’? When we can expect to see better service? My phone signal at home is so unreliable. Not rural location, suburbs. I’d like to see networks held accountable for delivering the improvements they promise

    @EE I’ve been dealing with tech support. It has occupied at least 3h of my time. I need to work. I still have no data roaming rendering my phone completely useless. I’ve been in the USA for three days and it still doesn’t work. I need it fixed and I need compensation.

    @ScootG1988 @EE They won’t do anything about your plan i rang up again today and basically because i never miss a payment they cant help unless i don’t pay until it goes to collections which is ridiculous..

    @EE @SamsungMobile my z flip phone broken AGAIN 2nd time this has happened the screen has a white line going down the right side very disappointed with the service from ee replaced the phone but i dont want it #rubbish. What can you do about it samsung.
