The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over £500 to cancel early - I’ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost £500 brand new even back then! All fine and working and then it fell over and needed a reboot. However on Thursday it was slow all day despite reboots. Video calls were near impossible all day.

I had to take them to the ombudsman to get my money back.
