You know what’s insane? The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over £500 to cancel early - I’ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost £500 brand new even back then! That’s like a £2k contract for a £500 phone!!

2/2 - have spoken to @EE who tell me that 2 local cell sites have been down since the beginning of last year and that they have no plans to resolve the issue. This is despite them putting a cell site directly opposite us. Off to Voda. Advising 310 others to do same. Cheaper too.

@EE Been through the complaints procedure. Total waste of time. Didn’t get a call back. You end up complaining about the complaint. It’s ridiculous. That’s why companies have complaints/resolution departments.

@EE Considering you are a communications company, your current communication is appalling. Purchased a phone from you 2 weeks ago and after chasing, still don’t have a phone that works, I have had poor conversations with your call centre and your Message service is horrendous……
