  @EE Reported my wifi keeps dropping, the lady I spoke to said she could see it had been dropping for a few days & changed the channel. Also said she would send a text with a link if it dropped again - that never happened! Wifi still dropping & spent 20 minutes on phone in a queue.

  One mast serves the entire area and when that goes down, they then cannot get approval from the landowner to repair said infrastructure and you are lucky if you have one bar of signal. @EE get it sorted!!

  @dcuthbert I'm on @EE and over the past year it's become useless. Says 5G doesn't load anything. Worst part the mobile signal is shocking and it drops nearly every call. As Soon as i'm out of contract they gone. Would be nice if they let me out for providing a **** service.
