RamonaLisa (@lisa_red4d) reported from Urmston, England@EE It was on the letter YOU @EE sent me to inform me I had an outstanding payment after switching contracts. It was quoted twice as the no to call as no longer being an @ee customer u can’t use 150. So as well as paying you what I owed you managed to cream an extra £14 out of me.
-

EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Max Wilson (@waxwellmilson) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Very stupid post. The reason we don’t have better signal in Dulwich (where I live) is because the NIMBYs opposed putting in a small signal tower which would have boostedg the coverage. As a result, a small dead zone around College Road exists.
-
Steveo Davies🏴 (@STEVEOLUCKY7) reported@jessicazeun @EE Exactly the same for me constantly contacting them about my piss poor service..100mb I was promised never get anywhere close to that , surely its breach of contract
-
Resetter (@Resetter2022) reported@EE why are you like a third works BB provider? Your app is useless. You've sent me a text message a day for as long as I can remember tell me there's an issue that will be resolved in 14 hrs. You should be refunding me months of subs
-
Rach ⚽ (@RoyKentsSocks) reported@EE I recently ordered full fibre with digital home phone incl a handset. The hub arrived last week with a note saying the handset would follow due to stock levels. Our service is now up and running, order marked as complete and the handset is on our bill but still not received.
-
The Ordinary (@Thisisordinary) reported@EE @TomTugendhat Stockwell here and your coverage is so poor …… as well
-
Bloatee (@Bloatee1) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I don’t see the problem.
-
J (@jaysta1979) reported@jayclark0106 @EE @bt_uk Yes considering they are "the UK's biggest broadband provider" the service is not great. Already spent time on the phone to them and it still drops out regularly......
-
DirtySecret (@RAGunner72) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom, Dulwich’s signal isn’t bad because O2 or EE don’t care, it’s because Southwark and local residents block or shrink almost every modern mast application. Operators want to fix it, but planning laws stop them. Until councils allow proper 20–25m masts, Dulwich will always have Kabul‑level reception.

(im)mature student (ex) 🇺🇳🇪🇺🇬🇧🏳️🌈🏁➕🖤 (@ximmat) reported@BTGroup should delve into @EE bb pricing/retention. Long term 1.6gbps customer, £85pcm. New customers? £28 for first year, 35 from May 27, 41 from May 28. 2yr deal would be £769. Me? £2040 if I change nowt. 'Special' retention deal was £1941. Shocking difference. @MartinSLewis

Paul Welters (@PaulWelters) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE That's private enterprise for you Tom: promises investment, better cheaper service than the state could provide but trips over its own boots failing bigly However, as you surely know, mobile phone signals in La France Profonde, despite it being 6 times as big as UK, are fine.
