@EE Having a lot of signal problems, my wife is trying to make important calls but the signal keeps dropping out meaning she's missing the call. Never had this issue before. Its been the same for two days, having pretty much no signal!

@EE should my broadband speed drop during the day ? I’ve been having big trouble with my broadband speeds/connection. I’ve just done speed test first from living room 7mps then from two foot from router and 12mps ? Surely still not right. Should be 36mps

Want to watch the Merseyside Derby but can't because the @BTsports app you suppose to be able to access being an @EE customer won't let you access it and I am now peed right off so much for having bt sports on my contract when I cant access it

@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

@EE getting increasingly frustrated with the service we get in our area. We simply cannot make calls indoors at our house. It was fine a few years ago but calls just disconnect constantly these days.

@IvyTenebrae @EE I've had 5G in Junction and Deganwy and even visiting my mum in the middle of Anglesey. It's faster than my home fibre broadband so I hope they're getting around to Llandudno soon. Especially for when all the tourists descend and signal grinds to a halt.

@EE Kellie from the customer service billing team is rude and should not be in such a role if she is unable to talk to customers and refuses to signpost them to other departments. Forcing customers to hang up and call back (knowing call wait times) to wind them up. Disgusting
