    @mouthwaite @EE Virgin In particular are absolutely awful I’ve been paying full whack for fast BB yet it’s off more than it’s on so infuriating especially when you’re attempting to work from home! Absolutely poor service all round from Virgin media

    @EE your upgrade deals are awful and trying to get hold of your customer service team to discuss is ridiculous. Really like the coverage EE offer but I'll be going elsewhere now.

    @EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

    @EE I spoke to Gabriel who could offer me deal £30 more than what you can get elsewhere.... Really disappointing as previous service over the last 6/7 years has been great, but at those prices and with the service, it's difficult to stick around.

    @EE stay away from these guy's complete fraudsters been taking money from me for a service I never knew I had or would volunteer to purchase. 2 yrs of money leaving my account alongside my contract so it was never picked up on, until I phone for my upgrade and they slipped up.

    Yet again! MyPlace update: Just to let you know, we have a problem near home which may be affecting service in the area. Everything should be back to normal within 13 hours. We will continue to keep you updated. To keep connected simply use WIFI calling, #shock @EE #crap
