@StuLittle1972 @EE That's ridiculous... Is it all networks near you like that or just ee??... How do you deploy is it radio or phone? We have bad areas in Nwas area but our phones seem to work OK no matter what the signal

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport trying to find out an early cancellation fee is impossible with you. FOUR different answers from four different operators. Counting down the days until end of October to finally bin you off. @EE here we come.

Nearly 2 weeks since I subscribed to @btsport through @EE and still I can't access it. The gentlemen who has been dealing with it has been fantastic, but it this what you call service? Reckon I'd have heard from you yesterday if my bill hadn't been paid today

@EE assistance please. Internet connectivity over the last 7 days has deteriorated. Almost daily now, I lose connection up to x7 times, buffering before reconnecting. On average, takes a few minutes to resettle. Not ideal and feel there’s been a change to what was a good service.

@EE my broadband isn't work. Any known issues in Manchester? Where can I check without the hassle of being stuck on hold. Ps I've already tried turning the router off and on, I don't have a landline phone either to check the line, and I use a Chromebook with no ethernet port

@EE @HowellDavies4 As you are not using your home service during that period would you deduct the cost from your month end bill. It would make sense as we are not able to use it. Surely this works both ways?

@EE It was on the letter YOU @EE sent me to inform me I had an outstanding payment after switching contracts. It was quoted twice as the no to call as no longer being an @ee customer u can’t use 150. So as well as paying you what I owed you managed to cream an extra £14 out of me.

@EE finally on day 5 is my phone unlocked! What an absolutely terrible experience... I used to have 4 lines with you and now I'll never come back... the reason why all 4 of my lines are now with @VodafoneUK is because the customer experience is so much better!

So, @EE not only ****** up by not canceling my contract in May when I asked them to, meaning I had to call up again August to get them to cancel it. They also didn't unlock my 3-year-old phone, so after moving to NZ I had to spend hours on the app and calling them to sort it out

I today have missed a phone call from my. Local hospital offering me a cancellation for a procedure,VI missed the call due to this phone again. I lost the slot! 😭😭😭 I have a @SamsungUK phone that doesn't work and @EE service I can't use.😡🤬😡🤬
