After 48+ hours I’m still without any phone service. Despite being in contact with customer support at @virginmedia for over 48 hours. Had to buy a temporary @EE SIM card in the end. Fed up and frustrated to say the least.

@EE your members site seems very broken! Desktop and also the app! Just tried to upgrade and it’s taken me 3 hours and then a get an error message at the end! This is the 3rd attempt in 2 weeks! Not sure you want me to upgrade!

@EE someone contact me regarding my issue from yesterday! This is still unresolved and Peter from customer service says he has ‘no availability’ to call us today and claims to have already rang and left a voicemail which neither have been received! This service is not good enough

@feather_26_ @EE BT all the way for me. We've had few problems, the one time our net cut out we were sent a mini hub and unlimited phone data to tether. Plus got some powerline adapters for free!

@NazN001 @EE Yup...I have the same problem. I rang tech support and they had no idea that there was an issue. They couldn’t re register my phone either. In fact my number is now not recognised by MyEE. Looks like a problem with the App/website. Rather shocking that tech support knew nothing.
