@EE Ridiculous that I get no service in my area as the mast has been decommissioned and I have to wait till 24th July to see if anything can be done! Can't make/received calls and to think you said I can cancel mid contract all of a sudden. So much for being loyal for 10 years

@EE thanks for completely blocking both phone line on my mobile. I was after help. Now I’ve not a clue what to do. Lucky enough data is still working. Never get help for two lines on one phone. Cos it’s not gonna happen. Visit EE store. See if they can help.

@MrTelecoms @EE 24 month contract costs £18 a month for 25gb data and unlimited calls & text. Affordable and signals not too bad in the areas I mostly travel. I would swap to WorldMobile for the personal data protection and simswap insurance. I would definitely stake to phone plan also.

@EE there is an issue with one of your masts in the Charing Cross/ Covent Garden area. No data. Apparently you are aware . When will this be resolved . Lots of businesses are unable to process card payments as a result. Not good enough . When might we see a resolution. Thanks

@EE This is a joke now. It's been 2 days with poor Internet ( WiFi and mobile data). Please fix this, I am tired of interacting with your BOT that runs diagnostic tests, and it keeps on telling me that there are no issues, whereas there is. This is annoying.
