@Apple 15.0.2 has killed 5g on my iPhone 13 pro max on @EE looking at the Internet i don't seem to be alone. Network reset won't work nor will restarts pls fix this ASAP even doesn't work on @ThreeUK sim not happy

Nearly 2 weeks since I subscribed to @btsport through @EE and still I can't access it. The gentlemen who has been dealing with it has been fantastic, but it this what you call service? Reckon I'd have heard from you yesterday if my bill hadn't been paid today

@EE assistance please. Internet connectivity over the last 7 days has deteriorated. Almost daily now, I lose connection up to x7 times, buffering before reconnecting. On average, takes a few minutes to resettle. Not ideal and feel there’s been a change to what was a good service.

@StuLittle1972 @EE That's ridiculous... Is it all networks near you like that or just ee??... How do you deploy is it radio or phone? We have bad areas in Nwas area but our phones seem to work OK no matter what the signal

@EE finally on day 5 is my phone unlocked! What an absolutely terrible experience... I used to have 4 lines with you and now I'll never come back... the reason why all 4 of my lines are now with @VodafoneUK is because the customer experience is so much better!

@EE It was on the letter YOU @EE sent me to inform me I had an outstanding payment after switching contracts. It was quoted twice as the no to call as no longer being an @ee customer u can’t use 150. So as well as paying you what I owed you managed to cream an extra £14 out of me.

@hold_on_to_hope @EE Absolutely! Wifi-Calling is not working. (I normally use it a lot). No updates from EE either on this outage. I had to drive two places tonight, 15 miles one way, then 30 miles the other. On both journeys at some point I got 4G that speed tested well, but most the time, nothing.

@dwoodley1990 @EE Currently experiencing the same issue! Landed in Canada today and have had no service, despite having the roam abroad add on. Think it’s related to the network wide outage. Not impressed at all! Especially as they have now logged off for the night without fixing it.

@jimrow79 @EE Same old ****, different day. I had years of trouble with EE when I first worked in your place. They cancelled my contract after 2 years of no signal.
