1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

@EE EE via 3rd party had better deals & the rep said "they're cheaper as we have more overheads than them". That is not an acceptable answer for a contract £10 a month cheaper...they then offered me a cheaper deal. Why not offer a loyal customer a good deal first of all?

@EE Well this is what they replied with: As an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) and not an MNO (Mobile Network Operator), we do not own the network and some features such as texting all shortcode numbers
