@EE Thanks for getting back. It’s for my 85 yr old grandad so the data and texts are not needed. He’s with 02 at the moment I think it’s £8-£10 a month for just calls but there customer service is atrocious so wanted to move him. Thanks anyway

-
SAMUEL (@samriley9) reported from Salford, England
@downing2 @EE I was with them for 10 years got the iPhone 7 and lost it 2 days later in a taxi, they would do **** all for me, not even a better rate on another phone so ended up having 2 contracts. Now with Vodafone.

Most mobile providers now offer 'Internet calling' which means mobile signals via Internet. If you don't have a mobile signal your broadband will carry texts and calls. Therefore if you can shop online, you can recieve a text! @BBCNaga @Moneybox @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE
-
Andrew Ko (@andrewjcko) reported from Sale, England
@CubeyMason @EE @NintendoUK For sure! I thought I was the only one having this issue and it was driving me mental (restarting the Switch about 15 times!) If it comes back online for me, I'll let you know... 👍

@EE Perfect for people in remote areas who rely on your broadband on 4G. Make sure you credit everyone’s bills for your lack of service. You’d be the first to charge us an admin fee for paying late or swapping contracts.
-
Jake (@JakeLCartwright) reported from Shavington cum Gresty, England
@EE “We’re experiencing issues with calling and texting services. Due to high call volume, we’re unable to connect you to an advisor” This is unacceptable @EE, I have COVID and I’m trying to work from home & keep in contact with loved ones. It’s been 24+ hours ongoing.
-
Steven Ross (@essross) reported
@EE Cannot believe the amount of morons on here talking about compensation. Go read your t&cs - they don't promise 100% availability of service. It's a tiny blip on a very high reliability network. Stop whining.
