@EE finally on day 5 is my phone unlocked! What an absolutely terrible experience... I used to have 4 lines with you and now I'll never come back... the reason why all 4 of my lines are now with @VodafoneUK is because the customer experience is so much better!

@EE I spoke to Gabriel who could offer me deal £30 more than what you can get elsewhere.... Really disappointing as previous service over the last 6/7 years has been great, but at those prices and with the service, it's difficult to stick around.

@EE my broadband isn't work. Any known issues in Manchester? Where can I check without the hassle of being stuck on hold. Ps I've already tried turning the router off and on, I don't have a landline phone either to check the line, and I use a Chromebook with no ethernet port

Might be time to leave @EE after all these years. First they suspend my account, then message me saying my account is suspended because I haven’t paid my bill (which I have) and then the live chat cuts me off instantly. Why am I paying for this lack of service?

@EE hardly had a service on my mobile for days now. Keep on getting notice there is a problem but then it's fixed, then the next day the same. Paying for a service I can't really use as I make calls and get cut off within seconds when based at home. Altrincham area

@CaptainDarlingK @EE @ThreeUK Plus EE are the most expensive network on the market as it is, I’ve got 5G in my area on three and pay about 20 pound a month less for my contract than I would if I’d have stayed with EE, so glad I left.

@MartinSLewis I am with EE and haven't had any signal at my home address for around 6 weeks... can you advise if @EE are obligated to pay compensation please? I am a new mum of a 5 week old and I'm concerned if my wifi was to also go down how I would be able to contact GP's etc
