1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

@EE - WIFI down all day today/ so now, not only have I not been able to make calls since January. No internet today. Not a penny of compensation despite you acknowledging I’ve got a problem with dropped calls and paying over 100pm for multiple contracts ....shocking

No matter how much I try I cannot get any MMS messages to send on my Honor 50 with @EE - >ve changed apps, changed the APN settings, check picture messaging is enables but *NOTHING* works. Normal messages send no problem. Just MMS. Anyone any ideas?! #help

@EE lovely when your complaint is ignored. Raised on 17th Feb ID1990590. This was about being lied to on black Friday, told I would get a £200 by the advisor. But then told it wasn't meant for me. Shocking. @BBCWatchdog can you help? How can you trat customers like this!!
