    @EE Can I just check. Has there been a problem with EE network just got home from work. Family says network has been rubbish all day. So far you network hasn’t been that good for us. Oh well. How long till end of contract.

    Most mobile providers now offer 'Internet calling' which means mobile signals via Internet. If you don't have a mobile signal your broadband will carry texts and calls. Therefore if you can shop online, you can recieve a text! @BBCNaga @Moneybox @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE

    @EE My point was the nearer it gets the less it goes down eg the day before it will probably be about £90 still. I understand you are milking us for every last penny but there is a point where enough is enough.

    Why is my @EE broadband so so poor everytime the football is streamed it dies. This time ethernet cable direct and still glitches. I hate this service. So unreliable.

    Just went to upgrade my mobile handset and re-sign with @EE for a few years. Shop is advertised to close at 5pm. Shutters down at 4:45. Awesome. Called to upgrade, no stock and no idea when they will have. Talk about a sign...

    @EE / self isolating due to cystic fibrosis. No signal in house to make calls since December. Numerous calls to you (check notes) no call back or speed test sent. I have two contracts with you and neither phone can make calls. Can ANYONE help or allow me to cancel my contracts.

    @EE finally on day 5 is my phone unlocked! What an absolutely terrible experience... I used to have 4 lines with you and now I'll never come back... the reason why all 4 of my lines are now with @VodafoneUK is because the customer experience is so much better!

    @EE No dates on anything i can see on the bill! Had no idea you charge a month in hand for add ons. You also charged VAT separately when I signed up, but bill price includes VAT. I think your billing transparency in really poor.

    @EE @EE Jus been told I have to wait while you investigate with multiple teams where my new phone is - in the meantime I’m paying for an upgrade with no new phone and have to wait while you go through a million processes? Rubbish service EE!!!!

    Kind of weird that @EE have a shop willing to sell you phones in Stroud at GL5 1RR when for the last 6+ weeks you can’t even use their network there. No calls, no internet. Any chance of sorting your network in this postcode ? Or shall I start looking for another provider?

    @EE I travelled from Southampton to London for the Samsung x EE AI event on 5 April, 4pm. I had two valid tickets, but the store was closed and the event never happened. Time and money wasted. What’s the explanation and how will EE compensate attendees?

    @EE you gave DPD the wrong mobile number for my delivery therefore I didn’t get the PIN. The same will happen again tomorrow unless you correct this. Can a person and not a useless virtual assistant or IVR DM me to fix this

    A bit of context to my previous posts. I have been a loyal @EE customer for over 3 years. I pay £96.99/m for Sports & Entertainment & 900Mbps internet. I also pay for @tntsports through EE which is now part of HBO Max. If I am paying over £100/m I shouldn't be forced to watch ads

    @FitbitSupport Hi guys. I'll contact @EE too but but the battery life has taken a real nose dive the last few weeks. Perfectly fine for 8 months or so and now the battery life is really bad
