-
Tim Butters (@terryspipe) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England@EE My point was the nearer it gets the less it goes down eg the day before it will probably be about £90 still. I understand you are milking us for every last penny but there is a point where enough is enough.
-
Simon Edge (@JardiniereChef) reported from Urmston, England@EE Who on earth issues bills without dates. ? Im flabbergasted

Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England@EE @ThreeUK I received my EE last Thursday, I completed the PAC form to bring my number to EE around 17:25, it was with you before the 17:30 cut off. I called you on Friday, said I wanted to leave due to poor coverage and you said PAC wouldn’t be processed until today for some reason.
-
Andy Barton (@m7leicauser) reported from Comberbach, England@elvinobody @Photofeature @EE I’m afraid that they do creep the bill up. Every year. It’s in their T’s & C’s. And they have no interest in sorting out their lack of service round here.

-
Nick (@nickfurber) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England@EE Looks like Vodafone beat you to it. Just like they beat BT (your parent company)to being the first UK network back in the early 80’s. When you talk the talk you’ve got to walk the walk #ee #vodafone #5g #pippedtothepost
-
Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, EnglandeSims need to be a thing for phones. Ordered a sim from @EE on Monday and due to @RoyalMail’s rubbish 2nd Class post service, the sim still isn’t here. Even if it arrives tomorrow, the PAC won’t get done until Monday at the earliest. It shouldn’t take a week to join a network.
-
Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England@EE Called you at 11:29 to cancel contract and request PAC code. Was told PAC code could take up to two hours, still hasn’t arrived. It was a 15 min phone call so I guess there’s still 35 mins or so for it to arrive but in my experience the code usually arrives in mins not hours.
-

Scott Speight (@scottspeig) reported@MarkyTalk @EE Try @spusu_uk same network, fraction of the cost. Apparently they manage this by only providing customer service via WhatsApp (although I find it works well). Only issue I have is no Direct Debit option. Just card.
