Hey @EE Looking to upgrade and chatted online. Sadly as an existing customer with 4 phones on EE you could not/ would not beat a deal for new customers on EE but through a third party @buymobiles @metrofone. 😪😪😪

After 48+ hours I’m still without any phone service. Despite being in contact with customer support at @virginmedia for over 48 hours. Had to buy a temporary @EE SIM card in the end. Fed up and frustrated to say the least.

@ee better deal if you go onto a business contract. At the time I felt forced into going down that route and a few years down the line I'm still stuck on a business contract rather than a normal service 🤔
