If you don't have a mobile signal your broadband will carry texts and calls. Therefore if you can shop online, you can recieve a text! @BBCNaga @Moneybox @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE

Football and cricket run throughout the year and everytime, we lose network coverage altogether. And no, I don't want to use WiFi calling

I had to take them to the ombudsman to get my money back.
