    @AutoInfatuation @autoalex @EE I had grief with Vodafone a few years back, who took my deposit and never delivered my phone - and couldn’t/wouldn’t help because I hadn’t got a Vodafone number yet. I had to take them to the ombudsman to get my money back.

    @EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

    @harvey_nuttall @EE I've had the same today! I ordered mine on the 1st. I was told on the phone to go in store and cancel my order but they get a disciplinary for phoning stores to check stock! Apalling customer service.

    @EE Have used EE for a while now, can’t fault them, no hassles and good coverage, used O2 before who had worst customer service to the point where it took me an hour just to get through to the cancellation department (this was precovid like 6yeara ago) no wasn’t paid to say this.

    @EE wondering if you help, very poor mobile signal and data speeds in 2 London locations. Very poor 4G data download 15mb and upload 3.5mb speeds in N1 2XQ. In w11 2ps very poor phone signal in area and data download and upload. Can the cell towers be checked?

    @Amithesuperspy @EE Get the discount which is the entire reason I got a new phone! They don't even update anyone or that either they leave you to find out yourself. Never seen anything like it.. 😐
