@EE No dates on anything i can see on the bill! Had no idea you charge a month in hand for add ons. You also charged VAT separately when I signed up, but bill price includes VAT. I think your billing transparency in really poor.

@AutoInfatuation @autoalex @EE I had grief with Vodafone a few years back, who took my deposit and never delivered my phone - and couldn’t/wouldn’t help because I hadn’t got a Vodafone number yet. I had to take them to the ombudsman to get my money back.

@EE Hi @EE after 6 calls, a complaint, a request to disconnect the line so that I can go to a competitor who would offer me a discount because as a local authority employee. Your company finally got their act together. Wasn’t the best customer service if I’m honest.

update: We are working on the problem in EX8. It's taking longer than expected to resolve. We will continue to keep you updated. To keep connected simply use WIFI - @EE Simply use WiFi?? I'm outside most of the day with no WiFi, hope we're not paying full price for half service!
