Hey @EE Looking to upgrade and chatted online. Sadly as an existing customer with 4 phones on EE you could not/ would not beat a deal for new customers on EE but through a third party @buymobiles @metrofone. 😪😪😪

@EE Hi. I upgraded my phone in April and received an e-mail confirming the details. I have now received a bill showing it will be a highly monthly charge. I checked the app and that shows the same figure as the paper bill. Please help

@EE Further to my complaint last night. I tried my sim in my S21 tonight which managed around 70meg on 5G. I then tried a Iphone 13 Pro Max and was getting speeds of over 220meg. This was repeated several times sa.e sim same room. Always the same results.
