@AutoInfatuation @autoalex @EE I had grief with Vodafone a few years back, who took my deposit and never delivered my phone - and couldn’t/wouldn’t help because I hadn’t got a Vodafone number yet. I had to take them to the ombudsman to get my money back.

@EE @JamesBarnes93 This is ridiculous and pointless! Already lost out on the delivery, the delivery is already being returned to you! As someone that suffers anxiety ringing, it wasn’t an option for me! Wish I could get better help. Don’t know why you can’t just email the pin!

@EE Yes, it was clearly explained when I raised the case and your operative was very helpful. However, a week later, no one has contacted me about getting the issue sorted. I have called the number above, but they were unable to help or even see that I had raised a case.

@EE Yes we are aware of that! This is the issue we have it’s my iPad number but my iPad doesn’t recieve those kind of texts. It’s the same issue over and over again. The DPD app I did have but of course iPad number linked but was signed into my mobile number for Tescos. Stupid.

@EE signal is awful, technical team no help in saying there is no resolution for this. Surely its breach of contract when your website states that 4G/5G signal should be at least ‘good’ in my postcode area
