EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Jake Murphy (@jake_murphy95) reported@shughe02 @skytv @EE They got me down to about £80 then deals expired, went to £92 and now it’s it’s £106 Before I called them a few months ago it was £112. No wonder why so many people buy fire sticks, I just can’t be asked for the issues that you can get with a stick
-
Maxine Sweetman-Ive (@sweetmax22) reported@EE I have recently upgraded my phone with Freddie in your upgrade department but I was never told about the flexi pay. I was told I was going to be paying £48.11 per month. Not an additional £24 per month on top of that. I am not happy and feel like I have been scammed
-
Maria Zelenova (@maria__zelenova) reported@EE Ok, I’ll call (yet again). I will also be filing a consumer protection complaint because you guys have no business calling yourselves “UK’s best network” and my partner and I deserve some real accountability for the stress you’ve caused us.
-
Martin Jones (@beakym) reported@Strudle2807 @EE @NOW That's an interesting comment, since I swapped to EE I've had excellent service and none of the pixilated issues I used to get.
-
Le Coq (@LeCoq_79) reported@Ladydollx_ @EE I had a similar issue when they switched BT internet over to @EE. They insisted I’d get the same plan for the same price, but delivered a far lower plan and then tried to charge me for the upgrade. Eventually the call logs were “lost” and they matched the original offer.
-
Neil Davis (@neiltheshaker) reported@EE you sent me an order confirmation email and a plan confirmation email last Friday but apparently my order didn’t complete. Still not responded to my complaint about this and your previous response on here was also dreadful. UK’s best mobile network? Absolutely unbelievable!
-
Cathy Joslin (@CathyJoslin) reported@EE Hi hope you can help I’m not receiving OTP passwords from my bank
-
Alexia Da Silva (@AlexiaPRGal) reported3 calls to @EE & 2hrs spent trying to end my mobile contract & switch to PAYG. Rep said the switch would happen 29 March. -
David (@davelympo) reported@EE useless customer services no email address, live chat are less than helpful, all you do is keep raising complaints which never get resolved
-
Thomas O'Duffy (@ThomasODuffy) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK @EE UK charges a 99p/minute "connection fee" on mobile if you call a 0845 number, which includes many forms of customer service, on top of the 1 to 7p cost of calling an 0845 number. There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.
