In 2021, is it beyond the realms of possibility, when placed on hold by a company like @EE (when customer service is shocking and they keep you on hold all weekend!) To select slightly less horrendous on-hold music? Can't fathom how they even acquired this many bad songs!

@EE I'm having an issue with calls that I'd hoped was a problem with the device but it's carried over to my new phone 😕 whenever someone calls they can hear me but I can't hear them. If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

@EE Can u give me any advice on the broadband I have from urselves. Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, I’m currently on my phones 4g coz it’s so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

@EE I tried that and was put onto an auto text bot. The text bot told me the problem was ongoing but your app/website says ‘there is a problem and it is expected to be fixed by 9.28 on the 3rd. This is poor comms. At what point can we get compensation for lack of service?

@EE I joined 15 days ago. Have had service for 5 at best. I'm leaving your fraudulent operation. I don't do gas lighters as well as you turning off the service in its entirety with no warning or alternative. no thank you. I'm done with mediocre trying to tell me it's great

@EE is there some reason that your service is down in the Clapham area again? Third outage in as many days and weeks. You'd turned off the 4g mast and have let the 5g mast become totally overloaded trying to compensate. Some customer service staff are honest! Fraudsters

@EE @ee ive just spoken with your complaints team they are horrendous and have no abilty to find a solution. Just lies, misinformation. Would have recieved more empathy and consideration from an AI bot. I'll be contacting the ombudsman
