    In 2021, is it beyond the realms of possibility, when placed on hold by a company like @EE (when customer service is shocking and they keep you on hold all weekend!) To select slightly less horrendous on-hold music? Can't fathom how they even acquired this many bad songs!

    @EE Can u give me any advice on the broadband I have from urselves. Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, I’m currently on my phones 4g coz it’s so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

    @EE I'm having an issue with calls that I'd hoped was a problem with the device but it's carried over to my new phone 😕 whenever someone calls they can hear me but I can't hear them. If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

    @EE sort ur insurance claims out online!! Every time I get to the final stage it freezes. Iv waited an hour to get through to ur employee who sounded like he was loosing the will to live&my signal is **** it cut me off😡😤 ur going to have my blood on ur hands soon swear down

    Hi @EE absolutely no comment from Apple as you can see. I am paying you for a service that doesn’t work. You told me the customer to contact Apple who supply you with these Apple TV devices. @bt_uk don’t reply either. Doesn’t customer service not exist?

    @EE after a bad call re upgrades I was ready to leave EE. I've just spoken to Tom and his customer service, great manner and honesty have changed my mind. What a great asset to the company.
