@EE I'm having an issue with calls that I'd hoped was a problem with the device but it's carried over to my new phone 😕 whenever someone calls they can hear me but I can't hear them. If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

@EE Can I just check. Has there been a problem with EE network just got home from work. Family says network has been rubbish all day. So far you network hasn’t been that good for us. Oh well. How long till end of contract.

@EE Can u give me any advice on the broadband I have from urselves. Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, I’m currently on my phones 4g coz it’s so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

@EE So far I’ve spent 25 hours on calls, many emails and only now after 12 months is there a glimmer of hope to resolving issues entirely made by EE/BT. It’s been a nightmare.

@EE I bought a new tv from your store less than 4 months ago. Today I’ve noticed that it would appear the there is already issues. There’s visible cloudy marks on the screen that looks like smears marks. This would usually indicate a faulty screen. How do I get this addressed?

@Yaco1872 @bt_uk @EE This happened to me and I called BT. They couldn’t refund me electronically but sent me a cheque for The money that I had in credit on my BT account. However, I wished I never moved across because the EE broadband service is appalling!
