@EE So were you not investing in infrastructure or protecting vulnerable customers 5 months ago when I signed up? Was this not costed out then? I suspect 3.9% reflects what you feel you can extract from customers to help increase profit margin.

@EE Guys a recommendation for you; check the #smarty website and their package and especially their vision. And do the same thing. So EE can be usable. Coverage is not the worst thing of EE. The EE app/web which never works well etc. OMG I’ve been on EE for 3 years. Nothing improved

  • Wild6169 Ian Wild (@Wild6169) reported

@EE What info do you need? I've spoken to three people, in January, February and March. You knew after the first call in January that you shouldn't be billing me but still you did. And as for Simon who I spoke to yesterday, he is not an example of excellent customer service!

  • scousenat scouselegacy 💫 (@scousenat) reported

@Jackpot777888 @EE End of January and they are hiking it up already waiting for them to get back to me I am not paying that telling me it’s nearly 2k to cancel the contract

@EE @CrazyCraven01 @EE Can get ****** if you think I’ll be staying with your network. Disgraceful money grab.

  • fredjstanley Fred Stanley (@fredjstanley) reported

.@ee absolute chancers - been with the network less than a year and they've raised my monthly bill by over 14%. Do yourself a favour and don't go near them, soon as my contract is up I'm off

  • DarryGoGo D_Brighton (@DarryGoGo) reported

@EE like the rest of your customer, shocked to be getting a hike of 14.4% per month. It’s a joke. Where does it say in your t&cs that you can increase your charged by this much? What is this additional 3.9% about? Is this mentioned in the t&cs? Thnx

  • John_Gaskell John Gaskell (@John_Gaskell) reported

@EE @CrazyCraven01 That’ll be me gone as well. Mines due in April. Time for a new customer deal I think

  • Red_Buc69 Chris Heeley (@Red_Buc69) reported

@EE August last year you talked into a new contract by lowering my Bill to only put my Bills up by so much I’m now paying more than I originally did. Over 30yrs I’ve been with you and this is how you treat your loyal customers. Do you have no shame robbing people blind?
