After 48+ hours I’m still without any phone service. Despite being in contact with customer support at @virginmedia for over 48 hours. Had to buy a temporary @EE SIM card in the end. Fed up and frustrated to say the least.

3 1/2 months to install fibre broadband SHOCKING! @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp cables laid, need connecting through my wall, 2-month wait is pathetic 3/04. I think I'll cancel my @EE order & use mobile Internet, at least that works! Wasted time putting cables in for you!

@EE I think (?) I have just solved it by looking at some replies to another issue - in SIM manager - mobile data was off 🤔 No idea how but its might be my own doing! Thank you for speedy response though #sausagefingers
