    @elvinobody @Photofeature @EE I’m afraid that they do creep the bill up. Every year. It’s in their T’s & C’s. And they have no interest in sorting out their lack of service round here.

    @EE Can u give me any advice on the broadband I have from urselves. Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, I’m currently on my phones 4g coz it’s so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

    @EE / self isolating due to cystic fibrosis. No signal in house to make calls since December. Numerous calls to you (check notes) no call back or speed test sent. I have two contracts with you and neither phone can make calls. Can ANYONE help or allow me to cancel my contracts.

    @EE Can I just check. Has there been a problem with EE network just got home from work. Family says network has been rubbish all day. So far you network hasn’t been that good for us. Oh well. How long till end of contract.

    @EE - WIFI down all day today/ so now, not only have I not been able to make calls since January. No internet today. Not a penny of compensation despite you acknowledging I’ve got a problem with dropped calls and paying over 100pm for multiple contracts ....shocking

    @EE please help my niece who’s 5 years in ICU in Cardiff has volunteered to stay on frontline finishing 3rd yr of degree #NHSCovidHeroes for all this doesn’t have an #NHS email like many frontline staff. She has an #EE contract but can’t get her bonus #HELP #NHS

    @EE I’m done with this network. I am running down my contract and leaving. Taking all my 5 lines else where. Every time “call failed” “I can’t hear you”. I call them up and the auto response “sorry we have work going on t your location’.. really???

    I've been an @EE customer for 10 years (16 if you inc T-mobile & Orange). So why am I being offered the same upgrade "deals" as new customers? Hardly a deal is it?

    @EE hiya, what happens when changing name on a contract that’s been held for around 20 years? Is it possible to keep loyalty discounts etc or would it effectively’reset’ the account back to a new one? Is it better to change name or cancel and start over? Asking for a friend x

    @EE Hi, good morning, why do EE not offer competitive tariffs on 5G sim only? I have been trying to upgrade with EE, but the cost of doing so seems prohibitive, and only 24month contracts appear to be available! Help please 🤔

    @EE If I try and ring the number given on your site (07953 966 250) for help with my broadband, it asks for for my mobile number, Im not with you for mobile, so it goes no further. so I cant actually speak to someone to sort my broadband issue out! time to find another supplier!
