@EE Can u give me any advice on the broadband I have from urselves. Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, I’m currently on my phones 4g coz it’s so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

Hey @EE since when have 0845 numbers been chargeable on pay monthly contracts? I've just noticed two calls on my bill and that's never happened before. Please help!
