Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England@EE Called you at 11:29 to cancel contract and request PAC code. Was told PAC code could take up to two hours, still hasn’t arrived. It was a 15 min phone call so I guess there’s still 35 mins or so for it to arrive but in my experience the code usually arrives in mins not hours.

Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, I’m currently on my phones 4g coz it’s so slow. Numerous calls to you (check notes) no call back or speed test sent. I have two contracts with you and neither phone can make calls. Can ANYONE help or allow me to cancel my contracts.

To select slightly less horrendous on-hold music? Can't fathom how they even acquired this many bad songs!
