@EE I'm having an issue with calls that I'd hoped was a problem with the device but it's carried over to my new phone 😕 whenever someone calls they can hear me but I can't hear them. If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

@EE hardly had a service on my mobile for days now. Keep on getting notice there is a problem but then it's fixed, then the next day the same. Paying for a service I can't really use as I make calls and get cut off within seconds when based at home. Altrincham area

Thanks to @EE we now have to pay for 2 TV contracts that we did not agree to, false information regarding ‘buying us out’ of Sky TV and Broadband. Numerous complains and no help so far. Train your staff to not give out false information at your stores. Avoid EE store in Bangor!

@EE A long time customer but I have had the most appalling service from EE over the past 2 days. Today a call centre operative & “his manager” back - tracked on a deal that I was promised yesterday by a sales person - despite recorded calls as evidence. How can this be right?

@EE - hi - Can’t top up my phone - all saved cards being declined - try adding new Mastercard Debit card and it says it doesn’t accept this type of card - try adding a MASTERCARD instead?!? I’ve spent an hour trying now. What’s the problem? I’ve spent over an hour trying now.
