@EE should my broadband speed drop during the day ? I’ve been having big trouble with my broadband speeds/connection. I’ve just done speed test first from living room 7mps then from two foot from router and 12mps ? Surely still not right. Should be 36mps

@EE Can u give me any advice on the broadband I have from urselves. Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, I’m currently on my phones 4g coz it’s so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

@vito_tweeto @EE Exactly the same with me, Vito. In my latest round of negotiations with EE, I ended up having to pay £6 more, per month, for an iPhone 11, only for the iPhone 12 to be released a week later. I had no idea. They could have given a loyal customer the heads up. Felt cheated.

@EE I had to purchase a new phone outright last year as mine was accidentally broken. I did call EE to discuss PURCHASING a NEW one outright from you guys. Unfortunately an operator didn't really want to help me last year.. So it's left a bit of a bad taste.

1/2 have been with @EE since they took over from orange. Rang them twice at the end of my contract to explore price matching a sim only deal. Told twice no, this is our deal and all we are willing to offer. Cut my losses and took out a sim only deal with another network.
