EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Lisa Whittaker (@MrsWhitt7) reportedBe prepared for my phone call @EE when my husband gets home so I can use his phone to call you. This issue had better be resolved this evening!
-
Quelpanama (@Quelpanama) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Yet another issue where we have to think back to Tom’s time in Kabul liaising between MI6 and the SAS. Apparently sitting behind a desk in a building yards away from a communication mast he got a good signal. So heroic!
-
quietcacophony (@cacophanyofcow) reported@EE your app is just awful. I was about to buy hundreds of pounds worth of kit but have given up. It is always so slow, glitchy etc. I actually tried numerous times to get to check out and just cba now.
-
James G (@jgoodliffe_) reported@EE A 20 minute wait time to speak to a guide is unacceptable in the middle of the day on a Thursday. Why has your customer service gone downhill so much?
-
Arnold Smith (@ArnoldLabour) reported@janettocornetto @EE Thanks! If you have any further problems with Google Maps, there's probably free apps on the Google Play Store (Open Street Map etc). Maybe very basic but better than no map at all.
-
Toby #FBPE #FBPA (@tobybmth) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Yes there is a massive problem with phone signal however it didn’t start in July 2024. What were you all upto? Were you busy virtue signalling?
-
'Honest' JonWilliams (@honestjon74) reportedI’m so glad I’m out of contract with @EE finally!!!!! Never in my life have I seen a company go downhill so rapidly over the last few years. Can’t use apps if I’m not at home connected to wifi. Any good network in Pembrokeshire??? Please do NOT respond EE. I don’t care.
-
Chris (@ChrisHa21736755) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE The UK mobile companies have been dealing with massive 4G and 5G investment costs and ever decreasing margins due to reducing contract prices. Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.
-
Hugies (@HughEdw54983916) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I thought you believed in the free market. It's not the government's job to support mobile phone operators.
-
Dr Hanko Honkasson (@drhanko2) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom Tugendhat suggesting that somehow the Government is responsible for very poor coverage by privately run mobile networks in Dulwich, and that taxpayer should be funding improvements for companies like EE (2025 profits £1.2 billion) as infrastructure rather than cycle lanes.
