He’s with 02 at the moment I think it’s £8-£10 a month for just calls but there customer service is atrocious so wanted to move him. Thanks anyway

Log in with email > prompts about using a passkey (don't use one) > send code instead > input code & verify > errors about the code being resent too many times. Its actually impressive they have both the worst website of any provider and they somehow made it a giant pain in the *** to even log into it. It's 2026 and the company is worth millions yet their site is like some dog **** from 2010.
