So EE can be usable. Coverage is not the worst thing of EE. The EE app/web which never works well etc. OMG Iβve been on EE for 3 years. Nothing improved

Was this not costed out then? I suspect 3.9% reflects what you feel you can extract from customers to help increase profit margin.

I am currently going through the new customer with sky at the Β£26 a month costs and am looking to cancel my phone contract in the next couple of days.
