    @EE Guys a recommendation for you; check the #smarty website and their package and especially their vision. And do the same thing. So EE can be usable. Coverage is not the worst thing of EE. The EE app/web which never works well etc. OMG I’ve been on EE for 3 years. Nothing improved

    @EE can you explain the point of having a phone that can’t make calls? Every day your service is down in halewood claiming engineers are onsite upgrading the network. This is not good enough

    @EE So were you not investing in infrastructure or protecting vulnerable customers 5 months ago when I signed up? Was this not costed out then? I suspect 3.9% reflects what you feel you can extract from customers to help increase profit margin.

    @EE @bt_uk hi, I renewed my contract and was told I get bt sport tried to sign in on my smart TV but says I need to upgrade? When I look it says watch on small or big screen

    @EE Absolutely **** right off. Approx 9 grand paid to ee,t mobile...over years, dropped me like brick in the Mersey when my contract ended. They had ******* gaul to say I had to go through credit check again ffs. After paying them thousands over last 10 years.

    @EE I was unable to get a text to log into my online banking and was worried sick there was a hacking issue and spent a lot of time on the phone to my bank. We should have had notification of the problem rather than have to google umpteen times to find this link!

    @garetharmstron1 @EE Really? So let’s say you pay £60 per month. Divide that by an average 30 day month, gives you £2 a day charges. Let’s say it’s down for 12 hours. You really want £1 refund? **** happens, Tech isn’t foolproof.
