eSims need to be a thing for phones. Ordered a sim from @EE on Monday and due to @RoyalMail’s rubbish 2nd Class post service, the sim still isn’t here. Even if it arrives tomorrow, the PAC won’t get done until Monday at the earliest. It shouldn’t take a week to join a network.

@EE Called you at 11:29 to cancel contract and request PAC code. Was told PAC code could take up to two hours, still hasn’t arrived. It was a 15 min phone call so I guess there’s still 35 mins or so for it to arrive but in my experience the code usually arrives in mins not hours.

Spoke to @EE regarding not having any signal in and around my home. Saying they cannot offer any assistance. Got myself a new contract, but they're not even willing to release me from contract or let me port my number if I carry on paying contract. #EE #shocking #greedy

@EE @ThreeUK Advised of this on the phone earlier. I’m being told different information, or not being told it at all. For a company the size of @EE I’d expect basic customer service. Hugely disappointing.

@EE I've suffered and am still suffering from little to no phone signal in and around my home, surviving solely on wifi calling (which is unacceptable). Had nothing but trouble with replacement sim cards, even new handsets at own cost thru my insurance. No help from EE whatsoever.

@EE @ThreeUK I received my EE last Thursday, I completed the PAC form to bring my number to EE around 17:25, it was with you before the 17:30 cut off. I called you on Friday, said I wanted to leave due to poor coverage and you said PAC wouldn’t be processed until today for some reason.

Astonishingly bad mobile coverage in Germany from @EE. It’s like “if you can see a field then no coverage”. It literally works only in the biggest cities. I have to resort to using my *Ethiopian* phone. EE you should be ashamed of yourselves. This is pathetic coverage.

A lad at work has just had £500 taken through his phone account by hackers! Apparently @EE. @BT and @orange customers are at risk! The message they sent him through the EE account states that they hacked the customer database and have obtained all personal information!!

@EE can you cancel a contract within the first 14 days and it just be completely cancelled with the handset returned? also, your tech support staff are partially the reason we want to cancel because the customer service was shocking. I won’t say the name here, I have respect.

@EE Spent a week on the east coast, in Scarborough, Cayton Bay, Whitby, and Bridlington and barely had phone signal the entire time. 5G? Couldn't make a phone call most days.
