Richard 🐟 (@pilchardfish) reported@EE Rubbish. Nobody expected it to be a double digit % increase. You don't have to rip off your customers, but you're choosing to. It's all a joke anyway. Threaten to leave and you get a loyalty discount or cheaper deal anyway. Just fix the contract price for the term.
