@EE Hi there, not only have ee decided to close my local shop but also in there wisdom put my monthly bill up by £3.70 on a sim only deal. Having been a loyal customer for over 20 years I will now be going to another supplier, cheers

@sandrachataway @EE If they offer consumer credit, they should be licenced by @TheFCA . Submit a complaint there documenting the overpayment and you should get it back. At least it will stop them hassling you whilst it is reviewed.

@kevinbacon @EE You can’t operate an iPhone 14 in space. Not without a cellular network which would require a satellite two way transponder and a computer server and have a link via Goonhilly Down satellite station to your network.

@EE do you price match competitors? I've seen deals where I can get the iPhone 13 for £42 w/ 30GB data & no upfront cost. Your cheapest is £56 for 4GB and £80 upfront. How are you able to do this? (pls don't say due to having the best signal cos that's not true)

Just want to express my gratitude to Charlene of @EE who provided exceptional customer service today. After a very frustrating 2 hours on your online chat, she sorted it in minutes. She needs to be training her wider colleagues on how to assist customers. Other 3 weren't good!
