Barry Lyon (@KBLyon) reported from St Helens, England
@EE So basically you're calling your own 4g network rubbish and you've been lying to us all these years.
-
Simon Watt (@simonwatt1) reported from Liverpool, England
Spoke to @EE regarding not having any signal in and around my home. Saying they cannot offer any assistance. Got myself a new contract, but they're not even willing to release me from contract or let me port my number if I carry on paying contract. #EE #shocking #greedy
-
Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England
@EE Called you at 11:29 to cancel contract and request PAC code. Was told PAC code could take up to two hours, still hasn’t arrived. It was a 15 min phone call so I guess there’s still 35 mins or so for it to arrive but in my experience the code usually arrives in mins not hours.

Andrew Whyman (@andrewwhyman) reported from Liverpool, England
@EE Yes, no difference. And my friends on EE are having the same problem so it must be the network. I've been here on a football day where it's much busier and it's been better than this.

Annie McKeown (@anniemckeown) reported from Leyland, England

-
Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England
@EE @ThreeUK Advised of this on the phone earlier. I’m being told different information, or not being told it at all. For a company the size of @EE I’d expect basic customer service. Hugely disappointing.
-
Jamie Byron (@JamieByronCSM) reported from Bury, England
@EE I’m sick & tired of my awful @Apple @iPhone_News #iphone6se what an awful phone. No wonder it’s discontinued & I cannot get a cover for it. My contract ends at the end of the year! I want a new phone now.
-
Simon Watt (@simonwatt1) reported from Liverpool, England
@EE I've suffered and am still suffering from little to no phone signal in and around my home, surviving solely on wifi calling (which is unacceptable). Had nothing but trouble with replacement sim cards, even new handsets at own cost thru my insurance. No help from EE whatsoever.
-
Jamie Byron (@JamieByronCSM) reported from Bury, England
@EE Poor response from the home button. Poor connectivity to WiFi needs prompting. It’s a dreadfulphone. I just want my upgrade now
-
John Green (@J_P_Green) reported from Bolton, England
@EE She can’t do anywhere near as bad as the magician - he was hopeless

-
Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England
@EE @ThreeUK I received my EE last Thursday, I completed the PAC form to bring my number to EE around 17:25, it was with you before the 17:30 cut off. I called you on Friday, said I wanted to leave due to poor coverage and you said PAC wouldn’t be processed until today for some reason.
-
Melanie Lewis (@melbluenose) reported from Parbold, England
@EE Hi David, I appreciate you reaching out, genuinely I do, but they are the questions your colleague should have asked. I posted on Twitter about customer service (or lack thereof) not the T&Cs of contract between a company and its customer. I’d prefer to DM or call. 1/2
-
Prof. Matt Wilson (@mattwilsondotuk) reported from Liverpool, England
@Marlanmaritime @baltictriangle @EE @TMobile @ajpsinclair I think we might need to lend them some diesel if we want to resume normal service to our phones 😀.I wonder how thier carbon free policy is coming along.that genny's been running that site for years, but this time looks like the fuel delivery never made it in time before it quit
-
Tina (@MufcTina) reported from Risley, England
@NoServiceHereUK @EE awful service here no 4G constant searching for internet connection can’t send Imessages no internet whatsoever
-
Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England
eSims need to be a thing for phones. Ordered a sim from @EE on Monday and due to @RoyalMail’s rubbish 2nd Class post service, the sim still isn’t here. Even if it arrives tomorrow, the PAC won’t get done until Monday at the earliest. It shouldn’t take a week to join a network.

@MarkAEverson @EE this isn’t the place for this, we are trying to deal with this problem too but even though your sentiment is valid the way ur going about it is coming across wrong
-
Ollie Powell (@werdle) reported
@EE I think so. I phoned your customer services yesterday and they put it on for a month starting today (first day of my billing month apparently) and said it will automatically come off on 11th August. Is that right? It stops by itself?
-
Mark Everson 🇬🇧🇺🇦 (@MarkAEverson) reported
@kequsy @EE If you aim to post in a way, and at a time when no-one gets mad, then you might as well try pushing water uphill. We need to stop just getting mad, and get back to talking about things, open, freely, and without fear of being shut down or insulted. Anyway, thanks for engaging. 👍

Gaf (@GafGaffey) reported
@EE We get it EE men are **** women are great now buy our **** because we care so much. I'm just one person that doesn't mean anything in the grand scheme of things but like Gillette before you I'm not supporting misandry.

@simplthebest2 @EE That's funny mine has never done any of these things had it 3 months now
-
David Seymour (@seymourdavid21) reported
@EE Neil it is my opinion that fibre is a bad investment! It is a multi trillion dollar investment that can't be upgraded within a decade! 30 quid a month simply won't pay it back even if the whole world was a subscriber to the ISP!
-
Lee Jones (@thisleejones) reported
@EE Hey Sam, your company have made me unwell this weekend, my elderly parents unable to contact me and your colleagues inappropriate, and you take liberties with my time, you offer no resolution. What exactly are you saying about this? I can’t even take my GP’s call due today #help

Andy Davies! 🏴🇮🇹🏴 (@SirAndyDavies) reported from Birmingham, England
@Thomberley @ShaunPi73634082 @EE Never!
-
David Seymour (@seymourdavid21) reported
@EE This needs testing by Microsoft and Redhat Neil. I just don't see the teal value if a broader gigabit network! Browsing the Internet hasn't got faster since Windows 95/98. Maybe we could employ a burst system. Where by for £2.50 you get a burst of speed for 20 gig. Microtrans

Sir Lincoln Lad (@PDF53) reported from Aldershot, England
@EE Why is he getting involved again ? The man is a woke idiot. @GarethSouthgate
