    If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

    @EE in my 3 decades in the IT industry, I've never come across such poor customer service as @EE . Spending thousands each month, its taken me over 9 months of trying just to get an invoice.

    @EE - WIFI down all day today/ so now, not only have I not been able to make calls since January. No internet today. Not a penny of compensation despite you acknowledging Iโ€™ve got a problem with dropped calls and paying over 100pm for multiple contracts ....shocking

    @EE Your app isn't working, and I believe most EE systems are down. If you employ the cheapest developers, you get terrible systems. You reap what you sow

    @EE Already done that, says there is no issues in the area and as for the wifi calling thats great if you have access to wifi but unfortunately don't have access 24/7, multiple people in my area have had no service since yesterday

    @ThreeUK I renewed my contract for a one year last year with you guys. Turn off a couple of months maybe realise I cannot wait to leave in September. And jump to @EE . Iโ€™ve been with 3uk since 2012 since you joined Vodafone, my signal and 5G have been terrible

    @EE if youโ€™re travelling to the UK do not use EE as your carrier, absolutely appalling app, no service & no longer recognises log-in. Companies need to regulated harder as they no longer pretend to even offer service.
