    Hello @TalkTalk why are you still trying to bill me when I switched provider to @EE who, incidentally, are providing a much better service at a much lower price than you ever did. I also never had the £85 cash back promised. Take anything owed out of that 👍🏼 avoid Talk Talk!!!

    @EE Hi I upgraded to an S9 plus within the last 12 months and it has developed a white bar down a section of the right hand of the screen, can you advise best process to get it repaired. I am on a monthly contract, obtained from one of your stores

    @EE Advisor 2 - Was dealing with the case but never received a reply phone call or email as promised Advisor 3 - Replied almost immediately suggesting that they never received anything additional in the package and that The Royal Mail were the likely culprits

    @EE Wanted an early annual upgrade from iPhone X to iPhone XS Max. Others have had their fee wiped or reduced to £100, but your upgrades team would not do this for me and said I’d have to wait to November to upgrade. Unfair treatment of a loyal customer.

    @EE I had an issue with my upgrade but I called customer service and they sorted it in minutes. I’ve been a customer for manybyears and I’ll continue to be. No issues here just praise!

    @EE At the moment you say I'm disconnected and owe you £49.33. If I don't pay you say about my credit score etc. I never once had a bill near £49. Also consider I'd paid the week before. I don't like threats either. I always pay what I owe on time.
