@EE your upgrades team quoted me £55-£70 a month instead of trying to help reduce, they actively wanted more money pointed out I dont need 60gdata but that's what they pushing No problem I'll let my contract expire on 3rd Nov and shop about ,for my 2 phones,house and broadband

Absolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I can’t cancel it without paying £360!!!

@drasnah @EE @Ken_129 You don't get them unless you sign up 9,184 times for them. Even then they tend to send you the opposite of what's happening. Today I got an "update l" to say there was no issue in my area, it must be my phone." All services gone for an hour at that stage
