    @EE Yes, we have a scheme paid4 from our annual gov budget which Eng could have instigated too from theirs but chose not to. However mob companies coming to the aid of Eng fams was noticeable as was their omission of supporting Wales/Sco families. Never too late to make amends tho’

    @EE MyEE is not working. Wanted to change my plan. Shame as considering moving to another provider with no contract/SIM only. Would be nice to see if you could match the monthly SIM only.

    @RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

    So frustrated with @EE and they’re shoddy signal!... and now they want to charge me £300 to terminate early because the signal strength is “strong” well you come try and make a call here! 😡😡

    @lleeggggyy @EE Yeah 🙈 I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if it’s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

    Seriously what is wrong with the signal with @EE. It’s been like it for days, not what I need when I’m due to have my baby any day and can’t even call out on my phone 🤬😡🤬 sort it out!!!!!!

    @EE General browsing & loading web pages through safari. Only seems to have an issue when in the city centre as soon as I leave to I don’t seem to have an issue

    @EE Yes Phil it is the cell in our area is down & farmer won’t let ee on the land to fix it, surly thou we shouldn’t have to keep ringing or in my case I can’t, so do an online chat every month, most people in my area are annoyed now as should just give credit for few months

    @EE the broadband is down in my area but can’t check the status of it due to your incompetent way of checking. Tells me a problem is in the area but my connection is fine, if it was fine then my broadband would be working which it isn’t.

    @EE I need to speak to someone to give a timeline, send in images, emails etc. No one will help and fobs me off. The store hasnt even investigated it so I can deadlock and go the ombudsman

    @slexify_ Been with @EE for 3 years, yes they're slightly more expensive but I've never had a single drop-out and their Gigabit internet has rarely dipped below 900Mbps, which is great considering how many devices we have connected! I pay on time, every month, never missed a DD & customer service is top-notch!

    @EE There was no damage on the phone it was 5 weeks old. Now there is i refuse to accept the phone back so I cant be blamed for anymore I cant do an insurancd claim because ive not damaged it and it'd be fraud! But yet theyre telling me its damaged and was when it was sent & it wasnt

    Our @EE broadband has been down in Keswick since at least 6am yesterday, your service status page isn't working, and all we've heard from you is a text saying you're looking into it. An update of whats happening would be nice!

    @EE Called 150 already. Got nowhere. So here we are publicly. £25 plan, £137 bill, £4/minute to Jamaica with zero warning. Your customer service team couldn't help. Maybe your social team can?.

    Getting by fed up with @EE as the television and internet is constantly dropping in and out. Has been an issue since installing but getting ridiculous now.

    @EE why is 5G so slow in my area NE23, usually get 30mb not exactly the 5G+ experience you say. And yes I’ve reported this and you say there’s no issues and it’s on our phones and not just one device
