    No network status update messages from @EE since Friday evening, maybe the issues with the masts are finally sorted. First reported the problem back in July, Altho still struggling with service ๐Ÿ™ˆ

    @EE your upgrades team quoted me ยฃ55-ยฃ70 a month instead of trying to help reduce, they actively wanted more money pointed out I dont need 60gdata but that's what they pushing No problem I'll let my contract expire on 3rd Nov and shop about ,for my 2 phones,house and broadband

    Apparently because I have an additional line (Apple Watch) attached to my sim contract I have to go to an EE store to cancel my contract. @EE making things difficult to leave an overpriced product. UKโ€™s favourite network my arse!

    @EE Everytime I call your Customer Service team the signal is very poor and we are unable to hear each other. Iโ€™ve tried calling in several different locations but the same issue occurs. Is there any way that this issue can be looked into or I can be contacted in another way?

    @EE Thank you. I was able to get through to support on the phone and they resent the missing Next Steps email, so we are all good ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป Would suggest someone fixes the phone number verification on your website though; some people donโ€™t have U.K. phones at the point they are ordering:)

    Seriously appalling service from @EE @BT. I have now spoken to 10 different people who don't know how to get a home telephone number transferred (these 2 companies are merging). I have been passed from the sales team to the tech team and all sorts and incurring extra charges,

    Well at least @ee helps. Fault on my broadband line, fair enough. Networks go down every so often. An extra 50Gb on my phone so I can use it as a hotspot while they sort it. Well done !!!

    @mrcflknr @EE Hi there Marc. VoLTE is something we support, however depends on your location and hardware. Unfortunately Wi-Fi calling isn't currently support, however has been fed back to the relevant team on your behalf - Callum
