Whatโs worse - is your phone people were utterly unrepentant there was an error from EEโs side. I now need to teach a 90 year old to use a mobile for the first time!!

I live at the end of the line as far as services are concerned and have learned the hard way over the years. Can't rely on WiFi as there are often breaks in the electricity and poor or no signal.

Chris Rosser (@chris_rosser) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE All Internet in UK is moving away from copper to the premises - and all the replacements require power to function - if you get a UPS you can plug your router and other devices (such as a phone interface) into it to keep them running during a power outage.
