I speak to @EE on Thursday who tell me they are a company who have not taken part in consumer law in 2016.....

Everytime I get “ We are testing and all looks fine”’ reply from me Broadband speed is half of guaranteed speed, reply ASSISTANCE for further help, 3 days no help.
