@lleeggggyy @EE Yeah 🙈 I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if it’s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

Apparently because I have an additional line (Apple Watch) attached to my sim contract I have to go to an EE store to cancel my contract. @EE making things difficult to leave an overpriced product. UK’s favourite network my arse!

@EE I won’t be staying with you once my phone contract ends. Last month I purchased a WiFi device on a plan I was told wasn’t a contract but could be stopped anytime. I decided to cancel within days as the WiFi quality was terrible. As I went in store to do so instead of online

I think it is time to leave @EE after many years of being a customer. They are clearly struggling and in my own situation things are just going from bad to worse, with random amounts now being taken out of my account and each attempt at intervention just creating a bigger problem
