  @lleeggggyy @EE Yeah 🙈 I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if it’s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

  @EE I and my neighbours reported no network in our area on Thursday its still not fixed this is not good enough, I work from home and need to be able to rely on my mobile for business calls, why so I paying for a service that you are not providing and not in a rush to sort out?

  So after speaking to @AppleSupport last week on 3 seperate calls they tell me I have a hardware problem with my phone so under consumer law @EE must fix or replace it. I speak to @EE on Thursday who tell me they are a company who have not taken part in consumer law in 2016.....

  @EE disgusted by the service my son received today (I am his appointee) Waited 6 weeks for an open reach engineer for them not to turn up today. Rang EE to be told oh yeah they aren't coming they messed up. Cancel and we will have to reorder with a new report. 6 more weeks wait?!

  @EE We have not had a landline for over 5 weeks since an imposed switchover from BT. Now being told there isa problem with the number which we have had for over 50 years Then a DD which we have no notification about. What an unholy mess and nobody is interested in helping
