@EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase, especially in such unprecedented times. Off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband #BetterDeal

@EE Are there issues with the network in Caerphilly at the moment? Been struggling for mobile reception for about a week now. And the mobile data is shockingly slow. Affecting all 3 handsets on my contract. Been to work in Cardiff today, and it seems fine and fast 5g

@EE I ordered upgrade iPhone 12 pro on 19th Nov. EE text on 10th Dec said phone would ship today...just called CS for an update, there are no handsets in stock and can’t tell me when I may get the new handset. I’m now looking for alternative network deals.

A complaint will be made to the CEO of @EE @MarcAllera tomorrow . All I wanted to do was get 2 new accounts for myself and my wife, total value to @EE approx £1500. All I’ve got is incorrect emails , a blip on my credit file ,and lack of any sort of joined up customer service 🤬
