    No network status update messages from @EE since Friday evening, maybe the issues with the masts are finally sorted. First reported the problem back in July, Altho still struggling with service ๐Ÿ™ˆ

    @EE MyEE is not working. Wanted to change my plan. Shame as considering moving to another provider with no contract/SIM only. Would be nice to see if you could match the monthly SIM only.

    @EE Any known issues in Cardiff CF11 please? No websites loading and my work VPN has dropped off for about 15 minutes now. Have reset router and the light is โ€˜aquaโ€™ colour again it still no joy.

    So after speaking to @AppleSupport last week on 3 seperate calls they tell me I have a hardware problem with my phone so under consumer law @EE must fix or replace it. I speak to @EE on Thursday who tell me they are a company who have not taken part in consumer law in 2016.....

    @EE So I reply to Peter, essentially saying that EE have just shrugged off my issues (lack of broadband, time off work, bill being sent) and Chris is hopeful itโ€™s resolved, shrugging off my comments...wow Customer Service at its best.

    Unbelievablly good customer service over phone by @EE - first of all, spoke to an absolute champ in Geordieland who then puts me through to an Irish boy & a half called Sean in Waterford, who chatted about #RWC2019 with me ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ช how customers calls should be handled ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ

    So @EE casually let someone set up 3 phones in my name and clock up over ยฃ600 worth of charges with calls to Nigeria but didnโ€™t see that as unusual activity. Then go on to give the worst customer service on top of that. Banter ๐Ÿ˜‚

    @EE I am truly sorry to bother you on a Bank Holiday but I'm trying to add the paid for ( non- eu) roaming to my account and it just keeps sending the same message back about roaming in Spain. Grateful for any help

    @LeilaniDowding @EE I live rurally, I donโ€™t even have a mobile signal most of the time outside of WiFi. Rural communities are not served well by mobile phone companies.

    @EE Looked on app. Still has original contract. No sign of new one. I know you have cancelled it. Itโ€™s not the first time. I will just cancel it and go elsewhere. The number is not important although can be ported. I have 9 lines and 5 out of contract. Your choice

    @EE โ€˜Oh you have to personally cancel itโ€™ I was told then after paying for 3 more months of EE while on a Canadian sim & not even using EE. Thatโ€™s why Iโ€™m so intent on doing it now but you make it purposefully difficult!!

    @LeilaniDowding @EE Most people have a cordless phone in their home. If the power went out it becomes useless. Only corded phones work in a power outage

    @EE I raise a complaint with you as you clearly can't look after my data. You send me 2 emails to say a complaint has been raised. You then send me a 3rd email saying the complaint is now resolved. You've done nothing! You've got 'no-reply' on your emails and the helpful link you've listed would require me talking to a chat bot for 30 minutes. Sort it out.
