    @EE words cannot describe how frustrated Iโ€™m feeling re: ongoing issue of third party duped me into purchasing new contract, after stating was cool to upgrade from iPhone 8 to Samsung s10; reducing monthly cost! EE have been ๐Ÿ‘Œpast 6yrs, now my solicitor is involved!

    if I can advise people anything do not take contracts out with @EE ๐Ÿ˜‚ losing my ******* shit with them. Their app is shit, their online website is shit & then when you phone them they have no recollection of anything. Still canโ€™t pay my bill & theyโ€™re not doing **** all to help.

    @EE Are there issues with the network in Caerphilly at the moment? Been struggling for mobile reception for about a week now. And the mobile data is shockingly slow. Affecting all 3 handsets on my contract. Been to work in Cardiff today, and it seems fine and fast 5g

    @EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly ยฃ20 due to contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase, especially in such unprecedented times. Off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband #BetterDeal

    @EE My week is very frustrating , no mobile network since last Thursday and having chased for an update your company don't seem to be interested in solving the problem quickly. Can't make business calls but apparently you don't guarantee a network connection so why am I paying you??

    @RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

    @Spudsghost @EE The @virginmedia crapness is to do with their router I think itโ€™s useless and canโ€™t send the WiFi through paper thin plasterboard or handle the TV signal

    Just had a power cut in #WestOxon. It's times like this you realise the importance of a usable mobile signal. It's a shame @EE and other providers don't recognise this and refuse to accept their signal here is not fit for purpose.
