    Apparently because I have an additional line (Apple Watch) attached to my sim contract I have to go to an EE store to cancel my contract. @EE making things difficult to leave an overpriced product. UK’s favourite network my arse!

    So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

    So I accept that from @EE and sort out my signal/data issues with them to a satisfactory level until I upgrade but they tell me to contact @Apple @AppleSupport immediately as they have given me false information. 4 attempts to contact them without one response or any callbacks!😡

    So after speaking to @AppleSupport last week on 3 seperate calls they tell me I have a hardware problem with my phone so under consumer law @EE must fix or replace it. I speak to @EE on Thursday who tell me they are a company who have not taken part in consumer law in 2016.....

    Ok this is odd. My docker problems weren't just docker, it's everything IPv4. All my IPv6 connections are fine, but v4 are very slow. What's even weirder is that my IPv6 connection is a 6in4 connection, so I guess it's just computers being comuuters. (@EE)

    @EE Wanted an early annual upgrade from iPhone X to iPhone XS Max. Others have had their fee wiped or reduced to £100, but your upgrades team would not do this for me and said I’d have to wait to November to upgrade. Unfair treatment of a loyal customer.

    @EE Exactly what you would expect according to the instructions for the router in the circumstances I described - intermittently working (aquablue), sometimes green, sometimes flashing yellow, etc. We've done the resets, including hard reset - it seems like a network issue.

    @EE Yes however they had none in stock, I was a little surprised that they were not offering to replace the phone considering the hassle I have had with the phone to date, also considering the problems started less than a week after I originally signed up to these contracts.
