-
Cath (@CatherineJ43) reported from Pengam, WalesHello @TalkTalk why are you still trying to bill me when I switched provider to @EE who, incidentally, are providing a much better service at a much lower price than you ever did. -
Charlie Papa SixSix 🚃🚄🇬🇧 (@GrumpyGit1960) reported@robbopalmer @EE Was out of contract after 8 years, and I've binned them off after a charade where a fibre order was cancelled 3 times coz Openreach CBA. Formal complaint seemed promising but when passed to their 'Value' team, price offered was £10 more than for a new customer. It was nuts.
-
Letitia Samuels (@LetitiaSamuels) reported@EE I haven’t got it yet, I need my old sim reactivated. I haven’t got another phone to call customer service and WiFi calling isn’t working. How do I resolve this? As I don’t currently have a working phone.

-
Simon Franklin (@SimonFranklin12) reported@hulllad47 @robbopalmer @EE You got away cheap our free tablet costs £10 a month for 3 years. EE frauds have now been reported to ofcom for it after they refused to cancel it once we realised it wasn’t free.
-
Steff McD (@Steffmcd80) reported@scoobyhugh8 @EE Prices are shocking cant even compete or even try and keep you as a customer
-
Micah Charles (@Charlie_Mate) reported@Kur7t @England @EE So has james Justin. He’s still ****.
-
Garry Walker (@GarryWalker) reported@Etsphonebill @EE My AirBNB just cancelled on me. £450 down the drain. Router is still showing blue and giving me a login screen. Which means I just need an active username and password. They aren't willing to give me one. They say there is no possibility of compensation as my contract hasn't started. Technically they turned off my dead mothers internet. The only reason I agreed to a 24 month contract with them when I will mostly be in thailand is i need internet now. Im in a village where there is no phone signal. Maybe ebola is too harsh. Middle Eastern respiratory syndrome is more appropriate.
