  @EE Are there issues with the network in Caerphilly at the moment? Been struggling for mobile reception for about a week now. And the mobile data is shockingly slow. Affecting all 3 handsets on my contract. Been to work in Cardiff today, and it seems fine and fast 5g

  @EE I and my neighbours reported no network in our area on Thursday its still not fixed this is not good enough, I work from home and need to be able to rely on my mobile for business calls, why so I paying for a service that you are not providing and not in a rush to sort out?

  So @EE casually let someone set up 3 phones in my name and clock up over £600 worth of charges with calls to Nigeria but didn’t see that as unusual activity. Then go on to give the worst customer service on top of that. Banter 😂

  @EE @pat11669019 From the looks of it prices for new customers haven't increased, only those of your existing customer base. The contract states "up to". However, you always use the maximum increase you are allowed. This implies a bad faith in your contracts in that you suggest it may be less.

  @Greaves24Tg @EE @tg well, that’s that sorted. Rang EE, some issue with back office, they’d not put through the order for my phone (?), ordered now, delivered tomorrow…and they’ve refunded delivery fee I had paid yesterday. Happy days. But flipping Nora…these scam helpline twitter accounts 🙄🙄

  @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before
