  @123why_ @EE Yep did that the claim went in on the 25th of October I have sent them numerous emails keep getting fobbed off with " we are having tech problems, can you confirm your address " been a customer of EE and Samsung for years that will not be continued.

  @EE @Apple What is going on? A friends new iPhone 16 was crushed by a car in a carpark by someone else and you can’t do anything about it because no insurance.. even tho it can still be tracked and rings. They are still paying £65 a month for contract. Poor poor service

  @EE why is your App so rubbish. I try to pay my bill and I get an error, I don't know if it is paid or not. Every month it's the same problem. I can't find anywhere to contact customer services if it even exists. Such poor service.

  @EE Your broadband service is horrendous. £120 per month for Internet and TV and if the Broadband doesn't work literally shuts everything down for hours at a time, horrendous.
