  Word of warning avoid @virginmedia 4 wifi like the plague. I rarely get even 20% of advertised speeds & the CS team are next 2 useless. Paying 4 daily disappointment that upsets the kids. Will never go back 2 them ever. Worst service I ave ever received @EE was so much better

  @123why_ @EE Yep did that the claim went in on the 25th of October I have sent them numerous emails keep getting fobbed off with " we are having tech problems, can you confirm your address " been a customer of EE and Samsung for years that will not be continued.

  @EE @pat11669019 From the looks of it prices for new customers haven't increased, only those of your existing customer base. The contract states "up to". However, you always use the maximum increase you are allowed. This implies a bad faith in your contracts in that you suggest it may be less.

  So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

  @EE your customer service imo now falls below even virgin media, 28th day of a complaint today so there is a dispute on the account, I'm currently on hold to some foreign country collections team, if the complaint is not escalated to exec team now I want a deadlock letter and
