  @EE As far as replies go this is roughly of the same use to me as Vodafone's customer service. My question is whether you too accept these minimum speeds to be "5G" even in the case of full coverage?

  @EE I and my neighbours reported no network in our area on Thursday its still not fixed this is not good enough, I work from home and need to be able to rely on my mobile for business calls, why so I paying for a service that you are not providing and not in a rush to sort out?

  @EE disgusted by the service my son received today (I am his appointee) Waited 6 weeks for an open reach engineer for them not to turn up today. Rang EE to be told oh yeah they aren't coming they messed up. Cancel and we will have to reorder with a new report. 6 more weeks wait?!

  @EE We have not had a landline for over 5 weeks since an imposed switchover from BT. Now being told there isa problem with the number which we have had for over 50 years Then a DD which we have no notification about. What an unholy mess and nobody is interested in helping
