@EE I'm having issues with the My EE app on Android at the moment. It won't open at all at the moment and keeps getting stuck on a white screen. I've tried deleting and reinstalling but the issue is persisting.

Absolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I can’t cancel it without paying £360!!!

@EE Disgusting service by EE broadband. Having awful issues and not getting anywhere. This is causing lots of unwanted anxiousness and added worry. We have people trying to work from home as we are in a local lockdown area. EE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

been using these 2 gammy as hell mobile wifi devices for 8 months now and we've had to rely on our (supposedly worse signal + much cheaper) phone hotspot from 3 pretty much the entire time. @EE were totally reliable before i locked myself into this 2 year contract, naturally..
