    @EE I'm having issues with the My EE app on Android at the moment. It won't open at all at the moment and keeps getting stuck on a white screen. I've tried deleting and reinstalling but the issue is persisting.

    @EE What a complete and utter nonsense! Trying to return some broadband equipment to EE, told because of COVID they can’t accept it, go to the post office next door no problem at all. Come on EE get your act together!

    3 days without signal in my area but it’s ok apparently because @EE customer service team said I can use “wi-fi calling” instead 🙈🤡🤡 #joke

    @EE Hi, I’ve had pretty much no 4G coverage in CF24 today. Sometimes no signal at all. I usually receive a text if there’s a problem but I’ve not had one this time. Can you confirm if there’s a problem in this area? Thanks.

    @EE Disgusting service by EE broadband. Having awful issues and not getting anywhere. This is causing lots of unwanted anxiousness and added worry. We have people trying to work from home as we are in a local lockdown area. EE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

    @EE I was under contract with EE for a sim only contract with 100GB per month data. The signal strength and bandwidth were so poor in two locations and with various phones that I never used this data, so I decided that I would look at what upgrades were available.

    @EE Hi EE, i have no phone service in the G76 area. Cannot make or receive calls, one bar of signal, and intermittently EE is being replaced by ‘no service’ on the display. Is there a problem in the area? Thanks

    @EE so I’ve had about 30% coverage on my mobile since august… rang EE to complain and they explain that 2 out of 3 towers are down and refunded my money.. In December I rang AGAIN and was put through to a guy called Steve and he explained that the main tower in Sutton

    @LewisTull @virginmedia FWIW, we've had ongoing issues with our broadband, & @ee broadband have been highly responsive throughout. Have they solved it? No, but they've had 3 BT engineers visit, to the point where the senior local engineer now just texts me directly! (We keep 4G hotspot as backup.)

    @EE I’ve just got to Brazil and I’m being asked to pay £5 for 8MB data when on your website it says £6 for 150mb of data. Also network won’t connect .who can help as I’m not paying £1.80 a minute to call customer service . I’m stuck with no phone

    Well just had to contact @EE technical team and wow years of dealing with @VodafoneGroup and customer service another level. Contacted the tech team direct through the EE app and all fixed and sorted within about 20 minutes. Excellent service and really nice chaps. 5 star service
