Rochelle Theaker (@roch123) reported from Cardiff, WalesAbsolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I can’t cancel it without paying £360!!!

This is causing lots of unwanted anxiousness and added worry. We have people trying to work from home as we are in a local lockdown area. EE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

This has been happening for 3 weeks...I was still charged extra for some reason? I’ve never had any problems with @EE but this has been a frustrating experience.
