However mob companies coming to the aid of Eng fams was noticeable as was their omission of supporting Wales/Sco families. Never too late to make amends tho’

Ordered a phone for my Son, his first ever, big surprise for him to take away this weekend, only to open it and the SIM doesn't work as its not been set up by sales correctly!! It's complete now. 'cos I'm seeing lower signal on my phone. 🤔 [Though I know U had to switch 2G off for a day as 999 calls failed to route!!!]

Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE so now two weeks since my BT broadband was changed to the faster 1.6 mb option and since the 22nd of July - 2whole weeks ago all I have had is apology after apology as to why when transferring from BT to EE things still haven’t been set up correctly- now I have to wait another 5 working days - so another week for a service was promised would be up and running after midnight on 23rd July - absolutely appalling service from a provider who apparently has been voted the vast for the last 25 year what a pile of 💩

Why didn’t they phone the branch back or call us back? Why do I have to phone you again?
