    @EE Hi, I’ve had pretty much no 4G coverage in CF24 today. Sometimes no signal at all. I usually receive a text if there’s a problem but I’ve not had one this time. Can you confirm if there’s a problem in this area? Thanks.

    Hey @ToTheMoonMobile Do you not have access to @EE 800mhz band? I see 2100, 1800, 2600. But 800 would be a big help as inside signal is really poor around areas of my village.

    @EE seems that I cannot login to my account, says it's not available, and app keeps failing saying you've got an issue and to come back later.

    @EE Yes, we have a scheme paid4 from our annual gov budget which Eng could have instigated too from theirs but chose not to. However mob companies coming to the aid of Eng fams was noticeable as was their omission of supporting Wales/Sco families. Never too late to make amends tho’

    @EE Are there issues with the network in Caerphilly at the moment? Been struggling for mobile reception for about a week now. And the mobile data is shockingly slow. Affecting all 3 handsets on my contract. Been to work in Cardiff today, and it seems fine and fast 5g

    Hey @EE are U sure LTE is back to normal on the mast covering CF644QS? [LTE-A on Band 3.] work was carried out to add 800mhz. It's complete now. 'cos I'm seeing lower signal on my phone. 🤔 [Though I know U had to switch 2G off for a day as 999 calls failed to route!!!]

    @EE Same issue unfortunately plus the sim is no longer picking up 5G and has reverted back to 4G when using my new handset.

    @EE Disgusting service by EE broadband. Having awful issues and not getting anywhere. This is causing lots of unwanted anxiousness and added worry. We have people trying to work from home as we are in a local lockdown area. EE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

    @EE I'm having issues with the My EE app on Android at the moment. It won't open at all at the moment and keeps getting stuck on a white screen. I've tried deleting and reinstalling but the issue is persisting.

    @EE can't use app, keeps saying there's a fault, can't login via website keeps telling me my account inst available. I need to share data to another phone BEFORE I get charged for using more than allowed

    @MagathaBagatha @Dyfed_Telecom @EE Mine worked for 2 weeks. EE won’t cancel contract because they say it’s down to Dyfed and vice versa. So frustrating! Ombudsman looks like only way 👎

    @VodafoneUK it's time to upgrade and the selection of phones is poor.@EE and @O2 has a better choice! They still have the samsung note 20 ultra and vodafone stopped it. They even had the #XiaomiMi11Ultra for a week just. And the tarrifs! Wow so expensive Time to change i guess

    @ThreeUK the worst network ever they told me I got 14 days to refund my broadband now I’m trying to cancel they telling me **** your internet is **** an I’m pissed off can’t even load a pic on my phone with there sim contract a swear I’m switching to @EE

    @mumsymaker @Dyfed_Telecom No. I've still got slow internet. Last night we had two hours of 40Mbps. Nearly died of shock. Now it's 3Mbps again. It's a mast issue but @EE won't listen and won't fix.

    @mumsymaker @Dyfed_Telecom @EE Yes, this is exactly what is happening to me too. I'm just piggy in the middle. Fast broadband was supposed to be a treat for my teenagers after some really tough years (hospital, surgeries etc etc) and it's just been an upsetting nightmare.
