Ordered a phone for my Son, his first ever, big surprise for him to take away this weekend, only to open it and the SIM doesn't work as its not been set up by sales correctly!! And the mobile data is shockingly slow. Affecting all 3 handsets on my contract. Been to work in Cardiff today, and it seems fine and fast 5g

The service check on the website hardly ever loads but when it does it reports no problem. Done the classic troubleshoots to death. How does this cost so much?
