    @EE Are there issues with the network in Caerphilly at the moment? Been struggling for mobile reception for about a week now. And the mobile data is shockingly slow. Affecting all 3 handsets on my contract. Been to work in Cardiff today, and it seems fine and fast 5g

    So @EE casually let someone set up 3 phones in my name and clock up over £600 worth of charges with calls to Nigeria but didn’t see that as unusual activity. Then go on to give the worst customer service on top of that. Banter 😂

    So annoyed @EE... Ordered a phone for my Son, his first ever, big surprise for him to take away this weekend, only to open it and the SIM doesn't work as its not been set up by sales correctly!! One extremely disappointed 10 year old, thanks for that! #ee #eepoorservice

    @EE We have not had a landline for over 5 weeks since an imposed switchover from BT. Now being told there isa problem with the number which we have had for over 50 years Then a DD which we have no notification about. What an unholy mess and nobody is interested in helping
