  • thejoolzman
Jules Morgan (@thejoolzman) reported from Penarth, Wales

@EE Also looking on the coverage checker, Vodafone have better 5g coverage in Penarth in general for 5g which is my hometown. Turning on WiFi calling isn't enough to solve the problem. As we no longer have a land-line.

  • VCBcom
Vale Cake Boutique (@VCBcom) reported from Barry, Wales

So annoyed @EE... Ordered a phone for my Son, his first ever, big surprise for him to take away this weekend, only to open it and the SIM doesn't work as its not been set up by sales correctly!! One extremely disappointed 10 year old, thanks for that! #ee #eepoorservice

  • markreesPT1970
Mark Rees PT (@markreesPT1970) reported from Barry, Wales

@EE I was told that I had to borrow money to pay my bill and only then would I be allowed to have incoming calls back what a joke no one has been in xon5act with me since last Friday, no one at all to say I was being cut off shocking way to treat a customer

  • Bubwal
Ade (@Bubwal) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • TS77UK
    Anthony Savage BSc (@TS77UK) reported

@EE They said they can't help as it's from Flow but if I wait 48 hours then it MIGHT fix itself and allow me to order. You missed the main point about cancelling without asking me if a different colour would suffice. But thank you for replying. Colby from Ireland was amazing though

  • nstoker
    nstoker (@nstoker) reported

The EE network is down again in Washington. Deep sigh @EE

  • dance_barry
    Barry Dance (@dance_barry) reported

@EE broadband installation failed, customer services is any thing but, complaints team do nothing. Been customer for 15 years and never have I ever experienced a complete lack of customer service. No communication, failed appointment dates and false information relayed. Shameful

  • RageByRich
    RageByRich (@RageByRich) reported

@picklefork1965 @bmstewart2004 @EE Yeah, EE isn't a rip-off at all, espcially considering at nearly 4 years, we've had one drop-out on broadband and we rarely go below 900Mbps, when their guarantee is 700Mbps. I'm well aware, just with any company, if you ring up, they'll give you the best possible deal. My whole point is, we shouldn't HAVE to ring up. The deals should be there as standard on the app that they so excessively want, everyone to be on. It's not just EE, every major Broadband/Phone/TV company want you to use their apps. For ยฃ100/m we get 1Gig Broadband, Now TV Sports, Entertainment, Netflix and Xbox GamePass. My problem is, the broadband is cheaper for me to let it run the contract down from EE and then apply through my credit card company and get the same broadband speeds at half the price for the same 24 month contract.

  • gjo2405
    Gareth Owen (@gjo2405) reported

@EE Why have I got to keep on calling? Surely good customer service would look at the number of complaints about the poor broadband and then propose a solution? Oh and also take into account the number of times Iโ€™ve called during the course of the complaint as well as accept fault

  • WillWri36918764
    Will Wright (@WillWri36918764) reported

@Kezmeister82 @EE @BT Doesn't surprise me, even once they connect you, don't be surprised if it won't connect on laptops and mobile phones. Good luck trying to raise an issue after! Have been awful

  • Billibilo
    BilliBilo (@Billibilo) reported

@EE really wish youโ€™d send your phones out in better packaging than just a plastic bag ๐Ÿ˜ก just received my new phone and the box is all banged up. Poor service from @EE and DPD.

  • StuartT34021273

@EE You cant already spoke twice your not budging so cheaper to pay off contract than pay for all rounder which I will never use

  • nonesuperior
    None Superior (@nonesuperior) reported

Iโ€™ve read time & again that a toxic workplace often reflects the character of its management, from senior leadership down to operations. @Concentrix is a clear example of this! And @EE is complicit in this with the upselling and unending sale targets. @Ofcom needs to look in.
