Ordered a phone for my Son, his first ever, big surprise for him to take away this weekend, only to open it and the SIM doesn't work as its not been set up by sales correctly!! My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

Janine Price (@J9apachePrice) reported@EE Hi yes, this has been an on going problem. All off her boast have not been activated. Only had 1gb data when it renewed and she has 21 data boasts which should equate to 1.5gb. Pack didn't renew despite there being £10 on the account
