    @EE So I reply to Peter, essentially saying that EE have just shrugged off my issues (lack of broadband, time off work, bill being sent) and Chris is hopeful it’s resolved, shrugging off my comments...wow Customer Service at its best.

    So @EE casually let someone set up 3 phones in my name and clock up over £600 worth of charges with calls to Nigeria but didn’t see that as unusual activity. Then go on to give the worst customer service on top of that. Banter 😂

    @EE I can understand not being able to ring or text out but I am not receiving calls It is outrageous way to treat a customer, basically I no one is able to contact me, so if a family member is ill there is no way to let me know shocking

    Apparently because I have an additional line (Apple Watch) attached to my sim contract I have to go to an EE store to cancel my contract. @EE making things difficult to leave an overpriced product. UK’s favourite network my arse!

    @EE I was told that I had to borrow money to pay my bill and only then would I be allowed to have incoming calls back what a joke no one has been in xon5act with me since last Friday, no one at all to say I was being cut off shocking way to treat a customer

    @EE your upgrades team quoted me £55-£70 a month instead of trying to help reduce, they actively wanted more money pointed out I dont need 60gdata but that's what they pushing No problem I'll let my contract expire on 3rd Nov and shop about ,for my 2 phones,house and broadband

    @EE If I go to work which is forty minutes away I’m fine…. I leave my home to go into my hometown area the signal is appalling. It’s a shame to see @ee go this way. Reading comments on Twitter I can see I’m not the only one suffering.

    @EE Went to your Solihull touchwood store to collect my new phone as part of my upgrade around 12:00pm. Unfortunately your store was closed and shutters were down!! Pretty gutted considering it should have been open until 5:00pm. Rang the store and no answer. Any ideas?

    @MarcAllera as CEO of @EE do u think it’s acceptable a customer is told 24, then 48, then 96 hours to activate a SIM card on an existing account! 7 days now, told another 48 hours, still no resolution in sight! Still paying for the service tho!! @Ofcom should be on this!

    @EE Thanks, Mark. I didn’t visit Halifax shop today, that was a month ago! I signed up to a cheaper BT Broadband package more guaranteed mbps. Still waiting for the router to arrive. Rang Halifax EE to be told I have to go to the shop & speak with the assistant who helped me. Poor.
