    @EE I can understand not being able to ring or text out but I am not receiving calls It is outrageous way to treat a customer, basically I no one is able to contact me, so if a family member is ill there is no way to let me know shocking

    @EE So I reply to Peter, essentially saying that EE have just shrugged off my issues (lack of broadband, time off work, bill being sent) and Chris is hopeful it’s resolved, shrugging off my comments...wow Customer Service at its best.

    Absolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I can’t cancel it without paying £360!!!

    @EE I was told that I had to borrow money to pay my bill and only then would I be allowed to have incoming calls back what a joke no one has been in xon5act with me since last Friday, no one at all to say I was being cut off shocking way to treat a customer

    @EE Hi there, I have for some time had no or little signal in my own home, I can walk 5-10 meters away from the house and I get perfectly fine 4G signal but 90% of the time I can’t even make telephone calls on my mobile in the house...

    @EE I'm having issues with the My EE app on Android at the moment. It won't open at all at the moment and keeps getting stuck on a white screen. I've tried deleting and reinstalling but the issue is persisting.

    So @EE casually let someone set up 3 phones in my name and clock up over £600 worth of charges with calls to Nigeria but didn’t see that as unusual activity. Then go on to give the worst customer service on top of that. Banter 😂

    @EE I was given false information, the lady that signed my new contract assured me it was cheaper than the previous year, that turned out not to be true and now there's a £4 rise. Time for a change, the huge increase in the cost of living benefits EE but not the customer

    @EE Hi Stacey your disregard is totally dismissive and ignores the fact that this increase is so incredibly high. Being upfront doesn't mean you can rob loyal customers when they are fixed in!! Percentages were copied from EE letter. Poor customer service - not acceptable!!

    @EE adding insult to injury, not only are your prices rising by a huge 14.4% on 31/3, I have a constant battle to access data gifting and never have a strong phone signal in this part of Manchester (Worsley) - constantly relying on WiFi to make calls - and I work from home - grrr

    @EE I’m a new customer went on the website only want a data sim check the offers stated next day delivery- ordered - received confirmation- delivery gone to 2 day - just received text - 5 days - had I known I would not have signed up! 😡

    @EE why is your service so bad in Cambridge? Every time I come here, it's like a black hole. My family who live here say it's awful all the time.
