-
Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Llanyrafon, WalesSo according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!
-
Lucy (@HeyLucyAnne) reported from Rhymney, WalesYep @EE the storm has knocked your signal out yet again. Slightest bit of wind and its boom I'm not going to work
-
Mike Conjoice (@mikeconjoice) reported from Blaenavon, WalesExcellent work from @EE today, refused to speak to me because I said my name was Michael, not Mike which didn’t match the account so I was classed as a 3rd party. Impressive way to lose a customer so quickly!

Daniel Thomas (@dklthomas6666) reported from Newport, Wales@EE @pat11669019 From the looks of it prices for new customers haven't increased, only those of your existing customer base. The contract states "up to". However, you always use the maximum increase you are allowed. This implies a bad faith in your contracts in that you suggest it may be less.
-
Huw Jones🏴 (@HuwJones58) reported from Porth, Wales@EE your upgrades team quoted me £55-£70 a month instead of trying to help reduce, they actively wanted more money pointed out I dont need 60gdata but that's what they pushing No problem I'll let my contract expire on 3rd Nov and shop about ,for my 2 phones, house and broadband

Billy Hawes (@Billyhawes) reportedI don’t normally post but is there anything more frustrating than phone signal…. @EE @O2 2026 and in the southwest of England for 250 miles travelling up north. Not one stable phone call. #shambles
-
Fiona Mullen (@FionaMullenCY) reported@hridoyreh @OrevaZSN Similar with @EE. Locked out. Won’t receive SMSs or calls. They took my € for top up (I thought that was the cause of no SMSs). I can’t get to the website. Password not recognised. Can’t change it because the SMS never arrives. Luckily it is not my primary number. Good bye EE.
-
RaSHiDa (@ItsOnlyRash) reported@EE Thanks, I followed the link in the text message but it says to turn off WiFi to add the add on. However, EE doesnt get picked up as the network for me to do this. I need to add this, can you do it manually for me your end?
-
HockeySemp (@HockeySemp) reported@EE Your Spend Cap tool has failed. My app shows £0 (attached), but you let a call run up £34 and only texted me after it ended. This is a clear breach of @Ofcom rules on preventing bill shock. I have a formal complaint (C10001911500) and need this credited. Please advise.
-
Rachel Bridge (@rachelbbridge) reported@grantaddick100 @EE Those, and all the ones with a ‘higher than average’ call waiting time and then cut the phone off after a set time so you always end up at the back of the queue. Employ more people, pay them better, actually help your customers.
-
AFCdonnilad (@afcdonnilad) reportedFormal complaint incoming. @bt_uk @EE @OpenreachHelp Order placed 6 April ahead of house move on 15 April. Install promised 22 April. Now pushed AGAIN to 5 May with ZERO explanation. Repeated 48hr “updates” that deliver nothing. No broadband, no TV, no smart devices pt1.
-
Sparky (@sparkyuk11) reported@EE It's just your signal/service, no issue with the hardware as it happens to all in my team and we're all over the UK, different devices. Get 4 bars, but data throughput is very poor.
-
Miles marchment (@Triathlon_miles) reported@EE @indigojo_uk Same my house is LU1 4ER couldn’t find a problem even thought the signals so bad. The trainer couldn’t hear me properly
