@EE Disgusting service by EE broadband. Having awful issues and not getting anywhere. This is causing lots of unwanted anxiousness and added worry. We have people trying to work from home as we are in a local lockdown area. EE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

@lleeggggyy @EE Yeah 🙈 I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if it’s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

@EE Hi, I’ve had pretty much no 4G coverage in CF24 today. Sometimes no signal at all. I usually receive a text if there’s a problem but I’ve not had one this time. Can you confirm if there’s a problem in this area? Thanks.

Nothing gets me angrier than **** customer service. It’s really not hard. @EE you should really update the dispatch times for orders on your website and train your staff to at least pretend to have empathy for your customers when you’ve misinformed them 🙄

@EE any idea what's going on with the network around Chippenham Wilts? Keep getting message its being turned off. Yet your website says nothing wrong and when I try to report it via webpage, I get an error in submission. All day it's been happening. Cant even use the phone.
