    Apparently because I have an additional line (Apple Watch) attached to my sim contract I have to go to an EE store to cancel my contract. @EE making things difficult to leave an overpriced product. UK’s favourite network my arse!

    @lleeggggyy @EE Yeah 🙈 I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if it’s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

    @EE Any known issues in Cardiff CF11 please? No websites loading and my work VPN has dropped off for about 15 minutes now. Have reset router and the light is ‘aqua’ colour again it still no joy.

    @EE r shit other half updated his phone now not working. EE said he would have to send it to be repaired. With a charge. So now has to pay for a phone he can't use

    @EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to end of promotional contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband

    @EE I've called 150 to report a fault and seek assistance two days running now, as well as emailing your consumer resolutions address on both days. I'm being ignored. A customer for ten years, longer for my mobiles, loyal despite a long history of past complaints. EE is a disgrace.

    @EE Don't worry though, I've already contacted my MP and will send everything over to Watchdog soon. Great way to treat a disabled customer, I'm sure the public will be shocked at the behaviour of a multi million pound company 👍

    @KevlarBrock @EE Best recommendation would be to speak to the exec advisor and see what resolution they can come up with, definitely try and get the product changed to a WiFi 7 router as that will resolve your issues 10x over

    I upgraded my phone on 16th August to new Pixel 11 Fold pre order they were realesed on 20th August so when are they being dispatched because I haven't had anything by email, I can't check on website because it's been broken for many years @EE

    @EE @DavidSu99220975 We had 4 day outage last week, we did all the chasing zero communication from EE and not an apology in sight!! “For 13 years running we are number 1 on customer service” I don’t think so!! Charged incorrectly for 12 months, “you haven’t chased it for a long time” 3 mths refund!

    @EE EE mobile service has been down the last 2 days! In postcode area SA62 6RJ WEST WALES! I have reported and signed up for alerts and states known issue! When will it be fixed?? It’s unacceptable
