    @EE My week is very frustrating , no mobile network since last Thursday and having chased for an update your company don't seem to be interested in solving the problem quickly. Can't make business calls but apparently you don't guarantee a network connection so why am I paying you??

    @EE Are there issues with the network in Caerphilly at the moment? Been struggling for mobile reception for about a week now. And the mobile data is shockingly slow. Affecting all 3 handsets on my contract. Been to work in Cardiff today, and it seems fine and fast 5g

    @EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase, especially in such unprecedented times. Off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband #BetterDeal

    @EE Yes, we have a scheme paid4 from our annual gov budget which Eng could have instigated too from theirs but chose not to. However mob companies coming to the aid of Eng fams was noticeable as was their omission of supporting Wales/Sco families. Never too late to make amends tho’

    @EE I and my neighbours reported no network in our area on Thursday its still not fixed this is not good enough, I work from home and need to be able to rely on my mobile for business calls, why so I paying for a service that you are not providing and not in a rush to sort out?

    @EE 3 days now trying to get to talk to someone in customer services. Calls don’t get answered, e-mails and tweets don’t get a reply. For a big communication company you don’t really like communicating. Quick to answer when it was time to upgrade though. #rubbish

    @Caveman107 @EE My account was hacked as a result of this, and when Support wasnt doing anything over for over 30+ days I was so sad. not until someone referred me to Unicyber_Support on Instagram who help me to reinstate my account, so of course they can help.

    @EE Hi my Internet on my phone past few months has been horrendous! Always dipping in signal or going off completely. been really weak when it is on. Never used to be like this. Hindering me with my work and family life! What's going on with it? Needs sorting quickly. Not good

    @j_homsey @EE Yeah that’s what I’ve done for over a decade now. This is for Kate, looking at upgrade deals for her. Last time we had to get a new contract and PAYG Sim, move her number from EE to the PAYG and then from PAYG back to the EE contract. You can’t move your number to same network :/

    @EE hi, my mobile data isn’t working in Dubai. I got a text confirming Travel Data Pass is ready to go but it’s just not working. I have roaming etc switched on…it just won’t load anything. Can you help?
