  @EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to end of promotional contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband

  @EE Disgusting service by EE broadband. Having awful issues and not getting anywhere. This is causing lots of unwanted anxiousness and added worry. We have people trying to work from home as we are in a local lockdown area. EE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

  @EE Yes, we have a scheme paid4 from our annual gov budget which Eng could have instigated too from theirs but chose not to. However mob companies coming to the aid of Eng fams was noticeable as was their omission of supporting Wales/Sco families. Never too late to make amends tho’

  @EE Hi, I’ve had pretty much no 4G coverage in CF24 today. Sometimes no signal at all. I usually receive a text if there’s a problem but I’ve not had one this time. Can you confirm if there’s a problem in this area? Thanks.

  @EE my home broadband router isn’t working and even when it is the speed is absolutely SHOCKING! I’m paying for “fast” broadband and it’s far from it. I’ll be going elsewhere unless this is sorted. Followed ALL troubleshooting and still not working.

  @EE Your website doesn't work. Your network is beyond crap. You charge through the nose, but you claim to be a brilliant network. Either be a brilliant network or come clean and market yourself as 'EE - **** but expensive'
