Seriously what is wrong with the signal with @EE. It’s been like it for days, not what I need when I’m due to have my baby any day and can’t even call out on my phone 🤬😡🤬 sort it out!!!!!!

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

So after speaking to @AppleSupport last week on 3 seperate calls they tell me I have a hardware problem with my phone so under consumer law @EE must fix or replace it. I speak to @EE on Thursday who tell me they are a company who have not taken part in consumer law in 2016.....

  • atifter Atif Raza (@atifter) reported from Llanyrafon, Wales

Contract up and decided against getting a new Iphone which does all the same stuff as the models before it. Now saving £31.98! a month. With the help of this fine gentleman @misamarrai @EE

@RosssYoungx @EE Who cares, iPhone sucks

  • jamcole88 🇬🇧Jamie🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@jamcole88) reported from Panteg, Wales

@EE Very low signal. Pontypool NP4 5. Not strong enough to make and receive calls. Let alone connect to Internet.

  • Tyrone_PT Ty✌🏾️ (@Tyrone_PT) reported from Cardiff, Wales

So @EE casually let someone set up 3 phones in my name and clock up over £600 worth of charges with calls to Nigeria but didn’t see that as unusual activity. Then go on to give the worst customer service on top of that. Banter 😂

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Llanyrafon, Wales

So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

  • photographyrsp Rob S Photography (@photographyrsp) reported from Porth, Wales

Any update pls @EE - still no signal here CF39- #nosignalhere six days now... cheers!

@RIKZ200 @EE @jay_smithy_13 @ThreeUK I couldn't agree more. 3's coverage is the worst of them all. Duped by their lying 'coverage' map. Can't even get a signal in my house. Roll on moving back to #EE

  • DullUddenCow 🐮 DullUddenCow 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@DullUddenCow) reported from Abertillery, Wales

Apparently because I have an additional line (Apple Watch) attached to my sim contract I have to go to an EE store to cancel my contract. @EE making things difficult to leave an overpriced product. UK’s favourite network my arse!

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

Between the service I’ve received from @AppleSupport and @EE about my broken phone, which is no fault of my own btw I am seriously considering knocking a mobile on the head and going back to the old landline! So much easier! #PhoneStress #21stCenturyProblems 🙈🙈🙈

  • HuwJones58 Huw Jones🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@HuwJones58) reported from Porth, Wales

@EE your upgrades team quoted me £55-£70 a month instead of trying to help reduce, they actively wanted more money pointed out I dont need 60gdata but that's what they pushing No problem I'll let my contract expire on 3rd Nov and shop about ,for my 2 phones, house and broadband

  • KaceyEdwards91 Kacey Edwards (@KaceyEdwards91) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

Wish @EE would stop sending me daily texts and actually ring me back like they said they would a month ago. Worst network and never any signal when at home 🙄

  • TheRealBerty Anthony Pesticcio (@TheRealBerty) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@EE @Rhysmay08 Russ please help this ****, he haven’t shut up all morning! #KevinBacon

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

So I accept that from @EE and sort out my signal/data issues with them to a satisfactory level until I upgrade but they tell me to contact @Apple @AppleSupport immediately as they have given me false information. 4 attempts to contact them without one response or any callbacks!😡

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

No network status update messages from @EE since Friday evening, maybe the issues with the masts are finally sorted. First reported the problem back in July, Altho still struggling with service 🙈

  • LippyBoy123 Andrew Lippiatt (@LippyBoy123) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales

@EE words cannot describe how frustrated I’m feeling re: ongoing issue of third party duped me into purchasing new contract, after stating was cool to upgrade from iPhone 8 to Samsung s10; reducing monthly cost! EE have been 👌past 6yrs, now my solicitor is involved!

  • TomWise_ Tom Wise 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@TomWise_) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales

Unbelievablly good customer service over phone by @EE - first of all, spoke to an absolute champ in Geordieland who then puts me through to an Irish boy & a half called Sean in Waterford, who chatted about #RWC2019 with me 🇮🇪 how customers calls should be handled 👏🏼👌🏼

  • jamcole88 🇬🇧Jamie🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@jamcole88) reported from Panteg, Wales

Currently with @EE with no/very low signal at home address! Who wants to send me sim cards so I can see what network to change to! @O2 @o2 @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK

@Femi_Sorry @EE as a customer for over 20 years of Orange / Everything Everywhere / EE I will take my family’s 5 mobile contracts elsewhere if you advertise on far right GB News #DontFundGBNews

  • loveworm Loveworm 🔴 (@loveworm) reported

TBH my @EE signal is pretty poor where I am but because of @Femi_Sorry I'll stick with it. #GBNews @afneil

  • 1wightman Chris Wightman (@1wightman) reported

@Femi_Sorry @EE I hope every mobile network provider advertises on GB news, then a whole load of leftie moaners will either not be able to use a mobile device or as I suspect, eating humble pie.

  • SEmerson Just a snowflake (@SEmerson) reported

Hi @EE, I joined T-Mobile over 10 years ago, and switched to you as soon as you took them over. Multiple lines/contracts across those years. But I will have no hesitation in switching service provider if I hear of one EE advert placed on far-right extremist media. #DontFundGBNews

  • BeechSbeech Simon 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@BeechSbeech) reported

@Femi_Sorry @EE Damn, that's what the emergency meeting was all about. The worldwide heads of EE networks had to scramble to an under ground bunker at 3am I heard. All social distancing rules were set aside.. must've been important. Now I know why.

  • vinceMryan vince - ✊✊🏾✊🏿 (@vinceMryan) reported

@bobggriffith @StopFundingHate @EE I’ll move to them if they ignore people that want to stifle debate with their cancel culture nonsense. You lot honestly need to get a grip

  • CentralReserva9 The President-Elect Mrs Ronald Raccoon (@CentralReserva9) reported

@Femi_Sorry @EE In your deluded little world, do you really believe anyone at EE is going to give a tuppeny **** about whether you change suppliers? Or is this more about you knowing it will get massive audiences but you'll never ever get an invite to appear on it? That's the truth eh Flem?

  • luckyphill luckyphill (@luckyphill) reported

@EE I have very poor internet in the CF71 area. Can you please advise if this will be fixed soon

  • danelawdave Davedanelaw (@danelawdave) reported

@LozzaFox @EE @Femi_Sorry Totally agree Laurence. I abhor the SWP & what they stand for, however, their Twitter cancellation was disgraceful. This similar ‘cancel’ campaign is from the same poisonous philosophy. These cancel freaks should be called out for what they are. Cultural fascists. Freedom!!

  • DJBURNS_was Alex_DJBURNS 🇬🇧 (@DJBURNS_was) reported

@Femi_Sorry @EE You ******* idiot, I hope they do a whole marketing campaign to lose your business, you freak
