@EE My week is very frustrating , no mobile network since last Thursday and having chased for an update your company don't seem to be interested in solving the problem quickly. Can't make business calls but apparently you don't guarantee a network connection so why am I paying you??

@EE Yes, we have a scheme paid4 from our annual gov budget which Eng could have instigated too from theirs but chose not to. However mob companies coming to the aid of Eng fams was noticeable as was their omission of supporting Wales/Sco families. Never too late to make amends tho’

@EE I and my neighbours reported no network in our area on Thursday its still not fixed this is not good enough, I work from home and need to be able to rely on my mobile for business calls, why so I paying for a service that you are not providing and not in a rush to sort out?

@EE Guess what? It's now 3rd January and the problem still isn't sorted. Every time I call I get a different person and a different answer. Its not good enough. I pay over £100/month with @EE and this is the way you treat a long standing customer. Very very poor service 😕

Ive been an @EE customer for a few years now and i opened my account in store. Contract runs out at the start of jan so wanted to make sure it cancells from that point. Was told they cannot cancel contracts in store and have to call 150.. Really? Have a minute please. Done out.
