  • KaceyEdwards91 Kacey Edwards (@KaceyEdwards91) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

Wish @EE would stop sending me daily texts and actually ring me back like they said they would a month ago. Worst network and never any signal when at home 🙄

  • floyd2103 floyd cooper (@floyd2103) reported from Risca, Wales

    @HavardLiam @EE I ******* hate shit like this

  • AshL93 Ash Lister (@AshL93) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@EE So I reply to Peter, essentially saying that EE have just shrugged off my issues (lack of broadband, time off work, bill being sent) and Chris is hopeful it’s resolved, shrugging off my comments...wow Customer Service at its best.

  • jamcole88 🇬🇧Jamie🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@jamcole88) reported from Panteg, Wales

@EE Very low signal. Pontypool NP4 5. Not strong enough to make and receive calls. Let alone connect to Internet.

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Llanyrafon, Wales

So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

  • TheRealBerty Anthony Pesticcio (@TheRealBerty) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@EE @Rhysmay08 Russ please help this ****, he haven’t shut up all morning! #KevinBacon

  • HuwJones58 Huw Jones🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@HuwJones58) reported from Porth, Wales

@EE your upgrades team quoted me £55-£70 a month instead of trying to help reduce, they actively wanted more money pointed out I dont need 60gdata but that's what they pushing No problem I'll let my contract expire on 3rd Nov and shop about ,for my 2 phones, house and broadband

@RosssYoungx @EE Who cares, iPhone sucks

  • DullUddenCow 🐮 DullUddenCow 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@DullUddenCow) reported from Abertillery, Wales

Apparently because I have an additional line (Apple Watch) attached to my sim contract I have to go to an EE store to cancel my contract. @EE making things difficult to leave an overpriced product. UK’s favourite network my arse!

  • photographyrsp Rob S Photography (@photographyrsp) reported from Porth, Wales

Any update pls @EE - still no signal here CF39- #nosignalhere six days now... cheers!

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

No network status update messages from @EE since Friday evening, maybe the issues with the masts are finally sorted. First reported the problem back in July, Altho still struggling with service 🙈

  • atifter Atif Raza (@atifter) reported from Llanyrafon, Wales

Contract up and decided against getting a new Iphone which does all the same stuff as the models before it. Now saving £31.98! a month. With the help of this fine gentleman @misamarrai @EE

  • LRG0808 Leah Griffiths (@LRG0808) reported from Llantrisant, Wales

Seriously what is wrong with the signal with @EE. It’s been like it for days, not what I need when I’m due to have my baby any day and can’t even call out on my phone 🤬😡🤬 sort it out!!!!!!

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

So I accept that from @EE and sort out my signal/data issues with them to a satisfactory level until I upgrade but they tell me to contact @Apple @AppleSupport immediately as they have given me false information. 4 attempts to contact them without one response or any callbacks!😡

  • LippyBoy123 Andrew Lippiatt (@LippyBoy123) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales

@EE words cannot describe how frustrated I’m feeling re: ongoing issue of third party duped me into purchasing new contract, after stating was cool to upgrade from iPhone 8 to Samsung s10; reducing monthly cost! EE have been 👌past 6yrs, now my solicitor is involved!

  • jamcole88 🇬🇧Jamie🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@jamcole88) reported from Panteg, Wales

Currently with @EE with no/very low signal at home address! Who wants to send me sim cards so I can see what network to change to! @O2 @o2 @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK

  • TomWise_ Tom Wise 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@TomWise_) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales

Unbelievablly good customer service over phone by @EE - first of all, spoke to an absolute champ in Geordieland who then puts me through to an Irish boy & a half called Sean in Waterford, who chatted about #RWC2019 with me 🇮🇪 how customers calls should be handled 👏🏼👌🏼

  • welsh_stu 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Stuart 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@welsh_stu) reported from Caerphilly, Wales

@EE can I get some help please, I’m missing 4gb of my data.

  • Tyrone_PT Ty✌🏾️ (@Tyrone_PT) reported from Cardiff, Wales

So @EE casually let someone set up 3 phones in my name and clock up over £600 worth of charges with calls to Nigeria but didn’t see that as unusual activity. Then go on to give the worst customer service on top of that. Banter 😂

  • Bubwal Ade (@Bubwal) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@RIKZ200 @EE @jay_smithy_13 @ThreeUK I couldn't agree more. 3's coverage is the worst of them all. Duped by their lying 'coverage' map. Can't even get a signal in my house. Roll on moving back to #EE

@EE Hi, I'm unable to login and manage my mobile account. I've tried both the app and the website but both seem to always constantly be down, haven't been able to login for over 2 months

  • Anonymous311819 Anonymous (@Anonymous311819) reported

@EE Thanks for the link- however, this is where I have encountered issues. Unfortunately, there is no clickable button under "Join EE", within the "Let's Chat" section.

  • chriswholt Chris Holt (@chriswholt) reported

Added a third line to my @EE contract earlier this week for one of our kids. Phone arrived on Wednesday and still isn't working. Fair to say the customer experience hasn't met expectations. Assuming there are cooling off periods for issues like this.

  • coolkitten29 AMES (@coolkitten29) reported

@EE why can’t you offer loyal customers like myself the same deals as new customers? That way you retain those loyal customers and in turn they bring you new ones. New customer- ipjone12 100gb unlimited calls +tezts £44pm no upfront .existing customer £65 a month . Not happy

  • benjiplatt Ben Platt (@benjiplatt) reported

@EE happy new year EE. Im having issues with my home EE broadband after a recent regrade. My only day off is Sunday and every time I ring it says it’s closed despite saying it’s open to 2000 on Sunday all over ER website. Is this right?

  • caffein8edsoul . (@caffein8edsoul) reported

@EE Hi. I was wondering if I could receive some support with my monthly payments. I have tried to set up a direct debit using my online account. However, for the past two months I have needed to pay the bill online myself. How can I change this please? Many thanks.

  • Phil_t1983 p (@Phil_t1983) reported

@EE Hi appreciate the reply. The text service is provided by fonix mobile and on their website you are list as an accredited partner! Why then are you unable to do anything about spam texts from them? Thanks

  • bristolboudicca Karen Frances (@bristolboudicca) reported

I think @EE have been hacked or sold their customer details to someone dodgy. Haven’t had an EE account for years but have received an email and now a text saying that they can’t verify my billing details and to click on the link/go to EE to avoid a block on the account.

  • toddieyork Darren Todd (@toddieyork) reported

@EE any chance of some proper customer support? Just been on with an agent and got a thanks for connecting message and a text saying case had been resolved... Agent had been investigating query and hadn't even responded. This is second interaction without anything being resolved

  • ClosetChipmunk steve nainby (@ClosetChipmunk) reported

@EE Hi. I upgraded from pay as you go, to a sim only deal. My number was supposed to be transferred, but it hasn't happened. Can you help?
