Absolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I can’t cancel it without paying £360!!!

  • jamcole88 🇬🇧Jamie🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@jamcole88) reported from Panteg, Wales

@EE Very low signal. Pontypool NP4 5. Not strong enough to make and receive calls. Let alone connect to Internet.

  • DullUddenCow 🐮 DullUddenCow 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@DullUddenCow) reported from Abertillery, Wales

Apparently because I have an additional line (Apple Watch) attached to my sim contract I have to go to an EE store to cancel my contract. @EE making things difficult to leave an overpriced product. UK’s favourite network my arse!

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Llanyrafon, Wales

So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

  • brianevans83 Brian Evans (@brianevans83) reported from Porth, Wales

@EE Only started this morning. Notification on my phone saying service suspended by service provider

  • TomWise_ Tom Wise 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@TomWise_) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales

Unbelievablly good customer service over phone by @EE - first of all, spoke to an absolute champ in Geordieland who then puts me through to an Irish boy & a half called Sean in Waterford, who chatted about #RWC2019 with me 🇮🇪 how customers calls should be handled 👏🏼👌🏼

  • HeyLucyAnne Lucy (@HeyLucyAnne) reported from Rhymney, Wales

Yep @EE the storm has knocked your signal out yet again. Slightest bit of wind and its boom I'm not going to work

  • AshL93 Ash Lister (@AshL93) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@EE So I reply to Peter, essentially saying that EE have just shrugged off my issues (lack of broadband, time off work, bill being sent) and Chris is hopeful it’s resolved, shrugging off my comments...wow Customer Service at its best.

  • Bubwal Ade (@Bubwal) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@RIKZ200 @EE @jay_smithy_13 @ThreeUK I couldn't agree more. 3's coverage is the worst of them all. Duped by their lying 'coverage' map. Can't even get a signal in my house. Roll on moving back to #EE

  • Helmethead___ Helmethead (@Helmethead___) reported

I was just wondering, is there anyone out there that is actually satisfied with their @EE 4G broadband? I think there’s more chance of meeting an amoeba on Saturn than finding a satisfied customer. £55 per month for a such dreadful service is just daylight robbery. Utter manure.

  • westcountrytim Timothy (@westcountrytim) reported

@EE My wife’s phone isn’t receiving sms messages at the moment (but can send them). Is there a problem with the network in London?

  • Jameswil76 James (@Jameswil76) reported

@FormallyRicky @virginmedia Mate they are terrible.!! Just left them to go with @EE

  • screwy73 Carl Scruton (@screwy73) reported

@EE No im ok unless you can improve the crap battery life

  • sssausage1488 Scotch Square Sausage (@sssausage1488) reported

@Ofcom Hi, so I managed to navigate to the page I think the broken link was guiding me to. Basically, @EE won't terminate the contract without charge. They're insisting that the whole contract be paid up - over £1000.. That's not a realistic option. What would the next step be?

  • FullMarksEditor Julia Thorne 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@FullMarksEditor) reported

That was when I was on the bus back to town, passing the Shepherds, and the @EE signal finally came back. Back in the day, I used to wonder why Stuart Cable, Deno the tattooist and Swanny from the quiz league were always so bloody loud. Then I went to Cwmaman and found out ...

  • uwu_benne benne (@uwu_benne) reported

@EE Do you need some help with your support staff? An 1hr30m into a support call and I’ve been asked twice “is my SIM in the device?” Do you think I would still be talking to your team if the SIM wasn’t already in my phone

  • Helmethead___ Helmethead (@Helmethead___) reported

I was just wondering, is there anyone out there that is actually satisfied with their @EE #ee 4G broadband? I think there’s more chance of meeting an amoeba on Saturn than finding a satisfied customer. £55 per month for a such dreadful service is just daylight robbery. Utter poo.

  • 82karen Karen Mitchell (@82karen) reported

@EE what’s happening with the signal. Not able to call anyone and getting no answer from customer service!??
