Please call our customer service team on 150”. I want to do this online tonight as cannot ring 150 in the days this week.

Customer support advised it’s a nationwide problem with @WeAreOpenreach No other mentions on local social media platforms suggesting it’s a problem. ETA for the fix is Monday. Please advise if this can be resolved sooner! Compensation expected
