    @lleeggggyy @EE Yeah πŸ™ˆ I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if it’s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

    @EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly Β£20 due to end of promotional contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband

    @EE What a complete and utter nonsense! Trying to return some broadband equipment to EE, told because of COVID they can’t accept it, go to the post office next door no problem at all. Come on EE get your act together!

    @EE Are there issues with the network in Caerphilly at the moment? Been struggling for mobile reception for about a week now. And the mobile data is shockingly slow. Affecting all 3 handsets on my contract. Been to work in Cardiff today, and it seems fine and fast 5g

    @EE I and my neighbours reported no network in our area on Thursday its still not fixed this is not good enough, I work from home and need to be able to rely on my mobile for business calls, why so I paying for a service that you are not providing and not in a rush to sort out?

    @EE Disgusting service by EE broadband. Having awful issues and not getting anywhere. This is causing lots of unwanted anxiousness and added worry. We have people trying to work from home as we are in a local lockdown area. EE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

    @EE My week is very frustrating , no mobile network since last Thursday and having chased for an update your company don't seem to be interested in solving the problem quickly. Can't make business calls but apparently you don't guarantee a network connection so why am I paying you??

    @EE It seems your network is becoming really patchy throughout Hull and we seem to be wasting our money paying for the Unlimited 5G data plans. You allow 1000gb tethering on these plans I believe so I reply on my phone to also supply data to my other devices.

    @EE Hello I have a problem with my wife's Huawei phone. Keeps kicking out of apps as soon as you open them up. I have done the clear cache and restart and this has failed. Is there anything you can help with Thank you

    @EE Hi just wanted to ask, do you need phone signal to use your 4G, I mean sometimes my phone will say I have 4G or 4G+ but online activity stops and when I look at the 'bars' they are none or 1? I just thought they might be independent of each other? Also why does fog affect it?
