Charles Field 🇺🇦 🇹🇼 🇮🇱 (@charles_uk) reported@EE The issue is that no decent signal here from any of the providers. It's something I know our local council and MP are trying to address but, so far, are making no headway. But any tips on making calls during power cuts and with no mobile signal would be appreciated!
-
Mark Baldwin (@bloomsburykid) reported@EE Crap download speeds tonight. This is central London not some remote country location. There is no excuse for such a patchy service.
-
Dale (@gde_dale) reported@EE Because the signal strength and Wi-Fi channel are identical to my neighbors. This usually happens when the a single access point is broadcasting multiple SSIDs for multiple networks.
-
ʍ ʍ ӄɦǟռ (@MMKUK1) reported@Ofcom Dear ofcom, Kindly do the same with @EE. They failed to provide a proper service at both my home and office addresses. They even acknowledged the fault and issued credit because of it, yet later admitted the issue cannot be fixed due to local black spots. Despite this, they still refused to cancel my contract without penalty. That is deeply unfair and unacceptable.
-
clearaswater (@samebothsides) reported@EE Engineer between 1 -6pm stayed in for call they just cancelled 5.10pm shocking service

Stanley_Peacorp (@Stanley_Peacorp) reported@EE When I was changing my contract I was told I could never downgrade and had to stay at the highest plan.
