This is causing lots of unwanted anxiousness and added worry. We have people trying to work from home as we are in a local lockdown area. EE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

Went to your shop (as instructed). Still not cancelled. Any reason why you make it so hard for customers to cancel?
