  @EE My week is very frustrating , no mobile network since last Thursday and having chased for an update your company don't seem to be interested in solving the problem quickly. Can't make business calls but apparently you don't guarantee a network connection so why am I paying you??

  @EE Yes Phil it is the cell in our area is down & farmer won’t let ee on the land to fix it, surly thou we shouldn’t have to keep ringing or in my case I can’t, so do an online chat every month, most people in my area are annoyed now as should just give credit for few months

  @lleeggggyy @EE Yeah 🙈 I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if it’s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

  @EE I and my neighbours reported no network in our area on Thursday its still not fixed this is not good enough, I work from home and need to be able to rely on my mobile for business calls, why so I paying for a service that you are not providing and not in a rush to sort out?

  @EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? #ee Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for. For example viewing my bill or trying to use this companies website or app is impossible. I feel like I have had my pants pulled down and my *** spanked by this company.   I got the iPhone Air. Had to swap to pay monthly for eSIM only, 50p cheaper. But the eSIM didn't hop over. So now I have no phone line. Fraud prevention due to one fail. Modern tech eh? @EE

  @EE can you explain why the people operating your live chat service aren’t clear like those on the phones. The person on the live chat has now left a 16 year old girl without data, which she relies on whilst travelling to school for her safety and the checking of bus times. Does the safety of 16 year old girls not matter?
