Unbelievablly good customer service over phone by @EE - first of all, spoke to an absolute champ in Geordieland who then puts me through to an Irish boy & a half called Sean in Waterford, who chatted about #RWC2019 with me 🇮🇪 how customers calls should be handled 👏🏼👌🏼

  • brydielwoodward . brydieloa (@brydielwoodward) reported from Aberaman, Wales

  • JLL83 Jody Littley (@JLL83) reported

@EE @MarcAllera and asked if there was any way to credit her account. I was told there wasn’t and that it was down to my Grandma (who’s 87 and vulnerable) to call up and renew. I said I wasn’t happy with this and asked to raise a complaint, the caller said they’d do this.

  • JohnBurnswriter John D Burns (@JohnBurnswriter) reported

My broadband has gone down. EE are sending an engineer out in the next couple of days. While I'm waiting they connected my laptop to the Internet via my phone. In my book that's witchcraft. @EE

  • Live_Ade Ade Dovey (@Live_Ade) reported

@EE I believe quite a lot of complaints and messages have been sent from the community only to be shunned off saying fault has been fixed. It really hasn't and as the tourists arrive the signal decreases even more. I'm not going to call sadly as I have intermittent signal!

  • Teddy2100 Aron Feerick (@Teddy2100) reported

  • shirleyjones999 shirley jones (@shirleyjones999) reported

@Curri_Scott @EE Daren't switch my mobile data on 4gb goes straight away. Tried to sort it last year & just found out EE gave me all the wrong info, wrong billing date, etc. Everything turned off that can be, & not even using it, data gone. Customer services & Tech team say they don't know why...

  • Live_Ade Ade Dovey (@Live_Ade) reported

@EE presume you’re aware of the continuous complaints in and around North Devon especially EX39 for poor signal right? Sick of paying premium monthly costs and still only getting 3G and 1 bar at the best of times.

  • whoshotdk Dave (@whoshotdk) reported

@EE I've paid you £40 odd a month for the last 8 years for a contract that started with a iPhone 5C. I needed an extra week to pay my bill this month (first time I ever asked) and you flat out refused. Thanks for the "support" in these difficult times.

  • DanTheTwatter Daniel (@DanTheTwatter) reported

@DClark_Bland @EE Not meaning to hop on, but I had one of these at 16:30, went to log in to my EE account and that told me it was locked too for security purposes. And since then I've had issues with other websites having people log in to my accounts. Just keep an eye on your other accounts
