    @EE words cannot describe how frustrated Iโ€™m feeling re: ongoing issue of third party duped me into purchasing new contract, after stating was cool to upgrade from iPhone 8 to Samsung s10; reducing monthly cost! EE have been ๐Ÿ‘Œpast 6yrs, now my solicitor is involved!

    @EE where is my delivery via DPD? Waited all day Thursday and now all day today. No one can help me at DPD ; canโ€™t track driver for some reason. EE sales say not their problem - very poor customer service.

    @EE Advisor 2 - Was dealing with the case but never received a reply phone call or email as promised Advisor 3 - Replied almost immediately suggesting that they never received anything additional in the package and that The Royal Mail were the likely culprits

    So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

    Moved into my new house end of March and still no broadband with @EE. Absolutely piss poor. Day 14 of hot spotting off the work phone. Letโ€™s see what the 3rd @WeAreOpenreach visit brings when again, they stand round a socket, headscratching, looking like theyโ€™ve been lobotomised.

    Is @EE the hardest organization to speak to. Instead of meaningless text options why not answer a phone. And why when you open a complaint will you close it unless I contact you. Surely you should contact me to say how and when itโ€™s been resolved. Absolutely appalling

    @EE I have recently upgraded my phone with Freddie in your upgrade department but I was never told about the flexi pay. I was told I was going to be paying ยฃ48.11 per month. Not an additional ยฃ24 per month on top of that. I am not happy and feel like I have been scammed

    @EE @EE Jus been told I have to wait while you investigate with multiple teams where my new phone is - in the meantime Iโ€™m paying for an upgrade with no new phone and have to wait while you go through a million processes? Rubbish service EE!!!!
