@lleeggggyy @EE Yeah 🙈 I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if it’s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

@EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase, especially in such unprecedented times. Off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband #BetterDeal

@EE Since getting the 21 ultra and continuing a contract, signal strength seems weaker and with traveling around for work, it's much the same. Even where i score cricket at home groung now it keeps dropping out where before I'd have a solid 2 bars

@EE Telephone customer service advised to contact store mgr . Went to store, advised to speak to the salesperson who sold phone. Salesperson advised that I speak to store mgr. Who would be in the next day……2 store visits/no resolution. Terrible customer service.
