@EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase, especially in such unprecedented times. Off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband #BetterDeal

@123why_ @EE Yep did that the claim went in on the 25th of October I have sent them numerous emails keep getting fobbed off with " we are having tech problems, can you confirm your address " been a customer of EE and Samsung for years that will not be continued.

@EE Customer for 15 years-closing my business due to the economic climate. Livid! my broadband contract ends Sept 23-EE want to charge £117 to cancel! How about spending less on fancy tv adverts! We have 2 mobiles and home broadband with EE and you call this customer service!

@bt_uk @EE I previously messaged the EE team and they directed me to BT. It was then BT who said it's an EE issue and I can either cancel the contract or speak to branch manager. Ideally I don't want to cancel but annoyed I have been miss-sold. It's going to cost £120 more over contract
