@EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to end of promotional contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband

@123why_ @EE Yep did that the claim went in on the 25th of October I have sent them numerous emails keep getting fobbed off with " we are having tech problems, can you confirm your address " been a customer of EE and Samsung for years that will not be continued.

@EE My phone has stopped charging and the battery charger is losing its charge very quickly but they won't repair it because the phone has a chip on the screen no where the charger port only had the phone six months don't believe them steer clear of this network

@EE Absolutely disgusting customer service from @EE they have taken £414 from my wife’s account without any prior notice. A mistake owing to an insurance claim, notified them of the issue and have had to raise a complaint which may take 8 weeks to resolve! No apology in the call!
