  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

So I accept that from @EE and sort out my signal/data issues with them to a satisfactory level until I upgrade but they tell me to contact @Apple @AppleSupport immediately as they have given me false information. 4 attempts to contact them without one response or any callbacks!😡

  • jamcole88 🇬🇧Jamie🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@jamcole88) reported from Panteg, Wales

@EE Very low signal. Pontypool NP4 5. Not strong enough to make and receive calls. Let alone connect to Internet.

  • atifter Atif Raza (@atifter) reported from Llanyrafon, Wales

Contract up and decided against getting a new Iphone which does all the same stuff as the models before it. Now saving £31.98! a month. With the help of this fine gentleman @misamarrai @EE

  • LippyBoy123 Andrew Lippiatt (@LippyBoy123) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales

@EE words cannot describe how frustrated I’m feeling re: ongoing issue of third party duped me into purchasing new contract, after stating was cool to upgrade from iPhone 8 to Samsung s10; reducing monthly cost! EE have been 👌past 6yrs, now my solicitor is involved!

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

Between the service I’ve received from @AppleSupport and @EE about my broken phone, which is no fault of my own btw I am seriously considering knocking a mobile on the head and going back to the old landline! So much easier! #PhoneStress #21stCenturyProblems 🙈🙈🙈

  • mandymills50 Mandy Mills (@mandymills50) reported from Brecon, Wales

@squirrelwalker @EE And they wonder why we shop online; the St David’s Store error will cost me around £1800.00 extra Ali, can’t help feeling disgruntled. Glad you’re sorted. Have a great weekend all.

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

No network status update messages from @EE since Friday evening, maybe the issues with the masts are finally sorted. First reported the problem back in July, Altho still struggling with service 🙈

  • DullUddenCow 🐮 DullUddenCow 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@DullUddenCow) reported from Abertillery, Wales

Apparently because I have an additional line (Apple Watch) attached to my sim contract I have to go to an EE store to cancel my contract. @EE making things difficult to leave an overpriced product. UK’s favourite network my arse!

  • HuwJones58 Huw Jones🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@HuwJones58) reported from Porth, Wales

@EE your upgrades team quoted me £55-£70 a month instead of trying to help reduce, they actively wanted more money pointed out I dont need 60gdata but that's what they pushing No problem I'll let my contract expire on 3rd Nov and shop about ,for my 2 phones, house and broadband

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

So after speaking to @AppleSupport last week on 3 seperate calls they tell me I have a hardware problem with my phone so under consumer law @EE must fix or replace it. I speak to @EE on Thursday who tell me they are a company who have not taken part in consumer law in 2016.....

  • kdhanz KD Hansford (@kdhanz) reported from Mountain Ash, Wales

@EE I'm fed up of your network in aberdare. It hasn't worked tidy for months and I have two contracts with you. Please sort it out or I'm leaving to @VodafoneUK or @O2

  • TomWise_ Tom Wise 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@TomWise_) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales

Unbelievablly good customer service over phone by @EE - first of all, spoke to an absolute champ in Geordieland who then puts me through to an Irish boy & a half called Sean in Waterford, who chatted about #RWC2019 with me 🇮🇪 how customers calls should be handled 👏🏼👌🏼

  • KaceyEdwards91 Kacey Edwards (@KaceyEdwards91) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

Wish @EE would stop sending me daily texts and actually ring me back like they said they would a month ago. Worst network and never any signal when at home 🙄

  • CatherineJ43 Cath (@CatherineJ43) reported from Pengam, Wales

Hello @TalkTalk why are you still trying to bill me when I switched provider to @EE who, incidentally, are providing a much better service at a much lower price than you ever did. I also never had the £85 cash back promised. Take anything owed out of that 👍🏼 avoid Talk Talk!!!

  • kevpercy84 kev percy (@kevpercy84) reported from Abergavenny, Wales

Can someone @EE let me know what happened this morning. No signal at all and can’t access my podcasts. On the WiFi now but come off that and nothing. #help #needmyphone

  • WelshROK Rob O'Keefe (@WelshROK) reported from Merthyr Tydfil, Wales

@EE Hi I upgraded to an S9 plus within the last 12 months and it has developed a white bar down a section of the right hand of the screen, can you advise best process to get it repaired. I am on a monthly contract, obtained from one of your stores

  • photographyrsp Rob S Photography (@photographyrsp) reported from Porth, Wales

  • w00dsy_10 Chris Woods (@w00dsy_10) reported from Risca, Wales

Got to love @EE, down for about the 4th time in 3 weeks 👍great service

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Llanyrafon, Wales

So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

For the 1001th time when will you sort out the piss poor voice / call signal around Streatham Hill? Can never talk to anyone on the phone. Data is just about ok, but voice calling is crap. Been telling you for 4+ years! @EE

  • nickyteeee nick thompson (@nickyteeee) reported

Yet again no @EE service in my area - becoming a bit of a regular occurrence now! #comeonits2021 #timetochangeprovider

  • chris_dudley Chris Dudley (@chris_dudley) reported

@planetf1 @EE It was only the sure signal that kept me on VF, but now that’s gone maybe better options elsewhere. Reception in my village is fairly atrocious on all networks though!

  • tracy3hindle tracyhindle (@tracy3hindle) reported

@EE 4/5 days of terrible and sometimes no signal at all- very poor and extremely frustrating especially as today you send me text telling your reducing my speed to 2 mbps

  • greensyncro Andi (@greensyncro) reported

@EE Spend time sorted no out the ongoing signal issues for real customers please, before making stupidly expensive adverts that do not represent the service that most of us receive. It’s rather insulting to see this when I pay £260/ month and I can’t even make a phone call

  • LandlordCasey Casey Floyd (@LandlordCasey) reported

Dear @EE! Please can you sort out your phone signal in the HR5 area. It’s been TWO DAYS now without signal. Come on. We’re meant to be in 2021 not 1683 🤯

  • Vass88 Mark (@Vass88) reported

@ee think a phone call will resume service, wow, if only all network failures could be fixed this way #fail

  • sheikh_rahman Sheikhy (@sheikh_rahman) reported

Anyone else having trouble with @EE signal lately

  • agustin Agustin Pesciallo (@agustin) reported from Camberwell, England

@virginmedia Yes, down for two days and when i called yesterday they said it was gonna be fixed today and it is not. I work from home. I have already spent my @EE mobile iNet and I'm buying @bt_uk passes. How can I cancel the service and move to other provider?

  • mng321 martyn (@mng321) reported

@lollbarkersmith @EE Took me 6 days to get a reply and that reply was NHS workers matter but all other emergency services and volunteers can go whistle as far as they are concerned..
