Kacey Edwards (@KaceyEdwards91) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales
Wish @EE would stop sending me daily texts and actually ring me back like they said they would a month ago. Worst network and never any signal when at home 🙄
-
Lucy (@HeyLucyAnne) reported from Rhymney, Wales
Yep @EE the storm has knocked your signal out yet again. Slightest bit of wind and its boom I'm not going to work
-
🇬🇧Jamie🏴 (@jamcole88) reported from Panteg, Wales
@EE Very low signal. Pontypool NP4 5. Not strong enough to make and receive calls. Let alone connect to Internet.
-
K A C E Y (@KaceyEdwards91) reported from Pontllanfraith, Wales
Left @ee 2 months ago, paid a final bill, still haven’t had confirmation account is closed and still having text message updates about the problems in the area 🥱
-
Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Llanyrafon, Wales
So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!
-
Ash Lister (@AshL93) reported from Cardiff, Wales
@EE So I reply to Peter, essentially saying that EE have just shrugged off my issues (lack of broadband, time off work, bill being sent) and Chris is hopeful it’s resolved, shrugging off my comments...wow Customer Service at its best.
-
🏴 Stuart 🏴 (@welsh_stu) reported from Caerphilly, Wales

-
Huw Jones🏴 (@HuwJones58) reported from Porth, Wales

-
Brian Evans (@brianevans83) reported from Porth, Wales

-
🇬🇧Jamie🏴 (@jamcole88) reported from Panteg, Wales
Currently with @EE with no/very low signal at home address! Who wants to send me sim cards so I can see what network to change to! @O2 @o2 @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK
-
Rochelle Theaker (@roch123) reported from Cardiff, Wales
Absolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I can’t cancel it without paying £360!!!
-
Tom Wise 🏴 (@TomWise_) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales
Unbelievablly good customer service over phone by @EE - first of all, spoke to an absolute champ in Geordieland who then puts me through to an Irish boy & a half called Sean in Waterford, who chatted about #RWC2019 with me 🇮🇪 how customers calls should be handled 👏🏼👌🏼
-
geraint evans (@mrbean1977) reported from Fochriw, Wales
@EE you need 2 sort your broadband out everynight now it drops. How do i cancel my contract as im not paying for this garbage. 😡😡
-
Ade (@Bubwal) reported from Cardiff, Wales
@RIKZ200 @EE @jay_smithy_13 @ThreeUK I couldn't agree more. 3's coverage is the worst of them all. Duped by their lying 'coverage' map. Can't even get a signal in my house. Roll on moving back to #EE
-
Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales
No network status update messages from @EE since Friday evening, maybe the issues with the masts are finally sorted. First reported the problem back in July, Altho still struggling with service 🙈
-
Connor Botwright (@ConnorBotwright) reported from Cardiff, Wales
@EE Hence why you should be chasing them. If you don't have that info you should get it. It's the very essence of customer service.
-
Brian Evans (@brianevans83) reported from Porth, Wales
@EE Only started this morning. Notification on my phone saying service suspended by service provider
-
floyd cooper (@floyd2103) reported from Risca, Wales
@HavardLiam @EE I ******* hate shit like this
-
🐮 DullUddenCow 🏴 (@DullUddenCow) reported from Abertillery, Wales
Apparently because I have an additional line (Apple Watch) attached to my sim contract I have to go to an EE store to cancel my contract. @EE making things difficult to leave an overpriced product. UK’s favourite network my arse!
-
Anthony Pesticcio (@TheRealBerty) reported from Cardiff, Wales
@EE @Rhysmay08 Russ please help this ****, he haven’t shut up all morning! #KevinBacon

Robin Williams (@RobinTosh) reported
Goodbye @EE As soon as my contract is at an end I’m off to a network who aren’t money grabbing b******d. Couldn’t resist the urge to bring back roaming charges to further boost their own bottom line.
-
PolitixUK (@PolitixUk) reported
@EE @WeAre8Official Found a way for you to save money. Don’t bother calling me to ask if I’d like to use your service. That would just be a waste of your time and money.
-
mark ashley (@markashley2) reported
@StanCollymore @EE EE, Sky and BT are the worst telecommunications companies in the UK.
-
Blahoo #FPBE (@zhingmaster) reported
@EE £2 a day, per person. £28 for a fortnight away, or almost £100 for a family getaway. That’s not ‘small’. You’re literally the only network charging, funny how the others manage to maintain their UK network without robbing travellers blind, despite promising not to 6months ago.
-
Andrew Wheeler (@automotophoto) reported
@ianwheeler @denkmit @EE Ian, I just read that too. Poor guy
-
Stan Collymore (@StanCollymore) reported
Nice to see @EE unable to resist the tap in of charging Britons roaming charges without an iota of a viable reason to. If you're paying roaming charges for Europe in 2021, you're absolutely mad. Go with any network who wouldn't charge , because there's no good reason to. None.
-
Phoenix Rahman (@Phoenixrahman) reported
@EE @bryonydixon It’s funny you say that you guys are “investing into our leading customer service” and yet go do the one thing that goes opposite of that statement. Break your promise. That is no way to be a “leading customer service”.
-
ijh == (@1stjanna) reported
@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK Two mobile operators that broadly share the same network & infrastructure and you don’t think 3 wont follow.🤔
-
Dan (@DanWalkerDJ) reported
@ASC_Jez @EE @WeAre8Official 100% agree. Customer since ORANGE days. 23 years. Stayed despite them not being the cheapest. Time to look elsewhere
-
James Rees (@Jimlibob) reported
@StanCollymore @EE Problem is they will all follow suit and EE know this. The 'dividends' and 'control' were never going to be for the little people.
