EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Gav (@aftertheflood_) reported@IamjustWendy @EE thats the problem. i could've done a shed load of work not knowing if their obvious internal outage was or was not having an effect on my broadband. as it happens it seems purely coincidental. and a factory reset on their box fixed it.
-
chrisg (@chrisg742054) reported@EE I don't need to talk to somebody because I already have and nothing changes I'm paying a monthly bill for a terrible service We need 5g masts
-
Ashley jasper (@Ashleyjasper12) reported@EE also the EE app not working so why ask us to go there when it’s not working
-
𝙶𝚊𝚟𝚒𝚗 𝙱𝚞𝚛𝚛𝚘𝚠𝚜 ✨ (@Strudle2807) reported@EE why does your internet go down for a few seconds multiple times every evening? If it’s for updates how do I change the time that this happens because it’s exactly when I need it most! Service has been appalling since day dot!
-
i'm not a battery for the matrix (@lowercase00) reported@robbopalmer @EE They seiously over charge newer companies charge a 1/4 of the cost to still be on the ee network.
-
Kat 🐝 (@femininecheese) reported@EE I am trying to top up my PAYG account but the app keeps saying “something went wrong” when I log in and when it says it’s sending a passcode to my email. I can’t call customer service because my phone has no data
-
i'm not a battery for the matrix (@lowercase00) reported@BenGungyal @EE EE exploits existing customers as do they all. I was on a very basic phone contract that they wanted £20.00 per month for when you can get exactly the same deal on the EE network for less that a fiver. Just goes to show how greedy they all are.
-
Steve (@coastersteve) reported@EE I'm at the point of ditching my contract with EE which I've held since you started and before that Orange. Scaring customers is a terrible way to gain customers. They're coming back at 7, the cctv is on and I'll record them lying to my face to get a sale.
-
Gar (@Evolife80) reported@EE once again the network is down in NE482DA. 5th time this week.
-
Dominic Geraghty (@DominicGeraghty) reported@EE huge apologies - I've paid your bill - misunderstanding about which one it was. So sorry!!! I was an idiot!!!
