  • CatherineJ43 Cath (@CatherineJ43) reported from Pengam, Wales

Hello @TalkTalk why are you still trying to bill me when I switched provider to @EE who, incidentally, are providing a much better service at a much lower price than you ever did. I also never had the £85 cash back promised. Take anything owed out of that 👍🏼 avoid Talk Talk!!!

  • Bubwal Ade (@Bubwal) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

  • Tyrone_PT Ty✌🏾️ (@Tyrone_PT) reported from Cardiff, Wales

So @EE casually let someone set up 3 phones in my name and clock up over £600 worth of charges with calls to Nigeria but didn’t see that as unusual activity. Then go on to give the worst customer service on top of that. Banter 😂

  • storrmin571 Nörm•i•am (@storrmin571) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@EE love the customer service online today. The rep has said go somewhere else for a better deal. Rewarding loyalty

@RIKZ200 @EE @jay_smithy_13 @ThreeUK I couldn't agree more. 3's coverage is the worst of them all. Duped by their lying 'coverage' map. Can't even get a signal in my house. Roll on moving back to #EE

  • LRG0808 Leah Griffiths (@LRG0808) reported from Llantrisant, Wales

Seriously what is wrong with the signal with @EE. It’s been like it for days, not what I need when I’m due to have my baby any day and can’t even call out on my phone 🤬😡🤬 sort it out!!!!!!

  • AshL93 Ash Lister (@AshL93) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@EE So I reply to Peter, essentially saying that EE have just shrugged off my issues (lack of broadband, time off work, bill being sent) and Chris is hopeful it’s resolved, shrugging off my comments...wow Customer Service at its best.

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • spsq2013 Sean P (@spsq2013) reported

@kirm84 @EE I'm on a very small network. 10 quid a month. 30 day rolling. Will never change. The problem is all the big telcos are doing it. So can't just go to voda or three. Exact same thing. A PAYG deal with good Mobile internet and a good WiFi connection is all I need.

  • AJFarrelly_ 𝙰𝙹 𝙵𝚊𝚛𝚛𝚎𝚕𝚕𝚢 (@AJFarrelly_) reported

@EE Glad they didn't do it this week. I've had slow, patchy 4g since Friday. I have an @EE sim in *all* my devices which I'm starting to regret now. Is there a mast down in Kent?

  • mrsbadgerhead Luli (@mrsbadgerhead) reported

@EE I'd like to have a signal that doesn't need me to stand in a specific square inch of my kitchen, in order to make a call!!

  • codg1e CAS (@codg1e) reported

@EE hi guys, I have a series 4 LTE Apple Watch. I’d like to upgrade to series 7. Can I trade in the old watch and if so, does the monthly cost go down or credit applied to account?

  • DaveWilliams_2 Dave Williams (@DaveWilliams_2) reported

@Restless_Sleep_ @EE EE also fail to say that in April (and they do it every April) they will increase all contract prices by almost 10%. So the £16 will suddenly becomes around £17.60. Rather sneaky EE, I think.

  • gamergody Gody (@gamergody) reported

@EE @bt_uk @BTCare Question. Do you guys support conference calling over your networks?

  • NeilTrangmar Neil Trangmar (@NeilTrangmar) reported

Just had "invalid SIM" appear on my mobile display, followed by "no SIM". Have removed SIM and refitted and got service back. Not sure if it's my phone, my SIM, or if you have network problems this evening @EE will monitor

  • jvardon Jonathan Vardon (@jvardon) reported

@EE I haven’t tried that - as I can call everyone else I assumed the issue was at your end just like last week when your own representative couldn’t see my bill to help me with the same issue that I am trying resolve today.

  • CabbieOO7 CabbieOO7 🇬🇧 (@CabbieOO7) reported

@EE I feel totally let down with #EE after the years I have been with them over the years with multiple phones. As each phone ends Contract I will look to another supplier

  • AJFarrelly_ 𝙰𝙹 𝙵𝚊𝚛𝚛𝚎𝚕𝚕𝚢 (@AJFarrelly_) reported

@BrenKuebler @EE It doesn't help that my phone, watch and router are all @EE. I probably shouldn't have put all my eggs in one basket.
