@lleeggggyy @EE Yeah 🙈 I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if it’s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

@EE Disgusting service by EE broadband. Having awful issues and not getting anywhere. This is causing lots of unwanted anxiousness and added worry. We have people trying to work from home as we are in a local lockdown area. EE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

What a con! I was trying to top up with @EE but landed on the #OnTopUp website by mistake, which didn't make it plain they were separate, charged a hefty fee and signed me up for a monthly subscription I never asked for! Why does @EE even take vouchers from this dodgy operator?

@EE hi there,since upgrading, the BT sport large screen £5 service was unexpectedly removed and I can't re add it via 150 sms. I have BT sport as smart benefit. Tried calling but was just sent a link which said I'm not eligible for this service. BT sport app still works fine
