@EE @pat11669019 From the looks of it prices for new customers haven't increased, only those of your existing customer base. The contract states "up to". However, you always use the maximum increase you are allowed. This implies a bad faith in your contracts in that you suggest it may be less.

  • MaartenSleeckx
Maarten (@MaartenSleeckx) reported from Victoria, Wales

@EE As far as replies go this is roughly of the same use to me as Vodafone's customer service. My question is whether you too accept these minimum speeds to be "5G" even in the case of full coverage?

  • CreateActionLtd
Create Action (Alan) ๐ŸŽฏ (@CreateActionLtd) reported

@EE I raise a complaint with you as you clearly can't look after my data. You send me 2 emails to say a complaint has been raised. You then send me a 3rd email saying the complaint is now resolved. You've done nothing! You've got 'no-reply' on your emails and the helpful link you've listed would require me talking to a chat bot for 30 minutes. Sort it out.

I'm convinced that zero humans work for @EE what a **** storm of conflicting information. Repeating yourself over and over with different outcomes to only be put to someone else and repeat again and then told different information and other person wrong. FU EE FU

@EE Also. It was never this bad 12 months ago. Something has changed your end. To many people in the area now with Sizewell C starting and you haven't kept up with the pace and causing a bottle neck. ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜ณ

  • MattHone06
    Matt (@MattHone06) reported

@EE really fed up now of of paying a lot of money for a phone, when I only ever had 2 bars or signal or less? I need this to improve massively? Been a customer for easily 20 years and Iโ€™m seriously considering changing providers.

  • TheDealEnvoy
    ร€๐•“รก๐•ชแปฬ€๐•žรญ (@TheDealEnvoy) reported

๐Ÿšจ Scam alert. Be careful out there. Hackers are getting really sophisticated. Just had an unsolicited call from 01438 989236 claiming to be @EE customer service. Sounded professional. Said they had a promotion that would bring my monthly bill down. Asked for my last name, then said Iโ€™d get a code from @EE and should read it out to โ€œverifyโ€ I was the account holder. Checked the number that called and the number that sent the text. Instantly knew it was a scam. Called @EE myself on the official number and reported it. Never give anyone a code sent to your phone. Hang up and call the company directly.

  • PhilCoyne
    Phil Coyne (@PhilCoyne) reported

@EE Don't worry though, I've already contacted my MP and will send everything over to Watchdog soon. Great way to treat a disabled customer, I'm sure the public will be shocked at the behaviour of a multi million pound company ๐Ÿ‘

  • Malcolm_Sillick
    Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
