    @lleeggggyy @EE Yeah ๐Ÿ™ˆ I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if itโ€™s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

    @EE Hi I upgraded to an S9 plus within the last 12 months and it has developed a white bar down a section of the right hand of the screen, can you advise best process to get it repaired. I am on a monthly contract, obtained from one of your stores

    @EE My week is very frustrating , no mobile network since last Thursday and having chased for an update your company don't seem to be interested in solving the problem quickly. Can't make business calls but apparently you don't guarantee a network connection so why am I paying you??

    @EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly ยฃ20 due to contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase, especially in such unprecedented times. Off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband #BetterDeal

    Absolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I canโ€™t cancel it without paying ยฃ360!!!

    @EE As far as replies go this is roughly of the same use to me as Vodafone's customer service. My question is whether you too accept these minimum speeds to be "5G" even in the case of full coverage?

    So I accept that from @EE and sort out my signal/data issues with them to a satisfactory level until I upgrade but they tell me to contact @Apple @AppleSupport immediately as they have given me false information. 4 attempts to contact them without one response or any callbacks!๐Ÿ˜ก

    @EE General browsing & loading web pages through safari. Only seems to have an issue when in the city centre as soon as I leave to I donโ€™t seem to have an issue

    Contract up and decided against getting a new Iphone which does all the same stuff as the models before it. Now saving ยฃ31.98! a month. With the help of this fine gentleman @misamarrai @EE

    @EE 6 days left on my contract with a complaint with exec team, I've just rang up and been told its unfortunate @O2 have massively undercut you by ยฃ12 a month unfortunately I'm better moving to o2 what ****** customer service after 9 years, @Offcom need to look at you

    @EE awful internet once again. Shortage in my local area has been going since 5am and still not repaired! This is the 3rd thing to go wrong since being changed over from BT to you. Not reliable at all!

    @EE @WoodUksparky137 This is why now being with EE(Orange) for 30 yrs I now buy my devices outright or have a payment plan with the manufacturer & just have a SIM only package as sorry EE but since taken over by BT you are no longer the company you once were just now only offer the best network
