@EE I have ee broadband and this morning I have tried to connect to my Amazon Fire stick and it has WiFi but not Internet connection my phone and computer are fine I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting and rebooting yet nothing is there an issue with the Internet

@EE Please inform me why I cannot access your online service. It says, “Sorry we were unable to complete your request right now. Please call our customer service team on 150”. I want to do this online tonight as cannot ring 150 in the days this week.

@EE is your call centre shut on a Sunday? We are having major problems with our internet and we need to get them sorted, yet we call 150 and get "this office is shut" when according to your website, it is 8 am to 8 pm.
