@EE Yes, we have a scheme paid4 from our annual gov budget which Eng could have instigated too from theirs but chose not to. However mob companies coming to the aid of Eng fams was noticeable as was their omission of supporting Wales/Sco families. Never too late to make amends tho’

@EE Disgusting service by EE broadband. Having awful issues and not getting anywhere. This is causing lots of unwanted anxiousness and added worry. We have people trying to work from home as we are in a local lockdown area. EE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

@EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to end of promotional contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband

@EE Problem with internet connectivity today (noticed and since 10:30am) (CT15 5LA) via 4GEE Wi-Fi Mini 2020. Had to switch phone off wi-fi to log onto EE app. App says there was a problem but fixed. Not so - still no internet.

The @EE supervisor that I just spoke to should be ashamed of herself. Telling someone to “cancel your DD so that you miss the bill, you’ll receive a text to pay. Call up & discuss how you can lower your bill” - this is how people end up with terrible credit! #poorcustomerservice
