Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE well well, I’ve just received a letter from yourselves at EE stating that my complaint has been closed ! Who says it is - certainly not me and I have not in any concept closed my complaint against you as an organisation- How do you even exist pulling stunts like this - about time off on was alerted to your underhand ways of working and billing - since the 11th August I’m being charged for TNT sports which I still can’t access - so don’t tell me this complaint is closed beauties far from being closed as I state - what a 💩
-
Andrew Robinson (@apr9999) reported@sky After much deliberation I decided to get you to upgrade my broadband & move me from @EE . Waited 3 hrs for engineers who couldn't do it due to blockage in conduit. Now have to wait weeks for another 5 hour slot. Told you can't expedite this failure! Rubbish service!

-
The Emperor Son (@TheEmperorSon) reportedHay @EE and @bt_uk, next time you have a broadband outage can you text me that there's a problem in the area to my mobile phone about the issue? I thought there was a problem with my hub, so performed a reset and unknowingly lost all my contacts. I assumed that the numbers where stored in the handset. My fault for not reading the instructions - but because I didn't know about the broadband outage, I thought the fault was the equipment. Have now added my contacts back to the phone, which are stored in the hub.
-
Gareth Owen (@gjo2405) reported@EE now my broadband is finally working again properly after 4 months, when are you going to let me know the compensation? I’ve tried emailing but all your emails are do not reply! Customer service as poor as your broadband! please don’t ask me to call you, life’s too short
-
Baileys (@HanandGav) reported@EE Please can you confirm if there a network issue as boardband is down and there is no fix with the help recommendations. Is there a global outage. In CO11 area.
-
Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE @EE @Ofcom - all the way through this whole saga it’s myself that’s had to put up with weak “sorry”’s - my complaint being closed without my knowledge, incorrectly- so wrong - no contact with a human being - just texts - so I thought it was time to let Ofcom knew how you operate
