    @EE Hi I upgraded to an S9 plus within the last 12 months and it has developed a white bar down a section of the right hand of the screen, can you advise best process to get it repaired. I am on a monthly contract, obtained from one of your stores

    So @EE casually let someone set up 3 phones in my name and clock up over ยฃ600 worth of charges with calls to Nigeria but didnโ€™t see that as unusual activity. Then go on to give the worst customer service on top of that. Banter ๐Ÿ˜‚

    @EE words cannot describe how frustrated Iโ€™m feeling re: ongoing issue of third party duped me into purchasing new contract, after stating was cool to upgrade from iPhone 8 to Samsung s10; reducing monthly cost! EE have been ๐Ÿ‘Œpast 6yrs, now my solicitor is involved!

    @EE I need support via anything other than phone. My watch upgrade delivery has failed today because the DPD PIN was sent to the watch's number instead of my mobile. Live chat only tells me to call. Could someone please contact me via DM to sort this out?

    @EE the broadband is down in my area but canโ€™t check the status of it due to your incompetent way of checking. Tells me a problem is in the area but my connection is fine, if it was fine then my broadband would be working which it isnโ€™t.

    @EE I'd have expected it to be a case as simple as updating mailing lists the same way you remove my EIN. I don't have the energy to speak with someone over the phone for it, I'll just set all emails from that address to go straight into the deleted items, appreciate the support.

    The worst network customer service i have ever seen @EE . I made an order and customer service said they canโ€™t do anything because the order is still at @parcelforce . the worst courier service in UK. I will terminate all services from EE.

    Due to @EE complete and utter failings I am unable to stream till Friday. This means I have to cancel the TF2 stream that people booked time away from work to be a part of. I am incredibly sorry for this and I hope to be back soon

    @virginmedia @RA0307J your scammers everyone has seen how you operate and where find for those practises how many peoples credit file did you irrevocable damage for late payment of a phone bill?, I've been a virgin media customer since its inception as " Blue yonder" I have just terminated my contract and put here in text " come collect your router" I'm disabled and won't be going anywhere to post it back to you take this as LEGAL NOTICE of the same, now I've moved fully to @EE unlimited tarrif and using my s26 ultra as my hotspot currently have a film on TV and using my tablet via said hotspot, virgin scammers are finished.
