@EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to end of promotional contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband

Hey @EE are U sure LTE is back to normal on the mast covering CF644QS? [LTE-A on Band 3.] work was carried out to add 800mhz. It's complete now. 'cos I'm seeing lower signal on my phone. 🤔 [Though I know U had to switch 2G off for a day as 999 calls failed to route!!!]

@EE I and my neighbours reported no network in our area on Thursday its still not fixed this is not good enough, I work from home and need to be able to rely on my mobile for business calls, why so I paying for a service that you are not providing and not in a rush to sort out?

@EE Yes, we have a scheme paid4 from our annual gov budget which Eng could have instigated too from theirs but chose not to. However mob companies coming to the aid of Eng fams was noticeable as was their omission of supporting Wales/Sco families. Never too late to make amends tho’

Hey @ToTheMoonMobile Do you not have access to @EE 800mhz band? I see 2100, 1800, 2600. But 800 would be a big help as inside signal is really poor around areas of my village.

@EE hi! In my new house I have very weak and patchy signal. For some reason wifi calling isn’t working. Using an iPhone 11 Pro. It’s turned on in settings and wifi is strong. Any suggestions?

@EE Hi Peter. Wifi calling just seems never to kick in. I can only make/receive calls at one end of my house but wifi calling doesn’t seem to allow me to do it anywhere else. I never see the ‘wifi calling’ text at the top of my phone. It’s definitely switched on in settings.

@Ofcom I am constantly getting called on my mobile by 0843 numbers who ring a couple of times in the hope I ring back or pocket dial them. I cannot block them as they constantly change numbers. I am on the telephone pref service. My provider @ee are cannot help. Can you?
