Absolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I can’t cancel it without paying £360!!!

Why do I pay £60 a month for @EE signal to just go down literally ever hour...whats going on? I always payed extra for a good connection...please sort it out!
