Absolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I can’t cancel it without paying £360!!!

@lleeggggyy @EE Yeah 🙈 I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if it’s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

@seafordroly @EE @ThreeUK I used to get the occasional area with 3 when at work where it drops. So I thought id try EE as Vic said theybwrre good. Now im battling to get signal far more often! Id imagine in Towns and Cities EE are probably very very good. But in my experience 3 are better geographically.

@EE Have you turned 4g off now? I couldn't watch the semi final on my tablet the other night because your service is rubbish. My missus got mugged off with an EE contract but as soon as it is finished it is gone.
