    @EE Hi, I’ve had pretty much no 4G coverage in CF24 today. Sometimes no signal at all. I usually receive a text if there’s a problem but I’ve not had one this time. Can you confirm if there’s a problem in this area? Thanks.

    @EE seems that I cannot login to my account, says it's not available, and app keeps failing saying you've got an issue and to come back later.

    @lleeggggyy @EE Yeah 🙈 I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if it’s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

    @EE Disgusting service by EE broadband. Having awful issues and not getting anywhere. This is causing lots of unwanted anxiousness and added worry. We have people trying to work from home as we are in a local lockdown area. EE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

    @EE I'm having issues with the My EE app on Android at the moment. It won't open at all at the moment and keeps getting stuck on a white screen. I've tried deleting and reinstalling but the issue is persisting.

    @EE Hiya. I'm in the US and I can't get any phone network only WiFi. I used the app to try contact EE but it says to call..which I can't do without a network. I'm limited to WiFi use and I would love if someone could please reply with an email to contact for help. Thank you

    @ryanian650 @EE Customer Executive Team were rude and refused to help, credit score has dropped, so I'm reporting them to Ofcom, raising an Equifax dispute and reporting to FOS.

    @EE left ee today after 20+ years due to the cost of their monthly plans compared to every other network. Sad to say, but loyal customers mean nothing these days. I can imagine many customers doing the same this year.

    @HennersL @EE I have exactly the same issue - travelling abroad but my account suspended so my family at home have no phone or internet at all - the EE office is closed - totally unacceptable… @EE is a disgrace
