So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

@EE Hi there, I have for some time had no or little signal in my own home, I can walk 5-10 meters away from the house and I get perfectly fine 4G signal but 90% of the time I can’t even make telephone calls on my mobile in the house...

Apparently because I have an additional line (Apple Watch) attached to my sim contract I have to go to an EE store to cancel my contract. @EE making things difficult to leave an overpriced product. UK’s favourite network my arse!

So @EE casually let someone set up 3 phones in my name and clock up over £600 worth of charges with calls to Nigeria but didn’t see that as unusual activity. Then go on to give the worst customer service on top of that. Banter 😂

Unbelievablly good customer service over phone by @EE - first of all, spoke to an absolute champ in Geordieland who then puts me through to an Irish boy & a half called Sean in Waterford, who chatted about #RWC2019 with me 🇮🇪 how customers calls should be handled 👏🏼👌🏼

@EE your upgrades team quoted me £55-£70 a month instead of trying to help reduce, they actively wanted more money pointed out I dont need 60gdata but that's what they pushing No problem I'll let my contract expire on 3rd Nov and shop about ,for my 2 phones,house and broadband

@EE I was told that I had to borrow money to pay my bill and only then would I be allowed to have incoming calls back what a joke no one has been in xon5act with me since last Friday, no one at all to say I was being cut off shocking way to treat a customer

@EE I can understand not being able to ring or text out but I am not receiving calls It is outrageous way to treat a customer, basically I no one is able to contact me, so if a family member is ill there is no way to let me know shocking

@EE words cannot describe how frustrated I’m feeling re: ongoing issue of third party duped me into purchasing new contract, after stating was cool to upgrade from iPhone 8 to Samsung s10; reducing monthly cost! EE have been 👌past 6yrs, now my solicitor is involved!

No network status update messages from @EE since Friday evening, maybe the issues with the masts are finally sorted. First reported the problem back in July, Altho still struggling with service 🙈

Be careful when visiting @EE store, I asked for a new SIM & number as old contract expired in August. I got everything I wanted apart from the store extending the contract of my old number for two years 🤨🧐 complaint raised new years eve to see how they deal with this now

@EE I want to make a complaint. I have never had such an unprofessional experience in all my life. I had to cancel my Pay Monthly for the new IPhone and now I loose my payg credit until they move me back to payg. EE is a shamble. Been on the phone for an hour and I’m going to O2 now

@Gonejango87 @EE We had no internet for 8 days. EE are truly awful. Had to threaten them with ofcom to get any compensation, it even states no internet after 48hrs on their T&Cs u get compensation for each day. Still didn't get the full amount. Contract up in April then going elseware.

@actuallymrsrees @EE I've always found their customer service good. They don't seem to care anymore about long term customers or offering good deals, Sim card prices also seem to change depending what model phone you have... rip off imo
