    @EE I have ee broadband and this morning I have tried to connect to my Amazon Fire stick and it has WiFi but not Internet connection my phone and computer are fine I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting and rebooting yet nothing is there an issue with the Internet

    @EE My week is very frustrating , no mobile network since last Thursday and having chased for an update your company don't seem to be interested in solving the problem quickly. Can't make business calls but apparently you don't guarantee a network connection so why am I paying you??

    @EE MyEE is not working. Wanted to change my plan. Shame as considering moving to another provider with no contract/SIM only. Would be nice to see if you could match the monthly SIM only.

    So after great customer service from @EE yesterday I've been left sitting and waiting for my delivery today. Just got a message telling me they may not make their TWO HOUR DELIVERY WINDOW. Simply not good enough @EE

    @EE This has had an impact on both work and social life. I'm told by 420. I have zero confidence that this will happen. I was very enthused by the EE customer service yesterday as they couldn't do enough for me. Today....less so. Guess you have my money and it doesn't matter now

    Really disappointed with @EE broadband, after receiving poor internet service and going with internet for the Christmas period., now that I have found a better provider you guys are saying I'm in a contract and cannot leave yet you were not providing the service expected 🙄

    @EE Given up with it currently grumpy old man syndrome set in, may try my luck again tonight, weirdly I could sign in online but not on the app with the same credentials.....oh and I’m still leaving
