    Hey @EE are U sure LTE is back to normal on the mast covering CF644QS? [LTE-A on Band 3.] work was carried out to add 800mhz. It's complete now. 'cos I'm seeing lower signal on my phone. 🤔 [Though I know U had to switch 2G off for a day as 999 calls failed to route!!!]

    @EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase, especially in such unprecedented times. Off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband #BetterDeal

    @EE Hi, I’ve had pretty much no 4G coverage in CF24 today. Sometimes no signal at all. I usually receive a text if there’s a problem but I’ve not had one this time. Can you confirm if there’s a problem in this area? Thanks.

    @EE Disgusting service by EE broadband. Having awful issues and not getting anywhere. This is causing lots of unwanted anxiousness and added worry. We have people trying to work from home as we are in a local lockdown area. EE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

    @EE Yes, we have a scheme paid4 from our annual gov budget which Eng could have instigated too from theirs but chose not to. However mob companies coming to the aid of Eng fams was noticeable as was their omission of supporting Wales/Sco families. Never too late to make amends tho’

    Hey @ToTheMoonMobile Do you not have access to @EE 800mhz band? I see 2100, 1800, 2600. But 800 would be a big help as inside signal is really poor around areas of my village.

    @privatehireguy @XboxP3 @EE No network is advanced in the UK, 5G barely exists even in big cities. It’s useless for me in my area. This deal is just a store shop bundle. If i want Xbox on my phone I’ll just subscribe and use it with my current network.

    @EE @EE my account was hacked last Wednesday / Thursday, over the weekend nobody has done a thing. Customer service/FrAud team seem unconcerned and think 7 days after initial report is ok - I won’t hold my breath. Since then £316 has been added to my number that I have no access to.

    When we shift to a new property we faced the similar issue and we’re told to go for a higher package. We were so fed up with those services and we’re almost certain to discontinue the services but then EE engineer told us new broadband will work. @EE @CitizensAdvice

    @CrazyJuan77 @EE I live in an EE service area but the signal is awful even though the map says it should be good. I believe they only support a specific frequency for 4G? I've never looked into it though. How could I prove this without revealing personal info though?
