@EE I have ee broadband and this morning I have tried to connect to my Amazon Fire stick and it has WiFi but not Internet connection my phone and computer are fine I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting and rebooting yet nothing is there an issue with the Internet

@EE I am truly sorry to bother you on a Bank Holiday but I'm trying to add the paid for ( non- eu) roaming to my account and it just keeps sending the same message back about roaming in Spain. Grateful for any help

@EE My week is very frustrating , no mobile network since last Thursday and having chased for an update your company don't seem to be interested in solving the problem quickly. Can't make business calls but apparently you don't guarantee a network connection so why am I paying you??

@EE MyEE is not working. Wanted to change my plan. Shame as considering moving to another provider with no contract/SIM only. Would be nice to see if you could match the monthly SIM only.

@Stevieboys7 @EE I’m on 4G and it went to 3G then nothing and later I saw where the EE logo is said EE EDGE and next to the signal strength I got E, even with 3G I couldn’t get on the internet I could text my son and called him his phone is on my plan he said his fine
