    @EE Yes, we have a scheme paid4 from our annual gov budget which Eng could have instigated too from theirs but chose not to. However mob companies coming to the aid of Eng fams was noticeable as was their omission of supporting Wales/Sco families. Never too late to make amends tho’

    @EE Any known issues in Cardiff CF11 please? No websites loading and my work VPN has dropped off for about 15 minutes now. Have reset router and the light is ‘aqua’ colour again it still no joy.

    @EE I and my neighbours reported no network in our area on Thursday its still not fixed this is not good enough, I work from home and need to be able to rely on my mobile for business calls, why so I paying for a service that you are not providing and not in a rush to sort out?

    @EE My week is very frustrating , no mobile network since last Thursday and having chased for an update your company don't seem to be interested in solving the problem quickly. Can't make business calls but apparently you don't guarantee a network connection so why am I paying you??

    @EE Are there issues with the network in Caerphilly at the moment? Been struggling for mobile reception for about a week now. And the mobile data is shockingly slow. Affecting all 3 handsets on my contract. Been to work in Cardiff today, and it seems fine and fast 5g

    Hey @EE are U sure LTE is back to normal on the mast covering CF644QS? [LTE-A on Band 3.] work was carried out to add 800mhz. It's complete now. 'cos I'm seeing lower signal on my phone. 🤔 [Though I know U had to switch 2G off for a day as 999 calls failed to route!!!]

    Hey @ToTheMoonMobile Do you not have access to @EE 800mhz band? I see 2100, 1800, 2600. But 800 would be a big help as inside signal is really poor around areas of my village.

    @EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase, especially in such unprecedented times. Off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband #BetterDeal

    @EE I upgraded my plan and bought a new phone a few weeks ago. I was told my bill would be £36 but it was £74, more than double. I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

    @EE How do I make a complaint? I called customer services on Saturday and was given completely inaccurate information by your agent which has led to my son’s number being transferred to a Vodafone mobile which I don’t possess as I had cancelled my order. I am really unhappy

    @EE @RobbyRSSRobot Known Issue several years, so plenty of time to have a fix for it. . If manage to change someone's contact/price you reflect their new phone. Least you can do is make sure correct phone is showing on their app.

    @EE I’m in the middle of changing to Utility warehouse and today was my change over day for my mobile. It hasn’t happened and I phone UW only to be told that EE who they use is down and so the change won’t happen today. So I am now without a phone when I’m away from home.can you help

    @EE upgraded phone. My EE app contract updated but still showing old phone. Only solution offered was try Un-installing/Re-installing and re-connecting to app via mobile data, which didnt work. Known Issue for several years - plenty time EE to have a workable solution

    @EE Thanks Chris I’ve contacted UW and apparently my sim is not linked to the number so they have linked it and hopefully I’ll be connected by 9pm tonight. But they are still maintaining that there has been an issue with EE. My sister is on EE and she has confirm she has had issues.
