I speak to @EE on Thursday who tell me they are a company who have not taken part in consumer law in 2016.....

My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

Getting a phone from EE is great, the team on the phones are brilliant Once a phones goes wrong and you walk in to a store.. they are horrendous. I’ve not been able to access my business account on the app or online for something like 8 or 9 months. Can’t get a statement. Can check contract status. EE have admitted they have enormous tech problems.

The cavalier attitude of your customer disservice people is cringe-worthy and nothing like the ‘best customer service for 30 years’ your pantomime voice answering system claims. You need to put it right as they’re your boxes (2 nd set as the others were recycled on EE instructions in July.
