Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Caerphilly and nearby locations:

  • TomWise_ Tom Wise 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@TomWise_) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales

Unbelievablly good customer service over phone by @EE - first of all, spoke to an absolute champ in Geordieland who then puts me through to an Irish boy & a half called Sean in Waterford, who chatted about #RWC2019 with me 🇮🇪 how customers calls should be handled 👏🏼👌🏼

  • floyd2103 floyd cooper (@floyd2103) reported from Risca, Wales

    @HavardLiam @EE I ******* hate shit like this

  • Bubwal Ade (@Bubwal) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@RIKZ200 @EE @jay_smithy_13 @ThreeUK I couldn't agree more. 3's coverage is the worst of them all. Duped by their lying 'coverage' map. Can't even get a signal in my house. Roll on moving back to #EE

  • jamcole88 🇬🇧Jamie🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@jamcole88) reported from Panteg, Wales

@EE Very low signal. Pontypool NP4 5. Not strong enough to make and receive calls. Let alone connect to Internet.

  • peterkin1010 Peter MacCabe (@peterkin1010) reported from Barry, Wales

@MarcAllera @EE @DevonLiveNews Always pleased to read news like this. I don't subscribe to the EE network but even so filling of network blackspots is always welcome in my book

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Llanyrafon, Wales

So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

  • welsh_stu 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Stuart 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@welsh_stu) reported from Caerphilly, Wales

  • LippyBoy123 Andrew Lippiatt (@LippyBoy123) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales

@EE words cannot describe how frustrated I’m feeling re: ongoing issue of third party duped me into purchasing new contract, after stating was cool to upgrade from iPhone 8 to Samsung s10; reducing monthly cost! EE have been 👌past 6yrs, now my solicitor is involved!

  • DullUddenCow 🐮 DullUddenCow 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@DullUddenCow) reported from Abertillery, Wales

Apparently because I have an additional line (Apple Watch) attached to my sim contract I have to go to an EE store to cancel my contract. @EE making things difficult to leave an overpriced product. UK’s favourite network my arse!

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

No network status update messages from @EE since Friday evening, maybe the issues with the masts are finally sorted. First reported the problem back in July, Altho still struggling with service 🙈

  • PHOENIXS80 MIKE NEATE (@PHOENIXS80) reported from Llantwit Major, Wales

@StThrobber To be fair mate I like @EE and the work phones are now on their network too so it’s even more frustrating if I need to work from home, hopefully they can sort something out

  • Foxy_005 Nathan Fox (@Foxy_005) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@RosssYoungx @EE Who cares, iPhone sucks

  • Tyrone_PT Ty✌🏾️ (@Tyrone_PT) reported from Cardiff, Wales

So @EE casually let someone set up 3 phones in my name and clock up over £600 worth of charges with calls to Nigeria but didn’t see that as unusual activity. Then go on to give the worst customer service on top of that. Banter 😂

  • photographyrsp Rob S Photography (@photographyrsp) reported from Porth, Wales

Any update pls @EE - still no signal here CF39- #nosignalhere six days now... cheers!

  • HuwJones58 Huw Jones🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@HuwJones58) reported from Porth, Wales

@EE your upgrades team quoted me £55-£70 a month instead of trying to help reduce, they actively wanted more money pointed out I dont need 60gdata but that's what they pushing No problem I'll let my contract expire on 3rd Nov and shop about ,for my 2 phones, house and broadband

  • KaceyEdwards91 Kacey Edwards (@KaceyEdwards91) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

Wish @EE would stop sending me daily texts and actually ring me back like they said they would a month ago. Worst network and never any signal when at home 🙄

  • AshL93 Ash Lister (@AshL93) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@EE So I reply to Peter, essentially saying that EE have just shrugged off my issues (lack of broadband, time off work, bill being sent) and Chris is hopeful it’s resolved, shrugging off my comments...wow Customer Service at its best.

  • jamcole88 🇬🇧Jamie🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@jamcole88) reported from Panteg, Wales

Currently with @EE with no/very low signal at home address! Who wants to send me sim cards so I can see what network to change to! @O2 @o2 @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK

  • PHOENIXS80 MIKE NEATE (@PHOENIXS80) reported from Llantwit Major, Wales

@EE Hi there, I have for some time had no or little signal in my own home, I can walk 5-10 meters away from the house and I get perfectly fine 4G signal but 90% of the time I can’t even make telephone calls on my mobile in the house...

@EE afternoon guys wonder if you could help me, I ordered a sim only contract on the 16th June for my dad and he still hasn't received the sim card. How do we go about this as its stated to only 2-3 working days for delivery. Cheers Conor

  • NACCBirmingham NotAnotherComicCon (@NACCBirmingham) reported

@EE have been on phone to you for just short of 90mins, both waiting and on call. None of the customer services options being offered actually solve the issue I’m having, at what point do you stop trying to charge me more money for you not solving the problem? #NoCustomerService

  • Suepross7 Sue Evans (@Suepross7) reported

Six days later and another @EE signal outage in Gloucestershire

  • Captainbeard22 ⎊ JΛᄃK ⎊ (@Captainbeard22) reported

Hi, @EE I picked up a new device from you guys today and was told the Watch4 I purchased as well could be connected to another device not on EE. Via Bluetooth. I've tried countless times to connect it but it won't be found on the device not connected to your network.

  • MichelleThomps1 Michelle Thompson (@MichelleThomps1) reported

@EE how come I have a new phone and I’m on a call and it says call failed! There is no sim in the phone and my signal is fine and I’m on wifi calling.

  • mmackay65 Mike Mackay (@mmackay65) reported

@EE been having issues with signal, been going on for a couple of months now, I've reported the incident and the only suggestion was to switch to WiFi calling, this has fixed the issue at home but everywhere else I still have nothing.

  • sssausage1488 Scotch Square Sausage (@sssausage1488) reported

@EE But hypothetically, if the max she can receive is 9/10mb and she's paying £62 a month for 250mb, what stance do EE take? Surely anyone can see that's not right to let her continue paying that much for such poor service?

  • tamaradavison_ Tamara Davison (@tamaradavison_) reported

Hey @EE. It's been two weeks since my Sim was wrongly cut off. Can you tell me why I've visited four EE stores and spoken to countless customer services reps to get it back ... and you can't help me... but you want to still charge me?
