  Hey @EE are U sure LTE is back to normal on the mast covering CF644QS? [LTE-A on Band 3.] work was carried out to add 800mhz. It's complete now. 'cos I'm seeing lower signal on my phone. 🤔 [Though I know U had to switch 2G off for a day as 999 calls failed to route!!!]

  @EE As far as replies go this is roughly of the same use to me as Vodafone's customer service. My question is whether you too accept these minimum speeds to be "5G" even in the case of full coverage?

  @hrrylolz @EE They constantly lie. I was offered a iPhone 17 pro max on the app telling me I was eligible tried to do it. Told I can’t. 25 years a customer can’t even do a better deal on Apple Music for someone who has 3 lines with them. We’re better off elsewhere!

  @EE can you explain why the people operating your live chat service aren’t clear like those on the phones. The person on the live chat has now left a 16 year old girl without data, which she relies on whilst travelling to school for her safety and the checking of bus times.   PT1 @WeAreOpenreach Formal complaint incoming. @bt_uk @EE Order placed 6 April ahead of house move on 15th. Install promised 22nd. Now pushed AGAIN to 5 May with ZERO explanation. Repeated 48hr updates that deliver nothing. No broadband, TV, smart devices — for nearly a MONTH.
