Absolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I can’t cancel it without paying £360!!!

@EE Disgusting service by EE broadband. Having awful issues and not getting anywhere. This is causing lots of unwanted anxiousness and added worry. We have people trying to work from home as we are in a local lockdown area. EE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

No matter how much I try I cannot get any MMS messages to send on my Honor 50 with @EE - >ve changed apps, changed the APN settings, check picture messaging is enables but *NOTHING* works. Normal messages send no problem. Just MMS. Anyone any ideas?! #help

@EE lovely when your complaint is ignored. Raised on 17th Feb ID1990590. This was about being lied to on black Friday, told I would get a £200 by the advisor. But then told it wasn't meant for me. Shocking. @BBCWatchdog can you help? How can you trat customers like this!!
