  @EE I have ee broadband and this morning I have tried to connect to my Amazon Fire stick and it has WiFi but not Internet connection my phone and computer are fine I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting and rebooting yet nothing is there an issue with the Internet

  @EE Hi, I’ve had pretty much no 4G coverage in CF24 today. Sometimes no signal at all. I usually receive a text if there’s a problem but I’ve not had one this time. Can you confirm if there’s a problem in this area? Thanks.

  @RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

  @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before
