    @EE Any known issues in Cardiff CF11 please? No websites loading and my work VPN has dropped off for about 15 minutes now. Have reset router and the light is ‘aqua’ colour again it still no joy.

    @EE Also looking on the coverage checker, Vodafone have better 5g coverage in Penarth in general for 5g which is my hometown. Turning on WiFi calling isn't enough to solve the problem. As we no longer have a land-line.

    @EE MyEE is not working. Wanted to change my plan. Shame as considering moving to another provider with no contract/SIM only. Would be nice to see if you could match the monthly SIM only.

    @EE I have ee broadband and this morning I have tried to connect to my Amazon Fire stick and it has WiFi but not Internet connection my phone and computer are fine I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting and rebooting yet nothing is there an issue with the Internet

    @EE As far as replies go this is roughly of the same use to me as Vodafone's customer service. My question is whether you too accept these minimum speeds to be "5G" even in the case of full coverage?

    @EE Hi, I was able to log in via the app. But as soon as it launched, it closed down automatically. I uninstalled, and then reinstalled, so it seems to be fine now 👍

    @EE They can't so anything because the Customer Assist Team are "dealing" with it. How it takes 3 months to sort an issue is beyond me. Complaint has been in for 2 months. You'd think it would be priority to sort.

    @EE please explain to me why I am just over half way through a contract with you for an Apple Watch, the watch is not working for no obvious reason and your company seem completely unwilling to repair or replace it. Ever heard of Consumer Right Act 2015?!

    @EE Hi. If my contract is up on the 9th would this mean I'd be unable to make any upgrades or changes after this date? Also what does it mean regarding my contract? Would it continue as it is or would any discounts etc stop? Hope that made some sense. Thank you for any help.

    @EE I have also tried to use the “chat” on the website this morning and got cut off as soon as I mentioned what my issue was. It seems that no one wants to help resolve this which is ludicrous as I’ve been a customer for 10 years!
