  • Tyrone_PT
Ty✌🏾️ (@Tyrone_PT) reported from Cardiff, Wales

So @EE casually let someone set up 3 phones in my name and clock up over £600 worth of charges with calls to Nigeria but didn’t see that as unusual activity. Then go on to give the worst customer service on top of that. Banter 😂

@EE Hi, I’ve had pretty much no 4G coverage in CF24 today. Sometimes no signal at all. I usually receive a text if there’s a problem but I’ve not had one this time. Can you confirm if there’s a problem in this area? Thanks.

  • kenandavestone
kebab (@kenandavestone) reported from Newport, Wales

if I can advise people anything do not take contracts out with @EE 😂 losing my ******* shit with them. Their app is shit, their online website is shit & then when you phone them they have no recollection of anything. Still can’t pay my bill & they’re not doing **** all to help.

  • tanyasimoneox
    t🍉 (@tanyasimoneox) reported from Weston-super-Mare, England

@EE I wouldnt test my patience today David, I’m pregnant and very hormonal. I’ve been with your broadband for almost 5 years. I recently moved home and stupidly decided to stay with EE. But it’s ok I have 4 days left to decide to cancel and go for maybe a better broadband.

  • LRG0808
Leah Griffiths (@LRG0808) reported from Llantrisant, Wales

Seriously what is wrong with the signal with @EE. It’s been like it for days, not what I need when I’m due to have my baby any day and can’t even call out on my phone 🤬😡🤬 sort it out!!!!!!

  • angelawales

  • iestyntdavies
Iestyn T Davies (@iestyntdavies) reported from Newport, Wales

@Spudsghost @EE The @virginmedia crapness is to do with their router I think it’s useless and can’t send the WiFi through paper thin plasterboard or handle the TV signal

  • Jakesmummmm
used to be @Jelcics (@Jakesmummmm) reported from Barry, Wales

@EE trying to add a data add on and it’s not working! Tried through logging in too! Help!

  • ConnorBotwright
Connor Botwright (@ConnorBotwright) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@EE Hence why you should be chasing them. If you don't have that info you should get it. It's the very essence of customer service.

  • MaartenSleeckx
Maarten (@MaartenSleeckx) reported from Victoria, Wales

@EE As far as replies go this is roughly of the same use to me as Vodafone's customer service. My question is whether you too accept these minimum speeds to be "5G" even in the case of full coverage?

  • gavinlew
Gavin Lewandowski (@gavinlew) reported from Butetown Community, Wales

@ee need to kick a few cells around the Cardiff arena tonight very poor 4g coverage had to switch to your neighbours at @o2 for connectivity

  • TweetterRoss
Ross Maisey (@TweetterRoss) reported from Church Village, Wales

@EE Your tech team is useless. I don’t understand why you just can’t help us. We need access to the internet but you don’t care.

  • gilliehowells
Gill Howells (@gilliehowells) reported from Trethomas, Wales

@EE Thank you @EE for contacting Mum today to discuss the poor service she received yesterday. Very much appreciated 🙌

  • thejoolzman
Jules Morgan (@thejoolzman) reported from Penarth, Wales

@EE Also looking on the coverage checker, Vodafone have better 5g coverage in Penarth in general for 5g which is my hometown. Turning on WiFi calling isn't enough to solve the problem. As we no longer have a land-line.

  • stewpalm
Uncle Fester (@stewpalm) reported from Wenvoe, Wales

@EE Shite service from you today. Not impressed

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ulookingatmefu
    DR (@ulookingatmefu) reported

@EE @Ofcom Finally sorted c4 hours later. Quite simply this is why people lying to sell is wrong and why online chat doesn't work. Time she will never get back unfortunately.

  • tashacofield__
    𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐚 𝐇𝐚𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 (@tashacofield__) reported

@EE can you please inform me why BBC and ITV won’t work on my TV? By far the worse TV and internet provider I have ever dealt with. Never again.

  • fredbeare
    Davie G 🇬🇧 (@fredbeare) reported

Do @EE have any actual humans, other than those on commission in sales, working for them? Almost as bad as Virgin Media, certainly worse than @BT who seemed to have taken the worst from both companies and merged. Are there no good comms companies out there?

  • WorbleGames
    Ben (@WorbleGames) reported

@lizardbutts @MarkyTalk @EE As I said to Mark, buying the phone outright upfront is often significantly cheaper long term. Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about £100-£200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down

  • rsanchezpizani
    Rodrigo Sanchez (@rsanchezpizani) reported

@EE can you please get your service right. Is unstable. getting tech support is near impossible. Everything is routed to the useless bot. And even something as simple as getting someone to fix the cable that you installed that has become undone is impossible. Terrible service

  • recklesslntent
    Lu 🎙⚒️ (@recklesslntent) reported

@EE my dad is calling g about his contract and reducing the price of this. I understand due to RPI and being out of contract the price has gone up. But why is he being asked about Netflix and almost a weird focus on this rather than focusing on the issue which is finding an upgrade price that is lower. The agent then focused on cableing which dad has explicitly said he doesn’t want My dad has had a stroke - his vulnerability was not addressed or empathised with once during the call I understand we are supposed to be kind and pleasant on the phone but the agent you have in retentions who spoke to him was not listening, hiding behind process and utterly incompetent

  • chrisdee2016
    Chris Dee (@chrisdee2016) reported

@EE @WeAreOpenreach The order was placed ages ago the equipment fitted but connection to post outside couldn't be made as there is an issue with it we were informed along with our nextdoor neighbour we could ask if they could use the electricity pole to run the cable

  • lennyrfc
    Lennox Richardson (@lennyrfc) reported

@EE Never ideal & always frustrating - it’s 2100 in the evening & I’ve got one bar of signal strength so I’m not dialling a number to speak to an automated person yet again or have a response via this forum using a bot. Your service is woeful at best.

  • hambcwgf
    Hambcwgf (@hambcwgf) reported

@EE Oh believe me I’d love to call but once I can call when home I’ve got no phone signal or WiFi so having your website working would be much better

  • GarethSalisbur1
    human (@GarethSalisbur1) reported

@DerekAllan61 @EE EE are robbing lying ***** , got my bill down to £15 a month with customer services , then get a letter saying that I have to pay £26 a month a week after I got the bill down . Was straight back on the phone and told them I ain’t paying more than £15 a month and that’s that.
