This is causing lots of unwanted anxiousness and added worry. We have people trying to work from home as we are in a local lockdown area. EE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

The contract states "up to". However, you always use the maximum increase you are allowed. This implies a bad faith in your contracts in that you suggest it may be less.

My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

Alan Roberts (@AlanRob68902430) reported@EE 9 years I've had top contract with you, contracts up, since the 9th I've been regularly promised a call back, I had a text yesterday complaint closed, I rang up and got phobed off again told the complaint is open and your exec team have 28 days to respond it was 21 days and
