Absolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I can’t cancel it without paying £360!!!

@lleeggggyy @EE Yeah 🙈 I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if it’s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

@EE Disgusting service by EE broadband. Having awful issues and not getting anywhere. This is causing lots of unwanted anxiousness and added worry. We have people trying to work from home as we are in a local lockdown area. EE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

@EE hi. I got a text saying my bill hadn’t been paid. It looked genuine but when I clicked on the link I got a warning from my browser. I logged into the app and it shows my bill payments are all up to date. Has your text messaging service been hacked?

@EE I ordered a new SIM card 48 hours ago and was assured it would be with us first thing yesterday morning. Two days later still no sign. Customer service couldn’t care less and blamed Royal Mail. Been a business customer for over 8 years. Dreadful service. #EE
