@EE My week is very frustrating , no mobile network since last Thursday and having chased for an update your company don't seem to be interested in solving the problem quickly. Can't make business calls but apparently you don't guarantee a network connection so why am I paying you??

@EE I and my neighbours reported no network in our area on Thursday its still not fixed this is not good enough, I work from home and need to be able to rely on my mobile for business calls, why so I paying for a service that you are not providing and not in a rush to sort out?

@EE Are there issues with the network in Caerphilly at the moment? Been struggling for mobile reception for about a week now. And the mobile data is shockingly slow. Affecting all 3 handsets on my contract. Been to work in Cardiff today, and it seems fine and fast 5g

@123why_ @EE Yep did that the claim went in on the 25th of October I have sent them numerous emails keep getting fobbed off with " we are having tech problems, can you confirm your address " been a customer of EE and Samsung for years that will not be continued.

@EE Hi… could you explain why my upload speeds have dramatically reduced in the last week? I am using a SIM only as mobile broadband (remote location) and am, only getting 1.75-2mb upload speeds with 43mb down. Last week upload was high 20s mb/s. Location NR14

@EE My broadband is down and when I call EE both 150 or 0800 it won't connect and says call ended. My phone is working and connected to 4g. I need to call to fix my BB. Can anyone help please?
