    So frustrated with @EE and they’re shoddy signal!... and now they want to charge me £300 to terminate early because the signal strength is “strong” well you come try and make a call here! 😡😡

    @EE your upgrades team quoted me £55-£70 a month instead of trying to help reduce, they actively wanted more money pointed out I dont need 60gdata but that's what they pushing No problem I'll let my contract expire on 3rd Nov and shop about ,for my 2 phones,house and broadband

    Apparently because I have an additional line (Apple Watch) attached to my sim contract I have to go to an EE store to cancel my contract. @EE making things difficult to leave an overpriced product. UK’s favourite network my arse!

    @EE r shit other half updated his phone now not working. EE said he would have to send it to be repaired. With a charge. So now has to pay for a phone he can't use

    @ShropshireStar Whilst @EE may have provided 5G in the town the service outside is very poor frequently no signal for days on end and many areas that still only have 3G and no 4G for voice calls

    @EE Have tried to view my upgrade options via your website for MONTHS now and always get to the 'sorry! We couldn't find that page'. Checking tweets from others shows this issue goes back at least a year. Can't your web team look into this rather than asking us to call instead?
