  @EE Disgusting service by EE broadband. Having awful issues and not getting anywhere. This is causing lots of unwanted anxiousness and added worry. We have people trying to work from home as we are in a local lockdown area. EE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

  @EE Felt I needed to address my moan. After going through a long winded online process, I did manage to speak to a guide over wi-fi calling who was very helpful (and welsh, which also helped) and then a tech guy who made some changes and fixed the issue this morning. Many thanks @EE

  Dear @EE, why does my new fibre broadband installation not work all the time? It's down in the evening, early morning, and sometimes in the afternoon. Not every day but it is annoying.
