    @EE r shit other half updated his phone now not working. EE said he would have to send it to be repaired. With a charge. So now has to pay for a phone he can't use

    Absolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I can’t cancel it without paying £360!!!

    @bt_uk @ee very disappointed with your service so far, just moved into a rental for the first time, am with EE for my phone contract, so ordered BT full fibre through them. Wasn't informed on the phone that it would need an engineer to set up, wasn't until the order went (1)

    @EE it’s a shame after 27 years with you I get a call from customer retentions to say how much of a valued customer I am, then offered a deal that’s worse than my initial upgrade offer 🙈. Is this a common practice?

    @EE please can someone call me I'vein the UAE and have pre done my World package to not be able to use my phone !!! This has left me with no communication and using WiFi!!!! And has caused me great difficulty with an ill mother and friend at home really the worst network ever

    @EE Please tell me your record your calls. As I’ve just spoke to one of your agents who called me hostile, simply for disagreeing with her my Apple Watch issue is coz of EE and not apple. I’m now cancelling as a result

    Can not believe how slow @EE have been to resolve an open complaint. After agreeing an upgrade with specific add ons only to find out these have not been honoured despite providing proof and call listening. Such a shame
