@EE your upgrades team quoted me £55-£70 a month instead of trying to help reduce, they actively wanted more money pointed out I dont need 60gdata but that's what they pushing No problem I'll let my contract expire on 3rd Nov and shop about ,for my 2 phones,house and broadband

@EE Advisor 2 - Was dealing with the case but never received a reply phone call or email as promised Advisor 3 - Replied almost immediately suggesting that they never received anything additional in the package and that The Royal Mail were the likely culprits

Second time in two days now where I've had to restart my phone just to regain access to my mobile data. Otherwise my Note 10+ just tells me to sign into the network, for the @EE website to tell me I'm blocked from buying data. The support is useless to. Unless I have access (1/2)

@EE I won’t be staying with you once my phone contract ends. Last month I purchased a WiFi device on a plan I was told wasn’t a contract but could be stopped anytime. I decided to cancel within days as the WiFi quality was terrible. As I went in store to do so instead of online

I think it is time to leave @EE after many years of being a customer. They are clearly struggling and in my own situation things are just going from bad to worse, with random amounts now being taken out of my account and each attempt at intervention just creating a bigger problem
