Absolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I can’t cancel it without paying £360!!!

@lleeggggyy @EE Yeah 🙈 I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if it’s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

@OpenreachHelp I work remotely with a poor download speed at home. Currently working off an @ee 4G router, been nothing but intermittent. Advised to switch to copper line router as fibre not available to me, though is in the area. 14mbps tops with this. Can anything be done?

@EE Had nothing but good things to say about EE for 10 years but the shambles of poor service in the last 2 weeks just trying to upgrade have left me wanting to leave. Really poor service to customers who have been loyal to the company 😡😡😡
