EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • DinElleBlogs Denise Michelle (@DinElleBlogs) reported

@EE WHY THE HELL HAVE I BEEN CHARGED £20 FOR CALLING YOUR BROADBAND NUMBER ON 0844 873 8586 TO DISCUSS THE **** BROADBAND I HAVE WITH YOU FROM MY EE PHONE!!!! I WILL CANCEL EVERY CONTRACT I HAVE WITH YOU OVER THIS!

  • sarah_stars Sarah (@sarah_stars) reported

So fed up with this week already. 2 MONTHS AGO @EE arranged for my broadband switch to @bt_uk everything I received said switchover date was yesterday, *** to be sent 2 days before. Hub arrived Friday, waited all day for switch confirmation, never came. Awoke this morning to find

  • GarethECoates Gareth Coates 💙 (@GarethECoates) reported

There is something wrong with the charging port; no obstructions within it, no damage. It just doesn't work properly. Why, @EE, should I be out of pocket? The Tech team offered me account credit for the burner; surely they should cover the policy excess?

  • simjanduovo Wheezy S Baby (@simjanduovo) reported

    @Krish_the_mish @O2 @EE Literally I’m a brand new customer with them and I wanna switch already 🤬

  • steenbras Mike Raath (@steenbras) reported

Here's an idea @EE - self-provisioning for eSIMs. Let the user request an eSIM swap - commit to an additional charge - then provide them with the QR code on the web portal. No need to post, reduce inbound calls, happy customer, win/win.

  • steenbras Mike Raath (@steenbras) reported

@EE Yes I understand that :) My suggestion is that this could be done via your web portal - instantly - without the need for the 1 day delay from ordering to receipt of the pack. You could generate the QR code in the secure environment of the self-service portal.

  • GarethECoates Gareth Coates 💙 (@GarethECoates) reported

Additional point: I pay @EE almost £100 per month across 2 lines, I should be able to rely on them. Instead, I spent more than half an hour going round in circles; my handset has 12% charge and I'm no nearer a resolution.

  • Crakey_Snr Mark Crake (@Crakey_Snr) reported

@EE once again ee service is poor. Something really needs to be sorted. 1-2mbps phone or 4gee router. Please sort it I need it for work. 😩

  • Chrisledger10 Bluejabba (@Chrisledger10) reported

@EE I have made an official complaint as the representative told me a number of untruths, and in subsequent calls I have been given false information, which I am extremely upset about, as I am disabled and needed the plan to help me function on my crutches whilst trying to walk

  • GarethECoates Gareth Coates 💙 (@GarethECoates) reported

Absolutely shocking service from @EE this morning. My phone is within warranty and not charging; the Tech team want it for 20 days with no temporary handset and suggested I buy a burner phone! Nowhere's open, so they transferred me to Insurance, who want to charge me £100 excess!
