@EE Disgusting service by EE broadband. Having awful issues and not getting anywhere. This is causing lots of unwanted anxiousness and added worry. We have people trying to work from home as we are in a local lockdown area. EE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

@EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase, especially in such unprecedented times. Off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband #BetterDeal

@EE Yes, we have a scheme paid4 from our annual gov budget which Eng could have instigated too from theirs but chose not to. However mob companies coming to the aid of Eng fams was noticeable as was their omission of supporting Wales/Sco families. Never too late to make amends tho’

@EE Hi, I ordered a PS5 but didn't have any info so I rang Customer Services but they said it was delivered and the lady on the phone gave a DPD tracking number for it but that says the parcel was delivered in January 2021 and the parcel is a small packet as opposed to a box???

@voneusbroadband 5.77mbs again tonight you need to call yourself super slow broadband yet again back on @EE 4G as it is faster than the drops you provide and happily pillage my bank account on a monthly basis for no return!
