  • Bubwal Ade (@Bubwal) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@RIKZ200 @EE @jay_smithy_13 @ThreeUK I couldn't agree more. 3's coverage is the worst of them all. Duped by their lying 'coverage' map. Can't even get a signal in my house. Roll on moving back to #EE

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Llanyrafon, Wales

So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

  • TomWise_ Tom Wise 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@TomWise_) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales

Unbelievablly good customer service over phone by @EE - first of all, spoke to an absolute champ in Geordieland who then puts me through to an Irish boy & a half called Sean in Waterford, who chatted about #RWC2019 with me 🇮🇪 how customers calls should be handled 👏🏼👌🏼

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

No network status update messages from @EE since Friday evening, maybe the issues with the masts are finally sorted. First reported the problem back in July, Altho still struggling with service 🙈

@EE words cannot describe how frustrated I’m feeling re: ongoing issue of third party duped me into purchasing new contract, after stating was cool to upgrade from iPhone 8 to Samsung s10; reducing monthly cost! EE have been 👌past 6yrs, now my solicitor is involved!

  • mrbean1977 geraint evans (@mrbean1977) reported from Fochriw, Wales

@EE you need 2 sort your broadband out everynight now it drops. How do i cancel my contract as im not paying for this garbage. 😡😡

  • AshL93 Ash Lister (@AshL93) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@EE So I reply to Peter, essentially saying that EE have just shrugged off my issues (lack of broadband, time off work, bill being sent) and Chris is hopeful it’s resolved, shrugging off my comments...wow Customer Service at its best.

  • chlojadexxxx 33333 (@chlojadexxxx) reported

@EE I am currently abroad and my mobile bill was due and I tried to pay online and it didn’t allow me to. I go home soon and I think my sim has been shut off. Is there any way I can pay my bill now to able my service ??

  • Miss_Toppin Miss Toppin (@Miss_Toppin) reported

F*ck @EE #EESucks Why can I have internet in the evening when I donot need it for work and during the day you cut me off. No cafe or gym today. People just need to know that I can not get back to them because you are too cheap to fix the allegedly MULTIPLE masts that have issues.

  • Elizete_33 Elizete Clifford (@Elizete_33) reported

@EE Good Morning, I have recently joined your network. I was wondering how long it takes to transfer my number from O2 to your EE. Do I need to manually change my number in my settings. (iMessage/phone/FaceTime etc)

  • ninjacallum callum (@ninjacallum) reported

@EE you possibly missed the greatest advert opportunity for Christmas with Kevin bacon being in the guardians of the Galaxy Christmas special and he even uses his mobile phone to call earth from space in it would have been a good advert for signal reliability

  • jowhite1 Jo White (@jowhite1) reported

@EE I set up my new sim card on Sunday, and used a PAC code that day to transfer my old number to my new sim. I have no problems making calls and sending texts, but can't receive any, people are being told the number isn't recognised. Help!

  • REDDEVIL71 united forever (@REDDEVIL71) reported

@Jessica85079057 @EE What. Did I read that correctly. £787? Have you escalated it to the financial ombudsman? I think you should. Also request your bank to do a charge back. And they will until the matter has been resolved. Thanks I’ll cancel.

  • JHinsley90 Jonathan Hinsley (@JHinsley90) reported

@EE Not sure what’s going on but I can’t decide which is worse. My home broadband and Cellular Data is rubbish. Is something going on in OL8 4? Meant to be the best network in the UK

  • neelam_s_ali Neelam (@neelam_s_ali) reported

Dear @EE I’ve just seen the £520 injection given without notice or consent. I can understand call charges whilst abroad but taking over £500 from my account as you please? I dont have time to call so take this as a formal complaint. I expect an explanation & refund within 7 days.

  • Jakeleaf217 Jake (@Jakeleaf217) reported

I am beyond words with how awful @EE are. Literal hours on the phone discussing £80 they incorrectly charged me and three months in a row they’ve promised to credit me £80 on my phone bill and guess what… they still haven’t done it!
