Apparently because I have an additional line (Apple Watch) attached to my sim contract I have to go to an EE store to cancel my contract. @EE making things difficult to leave an overpriced product. UK’s favourite network my arse!

@EE So I reply to Peter, essentially saying that EE have just shrugged off my issues (lack of broadband, time off work, bill being sent) and Chris is hopeful it’s resolved, shrugging off my comments...wow Customer Service at its best.

@EE your upgrades team quoted me £55-£70 a month instead of trying to help reduce, they actively wanted more money pointed out I dont need 60gdata but that's what they pushing No problem I'll let my contract expire on 3rd Nov and shop about ,for my 2 phones,house and broadband

No network status update messages from @EE since Friday evening, maybe the issues with the masts are finally sorted. First reported the problem back in July, Altho still struggling with service 🙈

@EE words cannot describe how frustrated I’m feeling re: ongoing issue of third party duped me into purchasing new contract, after stating was cool to upgrade from iPhone 8 to Samsung s10; reducing monthly cost! EE have been 👌past 6yrs, now my solicitor is involved!

So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

So @EE casually let someone set up 3 phones in my name and clock up over £600 worth of charges with calls to Nigeria but didn’t see that as unusual activity. Then go on to give the worst customer service on top of that. Banter 😂

Unbelievablly good customer service over phone by @EE - first of all, spoke to an absolute champ in Geordieland who then puts me through to an Irish boy & a half called Sean in Waterford, who chatted about #RWC2019 with me 🇮🇪 how customers calls should be handled 👏🏼👌🏼

@EE yet again 7 in the evening and no internet. Can I have some money back because your broadband is 💩? Every day a drop out and performance akin to dial up. You put the price up every year yet the service never improves. Stay away from EE folks.

@EE Do not join EE, I've had an awful experience and one I'll never forget. I was verbally abused on the telephone and although I've made a formal complaint it has been ignored and swept under the carpet. Will be removing all my accounts from EE ASAP.

@EE If I were a brand new customer taking out the exact same handset with the same contract, it would be £19 cheaper. Cancellations can't help because I'm on 5 months into a 24 month contract I'm stuffed. I have now cancelled my landline with you, I'll be moving child's contracts too

Thanks to @EE for sorting out my son's phone contract. Phoning up customer support like that pushes all my anxiety buttons and I'd far rather do it all by email, but Joe who I spoke to knew just what was needed #phew
