Chris Taylor🚛💥🤦♂️ (@pinguc7gjt) reported from Blaenavon, Wales@EE can you tell me if you are experiencing network problems in the pontypool blaenavon area in south wales I have no signal, 4g, and the wifi is patchy. It's never been like this.
-
Daniel Thomas (@dklthomas6666) reported from Newport, Wales@EE @pat11669019 From the looks of it prices for new customers haven't increased, only those of your existing customer base. The contract states "up to". However, you always use the maximum increase you are allowed. This implies a bad faith in your contracts in that you suggest it may be less.
-
sheryl fussell (@chickenshed24) reported from Rudry, Wales@EE My week is very frustrating , no mobile network since last Thursday and having chased for an update your company don't seem to be interested in solving the problem quickly. Can't make business calls but apparently you don't guarantee a network connection so why am I paying you??

-
JC (@jaykona3670) reported@EE still waiting for the extender hub to resolved. Don’t say call customer services on 150, it doesn’t provide anything other than a rubbish text message service using a BOT.
-
Fred (@fred6279) reported@untzy @dcuthbert @EE If the SIM part of the contract is up or is monthly rolling then you can get out of that right now while still paying for the phone. I recommend Voxi for the best signal as that runs on Vodafone.
-
Clint Sookermany (@ClintNorDD) reported@EE @_nicks_tweets Hey @EE where can we go to receive more information now that we have no phone connection abroad whatsoever? It makes it impossible to login to your app or website!?! And we can't call?
-
Arnold Smith (@ArnoldLabour) reported@janettocornetto @EE If you can get online using wi-fi, maybe you could install a navigation app that just uses GPS only and doesn't need an Internet connection. The US is quite big, I'm guessing there's places without mobile signal.
-
