Call #1 hold for 37 mins to only speak to someone for less than 2 mins who then put me on hold again AND DISCONNECTED THE CALL. squarepush (@squarepush) reported@EE Yes it's under the minimum I was quoted. And it's the connection speed from the router itself, do before even spreading it to the rest of the network. And most of my broadband demanding devices (XBOX SX, PS5, smart TV) are on Ethernet rather than WiFi.

DPD tried to deliver but failed to, despite it being small enough to be posted through a letterbox. They then said it would be dropped to a local post office, still not there. Help please, ta.
