@EE Disgusting service by EE broadband. Having awful issues and not getting anywhere. This is causing lots of unwanted anxiousness and added worry. We have people trying to work from home as we are in a local lockdown area. EE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

@EE Hi, I’ve had pretty much no 4G coverage in CF24 today. Sometimes no signal at all. I usually receive a text if there’s a problem but I’ve not had one this time. Can you confirm if there’s a problem in this area? Thanks.

@lleeggggyy @EE Yeah 🙈 I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if it’s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

If you take out a sim card with @EE once you stop using their service that sim card is made invalid and useless. Your phone will not be able to receive calls & you will not be able to top up payg. Do NOT use @EE Huge corporate fines will come soon for unethical business practices

@EE .Terrible Internet service. @EE don't install on time, send the wrong we equipment, don't activate your account even days after your Internet supposedly starts. Call them? Passive aggressive staff will lecture you. Awful #broadband #internet
