Absolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I can’t cancel it without paying £360!!!
-
Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Llanyrafon, Wales
So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

Robert Purvis (@robertpurvis) reported from Cardiff, Wales
@EE All sorted when I was finally given the correct number for your sales team. Previous account closed, but was causing issues with website purchase.
-
Tom Wise 🏴 (@TomWise_) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales
Unbelievablly good customer service over phone by @EE - first of all, spoke to an absolute champ in Geordieland who then puts me through to an Irish boy & a half called Sean in Waterford, who chatted about #RWC2019 with me 🇮🇪 how customers calls should be handled 👏🏼👌🏼
-
K A C E Y (@KaceyEdwards91) reported from Pontllanfraith, Wales

@RIKZ200 @EE @jay_smithy_13 @ThreeUK I couldn't agree more. 3's coverage is the worst of them all. Duped by their lying 'coverage' map. Can't even get a signal in my house. Roll on moving back to #EE

@EE Hence why you should be chasing them. If you don't have that info you should get it. It's the very essence of customer service.
-
Vicki Price (@mrsvpricetweets) reported from Gilwern, Wales
@EE Great support offering NHS free data - how about doing the same for families who are using up data to access home learning. Surely there is a need there.
-
🐮 DullUddenCow 🏴 (@DullUddenCow) reported from Abertillery, Wales
Apparently because I have an additional line (Apple Watch) attached to my sim contract I have to go to an EE store to cancel my contract. @EE making things difficult to leave an overpriced product. UK’s favourite network my arse!
-
Lucy (@HeyLucyAnne) reported from Rhymney, Wales

@HavardLiam @EE I ******* hate shit like this
-
Ash Lister (@AshL93) reported from Cardiff, Wales
@EE So I reply to Peter, essentially saying that EE have just shrugged off my issues (lack of broadband, time off work, bill being sent) and Chris is hopeful it’s resolved, shrugging off my comments...wow Customer Service at its best.
-
dawn pugh (@dawninyoureyes1) reported from Pontypridd, Wales

@EE @Ofcom could you advise what I'm suppose to do in a scenario like this with pass the parcel of a customers issue when the fault lies at ee...get messages from every other network
-
Peter Elsdon (@elsdon85) reported
@EE you keep saying our broadband issues will be fixed by 17:58, yet here we are at 19:45 and still no sign.
-
anthonymancs (@anthonymancs) reported
@EE how can I complain to you about text messages not coming over to the @SMARTYMobileUK network. They have tried to resolve it but are stuck. Anyone that's texts me from ee doesn't come to me. All other networks do... Smarty said contact you and ee support said contact Smarty.
-
Aaron hassan (@custardwarrior) reported
Looks like I may be forced to buy some signal boosters unless @EE are generous enuff to give me some for free lol
-
Streetwise Hercules (@LoosestThe) reported
Hi @EE I'm suddenly not getting service where I used to get service, & I need to call a taxi to get home
-
anthonymancs (@anthonymancs) reported
@EE So if I switch to ee in next day or so you would look into a problem on your network? It's clear it's coming from ee? Got good mind to port to ee for the day for someone to look into this. Have sent a worded message to Smarty about this and why you both can't sort this out
-
deebee (@davidbrice09) reported
@EE Thanks EE for ripping me off , your appalling customer service and the lies told to my face in store by business account managers , 20 yrs + as a customer , and acc manager hiding in stock room rather than face me cause he knew he’d been caught , utterly disgraceful treatment 🤬
-
mark thonoson (@tommo172) reported
@EE customer service absolute joke! Spent another afternoon passed from one person to another to then get hung up on and not returned call! Getting a to be a weekly occurrence and getting nowhere! Not bad for 20 years custom
-
deebee (@davidbrice09) reported
@kieranpcooper @EE Good that you’re leaving , where are you going to as I’m out of contract and looking for an honest company with better business account customer service ?
-
mark thonoson (@tommo172) reported
@EE @wembleystadium I’d like to experience a decent 4G signal from yourselves would be a good start! It’s bad when you have to let customers go join Vodafone and don’t want to resolve the problems with a 20 years service customer!
