Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

@squirrelwalker @EE And they wonder why we shop online; the St David’s Store error will cost me around £1800.00 extra Ali, can’t help feeling disgruntled. Glad you’re sorted. Have a great weekend all.

@ee Well over a month now with mobile broadband and still you lie it will be fixed “in 16 hours”. And refuse to cancel the 2 months remaining. Horrible lot.

@EE Hi, you probably get asked this often but it’s nowhere to be seen on your website - I’m an existing broadband customer who is moving home in a month…what do I need to do?

@TorayKortan @EE I’ll be joking you next year my early cancellation is way higher than that. By the time I cancel it will be the 3rd and last account I had with them. All for the sake of £7 inflation rise they imposed 4 months into a contract.

@tescomobile Hi Laura, thanks for response. Always been a problem here, poor signal. Also had a TescoMob for elderly M-I-L but couldn't top up remotely for her as she doesn't do texts (poor sight) and she lived some distance away. Gave up and changed to @EE so no longer a problem.

@EE Hello. My contract has come to an end & I had a text to say the monthly payments will continue to roll over if I don't want to upgrade/cancel, but I would like to go on a SIM only. Do I need to officially cancel the contract or can I just order a SIM and it'll auto cancel?

@EE please can you give me details on how I can make an official complaint. Myself and my elderly vulnerable father were treated horribly at your Hemel Hempstead store earlier today

Is it just me who’s noticed a massive drop in signal quality from @EE in the past few months? Today I’ve had 4-5 dropped calls on top of people sounding like they’re talking through a synthesiser. It can’t be the signal in one area as I’ve been in Newcastle and Glasgow regularly.
