Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

Hi @EE should I consider your non reply a ‘yes’ to my assertion that the SIM giving is to get refugees tied into your network? Are you doing anything to assist these people, arriving in UK with nothing, to get connected?

All this work that keeps happening round here and the WiFi and signal is crap! @EE trying to make phone calls, appointments, meetings on Call and signal Is poor but yet I always get texts saying there doing work. Don't help signal don't cover this area as good

@captaintsu @EE They provide the phone and data + unlimited calls and texts using O2s infrastructure (so whatever signal you have if you're on O2 you will have the same with Tesco) as they rent towers from o2.
