Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

@EE ordered a new phone, paid for a week ago and no support when looking for my order, this is the worse network ever, never any signal, customer service is crap, I work 2 jobs and in both, no signal, England or wales

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk @EE Internet access is now so crucial for the nation that the only solution may be for BT to buy up failing Open Reach resellers like TT and be much better regulated, required to have 24x7 human support and be held accountable for delivering.

@EE They have declined giving me a contract all because I am new to the UK and they said credit score is low. I asked for SIM only deal oo. How then will I build my score? Remember Three gave me contract but I canceled for poor coverage in my area. Any option to be on EE?
