Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

Guys, don’t buy the Samsung Flip Z 3 it’s basically a Galaxy S7 in a flip phone. It’s a nice idea but the quality of both the phone and the battery life are awful. I’ve returned it back to @EE today so I can upgrade to something else.

@EE It's 1pMobile. I misread what they told me, they said that you regulate their charges rather than set them. Still doesn't explain why they've started charging for texting Shout, and they've told me they won't answer my questions so I'd have to make a complaint to get answers.

@EE are you aware of any problems with your transmitters in Leith, Edinburgh? Seem to be getting patchy signal (for data)in a few spots (Bernard street, ocean terminal to name a couple)

Made the mistake of leaving @EE for @SkyHelpTeam (which just doesn't work right with my Pixel) but EE won't offer me the deal they did a week ago as my account is now closed 😭

@EE Currently abroad, roaming not working. Contacted you on Monday to resolve this and it's not been fixed. Chat function not working and, because of no roaming, can't call you.... Help please!

Be careful when taking out a @EE sim only deal listen very carefully just cost me £320 to cancel unneeded line
