Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

@Apple Hi I have a IPhone 12 Pro Max and for some reason over the last 4 days 5G is not working on it, I have spoken to my network provider @EE and they blame your handset and not their network following a recent update you sent out. Is this true?

@EE Thats just it. I had already done the 20 minutes of waiting to get through to an agent. The agent said he was going to check some deals for me, put me on hold for 45 mins then disconnected the call. Ive been with you over 10 years and this is how you treat me.

@EE how do I get a new ip Address? I can't log on to my workplace website as its blocked the ip. Address for some Reason. And ironically the contact support page is also blocked. So I can't contact head office to let them know. I need it for my payslips and working hours.
