    Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

    @123why_ @EE Yep did that the claim went in on the 25th of October I have sent them numerous emails keep getting fobbed off with " we are having tech problems, can you confirm your address " been a customer of EE and Samsung for years that will not be continued.

    Switching to @ee broadband, might’ve been the worse thing I’ve done!! Damn near every week something is wrong with it! I’m sitting in the same room as the router, and I can’t get any connection.

    @Mr_Ben_Adams @EE I struggle to get any signal inside or out. There’s a mast issue that EE just completely ignore every single time it’s reported.

    @ee Why can I not get 5G+ access on we business sim only. Just upgraded only to find out that even on an all-rounder tariff you cannot have access. I will have to cancel this upgrade and move network after 30 years (orange to ee account).

    @EE not happy with service. Had an issue with app etc person on phone had to open ticket with main tech people. 48 hours I was told. Now a week later no call or anything. I will have to phone again later today now. If i didn’t pay my bill bet you would be quick to get in touch

    @EE Why are you not answering now ? Or this is just a bot to keep people busy? I want to know why I will be charged for the device I have already paid, including interest cause you have put that on a contract which you sent me a letter too late to cancel ?
