Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

@squirrelwalker @EE And they wonder why we shop online; the St David’s Store error will cost me around £1800.00 extra Ali, can’t help feeling disgruntled. Glad you’re sorted. Have a great weekend all.

@EE I’ve had a “conversation” with one of your staff online that has taken over 2 hours. And I’ve made almost zero progress. It’s painfully slow, frustrating and cannot be an acceptable way to manage customer enquiries. I cannot face going through all of that again.

The last time I called @EE to try and sort out being overcharged for my mobile bill, I spent 1hr and 10mins on the phone to 5 different people in 4 different teams in 2 different countries and they eventually cut me off, without sorting the problem and never called back.

Signed up with @EE @EEHelpdesk in April and already so disappointed. Your phone consultant entered my email wrong during sign-up, and I still can’t access my account or use the full service you promote on TV. How is it this hard to fix an email? Please sort this.

@__Samantha8 @EE I did when it first started. I explained i had not requested to cancel my service. The request had been made at 2am. They said there was nothing they could do to stop the account being cancelled and I had to switch to EE. Apart from anything my broadband is slower now aswell.

@__Samantha8 @EE I was with BT, I got an email saying I'd requested to cancel my service (which I hadn't), they said there was no way for them to stop it being cancelled and I had to switch to EE and pay more but that I'd get EE TV included, which I've never even connected as I don't want it.

@EE for months now your 4G speeds have gone from slow to ridiculous. Your 5G is even worse so ive had to turn that off completely. Your coverage is also piss-poor and getting worse not better. Contract not fit for purpose, i want out!
