    Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

    @EE @SidQuorn Ours is too, and has been for months,we are paying for a service we can't use. They will try telling you to use WiFi calling,what happens when away from home? Oh heres a new sim try that,still no signal,then the price increases too. Cant wait to be out of contract. Good Luck

    @EE just found out u have hit me with a £5.21 on top of my monthly payment for 16 sec call to Oz??? 16 secs ??? To find out in these times that my son is ok after getting Covid??? Surely you can help me out on this???

    @EE, afternoon! I ordered a sim only deal on Monday via phone. Was told it would be in post next day but alas, it hasn't arrived. Any help and information would be appreciated

    @Metro_Bank & @EE are abysmal at customer service. Paid my phone bill to Ee 8 days ago. Metro left it pending for a week. Ee disconnected my line. Got the funds back from Metrobank try to pay bill again and it has doubled making me unable to reconnect my phone. No help in branch

    @EE Just tried again, manual amount entry and got a 502 Bad Gateway screen. My phone just alerted me to the £10 topup, and also got an email. Please look into this, as there is obviously a problem here. Thanks.

    @EE Hi, just received my iPhone 13 pro max with seal on the box broken. There was no protective bubble wrap at all. Called 150 and got fobbed off. What is supposed to happen? Not happy

    @meganartisx @EE That’s horrific! I absolutely plan too, I have friends who have better service with the likes of Tesco and virgin. Not to mention the difference in price!

    @EE Hi, since Wednesday the connectivity on my broadband has been slow on two mobile devices. Even other gadgets I have are struggling to connect to it
