    @123why_ @EE Yep did that the claim went in on the 25th of October I have sent them numerous emails keep getting fobbed off with " we are having tech problems, can you confirm your address " been a customer of EE and Samsung for years that will not be continued.

    Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

    After getting a new 🆕 phone and iPad from @tescomobile recently the signal around Wisbech is non existent, I’ve put in my @EE SIM card today, actually getting two bars and a working signal, next to sign up to @Starlink tomorrow. 👍🏻💯

    @EE I have tried this to no avail. Do me a favour, you try and navigate your website to report service disruption and see how you get on. The UX you offer is dreadful.

    @EE And the Broadband connection has just gone down again this morning. What is going on? This broadband service is unreliable. Every day, it goes down.

    @Lewciie @EE It seems this is the norm. Ive just had another complaint opened without any intervention from me. They'll probably close it in a minute too.

    @untzy @dcuthbert @EE If the SIM part of the contract is up or is monthly rolling then you can get out of that right now while still paying for the phone. I recommend Voxi for the best signal as that runs on Vodafone.

    @EE Today’s the day when I’m being switched over to you from Plusnet. My internet service has indeed been switched off by Plusnet…but I’ve had no email from you about when and how to connect my new hub. Can you help?

    @EE So what happens with my 7 days of data for 30 pound do I get reimbursed for that aswell considering I’m no able to use.. and surely if it’s worldwide I’m no the only one with this issue
