    Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

    @123why_ @EE Yep did that the claim went in on the 25th of October I have sent them numerous emails keep getting fobbed off with " we are having tech problems, can you confirm your address " been a customer of EE and Samsung for years that will not be continued.

    @nerdydeveloper @EE If I’m honest I would even stretch to say I’ll be happy to pay half of it, discount it down to £50 and as a gesture of goodwill EE will be covering the other £50

    @EE why is my signal not anymore than 1 bar today? Its the same with the others living in my house yet we never normally have this issue?! And what do you plan to do to rectify the issue?

    @harvey_nuttall @EE I've had the same today! I ordered mine on the 1st. I was told on the phone to go in store and cancel my order but they get a disciplinary for phoning stores to check stock! Apalling customer service.

    @EE Have used EE for a while now, can’t fault them, no hassles and good coverage, used O2 before who had worst customer service to the point where it took me an hour just to get through to the cancellation department (this was precovid like 6yeara ago) no wasn’t paid to say this.

    @EE wondering if you help, very poor mobile signal and data speeds in 2 London locations. Very poor 4G data download 15mb and upload 3.5mb speeds in N1 2XQ. In w11 2ps very poor phone signal in area and data download and upload. Can the cell towers be checked?

    @Amithesuperspy @EE Get the discount which is the entire reason I got a new phone! They don't even update anyone or that either they leave you to find out yourself. Never seen anything like it.. 😐
