Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

@squirrelwalker @EE And they wonder why we shop online; the St David’s Store error will cost me around £1800.00 extra Ali, can’t help feeling disgruntled. Glad you’re sorted. Have a great weekend all.

@EE I have the 30 day rolling SIM only contract with you and broadband. My wife now wants the same 30 day SIM but when I sign in it says I can't get another. Is that right?

Hey @ee just to let you know that there appears to be a problem with service in Crockenhill, Kent. Mobile signal ok but Mobile data is not working so can’t use the internet down there.

@EE I’ve spent hours on calls with your unhelpful team…I explain to them that I have no signal in my area but because their checklist tells them that it’s “good service” they don’t do anything about it. I’m paying monthly to receive no/poor service and no support to try sort it.

@EE There are no options for reporting this. All I get offered are stuff to do with mobile phones or stuff to do with broadband. I don't want either: I'm trying to report a problem. Your phone system is as useless as your website

@PeterElson1983 @EE It’s an utterly awful experience. Went to upgrade yesterday and it gave me a new contract, new number. Had to run it again to get it to work an upgrade my line. Now I need to contact them and cancel the error order. So painful! They should close the site to new orders for now!

@EE is actually some retarded network. How can I have 1 bar and they’re trying to argue that I have excellent coverage?!

@EE fathers phone constantly breaking up and rejecting calls. Can't check for issues around WD6 1EN without creating an account (pathetic). @VodafoneUK is your indoor coverage good here as I'll get him to switch

@EE Yes. I want to proceed. Otherwise I will contact whoever is needed. The employee specifically said no limit at all, so this is breaching your terms and conditions. I am not paying for a service I was lied about.
