Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

@EE We have it in HX3 (Halifax) but not where our house is. Looking at the map it seems to be all around but not there. We have poor phone signal anyway so I am thinking it’s a poor connection around it

@EE is it true if a EE customer doesn’t use a Pay as you go SIM card for six months it gets suspended and after three more months it goes cancelled down?

@EE sending replies to people about phone cases and games console stock levels while ignoring customers needing help for hours and hours on end isn't a good look. Please help me 🙏 I've already waited days for a phone call back.

@EE With yourselves. Not BT. The only issue we have is sometimes losing connection upstairs . Speed does very when we are all online at the same time . Stay safe

@EE realy poor...just purchased a 1st apple phone and it doesn’t come with charger or earphones, but we haven’t been told this by ee... now trying to sort but very poor sales service even if it might be an apple policy to help the environment. 😡
