    Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

    @SirRtHonSimonV1 @EE Totally, at one time there was a stigma with PAYG phones and deals but in 2021 they offer the most terrific value. Deregulating it with MVNO operators brought down prices. SMARTY is totally pre-pay with paypal, it suits him down to the ground

    I have just spent over an hour in your @EE Stratford Westfield store for the machines to pay to not work. To be told my card declined. Other customers had the same problem. I was sold a tablet along with my upgrade and now I’ve had to leave with nothing even though I’ve paid 🤬

    @EE I went to logon to my EE app, to check my account etc, advised me to reset my password. Granted, it has been several months since I done so. I went to website, reset password and went to logon. Wrong password, apparently. Tried alternative browser, same issue...

    @EE Hi Shabs, unfortunately I'm still having problems with the app. I've deleted and reinstalled but it still doesn't work. The Google Play store has a lot of people leaving comments with similar experiences. Is this an Android issue?

    @dustlined @EE Other people have managed to reduced the amount via customer agents, but their orders go back to the back of the queue. I've cancelled the order altogether now :D

    @EE finger print too unlock not working, jumping letters when try to text,taking onto other things when try to text, especially of need to call someone its frustrating
