    Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

    @EE Any chance of getting a signal in my back garden ? Live 3 miles from Aberdeen. Have EE WiFi router and business phone but can't get a signal in Back garden ? You managed on a mountain top and yes I have router in best place but even WiFi calling is a joke 🤔

    @EE Will we get a refund for loss of service? I struggled to make calls and had no internet from about midday until roughly 7pm. Absolute nightmare

    @EE Most reliable network in the UK never had this with 3, o2 or Vodafone. Not good guys considering you're much more expensive. No more network envy.

    @EE Hi, while migrating to a new phone yesterday I chose to switch to an esim. Now neither phone has any service. I’m guessing something went wrong but don’t know how to resolve.

    @lfcmania @EE @Veronica_Ameri I've been the same. Rely on wifi calling as the mast here has be down for weeks and weeks! Can't do anything with my phone at the moment its a joke!
