Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

@EE @OpenreachHelp please can someone sort my internet out. it was meant to be sorted on the 15th.. I’ve had 4 different engineers out all saying they’re requesting a cherry picker/hoist. Each time they’ve all come back they are reporting the same problem on your system? 7 days!

@EE is there a way of ending a contract early due to your non existent service in my area?? Or you just gonna keep taking my money every month? “MyPlace update: It's taking longer than expected to fix the problem near Home. We will continue to keep you updated”.

Dear @Ofcom ! If @BT’s Broadband service requires 180 seconds of ‘downtime’ while establishing a 4G connection to @EE’s network as a backup the service can indeed be ‘broken’. Calling it ‘unbreakable’ in advertising is lying - it’s false advertising!

Oh @EE, just one word and I’m going to keep it polite. Poor! Leaving an area with no signal for over a week is just not on. Get it sorted now! Postcode area SN9 5AF and others! That’s Pewsey, Wiltshire.

Hey @EE My PAYG sim has topped working this week apparently because I haven't used it enough. You website said it can be reactivated within a set time but the staff in your job said it's lost forever. I've had the same number for 22 years! Do you want to lost a customer?

Hey @EE when is the internet coming back in Rushden, Northamptonshire? Wasn’t working at 7AM, Reported over 2 hours ago, expecting a call back but not received. Not good service.
