Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

@wsjhamilton @EE At least you can still install it and get the error! I had this for ages, it worked for years before that, then this error and now says it's not compatible with my phone - only thing changed was the app so go figure. They need to get some coders in to fix this!

@EE Hi, yesterday I was offered an upgrade deal on your chat for an upgrade by Mara; told it would be saved on my account notes. Later on, went on chat and Kanika couldn't offer it or be more help so escalated to Rahul, who also couldn't help. Then dc me without an answer.. help?

@EE I’m struggling to log into the app at the moment. Says there are problems, it’s been like that for a couple of days. Logging in online doesn’t work either. I’ve changed my password a couple of times too which hasn’t worked. Are you aware of any issues?

@virginmedia well the signal is still pretty dreadful (next to non existant), is there anything you can do to boost the signal. A box in house like @EE do
