Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

@EE I have and although I’ve spoken to kind, polite and empathetic guides there is still no solution. DPD have admitted that my brand new device was stolen by a self employed driver but nothing has been resolved. A disappointing experience all around to be honest

@EE Your billing team were empathetic, but Sarah from customer care was dismissive and said EE ‘lost money’ on the plan. Texts about changes were vague (should’ve been a letter/email too). £389 over 6 months for 30GB shared data is insane-we’ve now had to escalate to the Ombudsman.

@ThreeUKSupport @bluekatie25 Hi Maxine I think my girlfriend means your innate ability to provide 0 customer service to paying customers who are being charged for a product or service they are yet to receive despite charging them for it the same reason I left your farcical company and switched to @EE
