Thomas Rodgers has definitely restored my faith in @EE excellent customer service from Tom over the phone today, a million times better than the very poor in store upgrade service we received last Nov in Cardiff. Give him a pay rise EE 🙏😉

@EE Ha! Two calls (yesterday and today) and currently in a 3 hours Facebook messenger chat and we are still nowhere near to them even beginning to tell me what the problem with my order/delivery is. This is absolutely ridiculous. Wish I had gone to a different company.

@EE I have been on the phone or chatting to you for 3 and a half hours. With absolutely no resolution. The last phone call to CS was oh Email these people they will be able to help. Asked what the response time is. "I don't know, it's quicker if you do it though". Seriously.

@pedroadelino @EE EE are a network of above average list prices, but they offer a lot of deals. Three UK are a network of low list prices but potentially less discount. To be honest, no UK network has high SIM only prices vs what some countries pay. They're all fairly reasonable.

@EE I upgraded my phone this morning and spoke to someone at 7pm but my internet has been cut off. I’ve had enough of this. Please don’t ask me to ring you my new contact is £89 but hasn’t even started. I will cancel it no problem

@EE hi I'm having trouble upgrading from the App. I follow the link but I get this message (pic attached). When I log on direct from website it doesn't give me the option to upgrade the line I want ( the others on my account are all visible). Help!
