  • HeyLucyAnne Lucy (@HeyLucyAnne) reported from Rhymney, Wales

Yep @EE the storm has knocked your signal out yet again. Slightest bit of wind and its boom I'm not going to work

  • alanjonestcbc Cllr Alan Jones Blaenavon TC & Torfaen CBC, (@alanjonestcbc) reported from Blaenavon, Wales

@EE I’m looking to cancel my account and move to another supplier could you contact me please 07979990007

  • mrsvpricetweets Vicki Price (@mrsvpricetweets) reported from Gilwern, Wales

@EE Great support offering NHS free data - how about doing the same for families who are using up data to access home learning. Surely there is a need there.

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

So I accept that from @EE and sort out my signal/data issues with them to a satisfactory level until I upgrade but they tell me to contact @Apple @AppleSupport immediately as they have given me false information. 4 attempts to contact them without one response or any callbacks!😡

  • TomWise_ Tom Wise 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@TomWise_) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales

Unbelievablly good customer service over phone by @EE - first of all, spoke to an absolute champ in Geordieland who then puts me through to an Irish boy & a half called Sean in Waterford, who chatted about #RWC2019 with me 🇮🇪 how customers calls should be handled 👏🏼👌🏼

  • KaceyEdwards91 Kacey Edwards (@KaceyEdwards91) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

Wish @EE would stop sending me daily texts and actually ring me back like they said they would a month ago. Worst network and never any signal when at home 🙄

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Llanyrafon, Wales

So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

No network status update messages from @EE since Friday evening, maybe the issues with the masts are finally sorted. First reported the problem back in July, Altho still struggling with service 🙈

  • DullUddenCow 🐮 DullUddenCow 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@DullUddenCow) reported from Abertillery, Wales

Apparently because I have an additional line (Apple Watch) attached to my sim contract I have to go to an EE store to cancel my contract. @EE making things difficult to leave an overpriced product. UK’s favourite network my arse!

  • Steffan_McMahon Steffan McMahon (@Steffan_McMahon) reported from Bargoed, Wales

@EE - Yet again rubbish signal in my area, wonder why I'm paying for such a poor service

  • jamcole88 🇬🇧Jamie🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@jamcole88) reported from Panteg, Wales

@EE Very low signal. Pontypool NP4 5. Not strong enough to make and receive calls. Let alone connect to Internet.

  • KaceyEdwards91 K A C E Y (@KaceyEdwards91) reported from Pontllanfraith, Wales

Left @ee 2 months ago, paid a final bill, still haven’t had confirmation account is closed and still having text message updates about the problems in the area 🥱

  • mandymills50 Mandy Mills (@mandymills50) reported from Brecon, Wales

@squirrelwalker @EE And they wonder why we shop online; the St David’s Store error will cost me around £1800.00 extra Ali, can’t help feeling disgruntled. Glad you’re sorted. Have a great weekend all.

  • jamcole88 🇬🇧Jamie🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@jamcole88) reported from Panteg, Wales

Currently with @EE with no/very low signal at home address! Who wants to send me sim cards so I can see what network to change to! @O2 @o2 @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK

  • atifter Atif Raza (@atifter) reported from Llanyrafon, Wales

Contract up and decided against getting a new Iphone which does all the same stuff as the models before it. Now saving £31.98! a month. With the help of this fine gentleman @misamarrai @EE

  • LippyBoy123 Andrew Lippiatt (@LippyBoy123) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales

@EE words cannot describe how frustrated I’m feeling re: ongoing issue of third party duped me into purchasing new contract, after stating was cool to upgrade from iPhone 8 to Samsung s10; reducing monthly cost! EE have been 👌past 6yrs, now my solicitor is involved!

  • mrbean1977 geraint evans (@mrbean1977) reported from Fochriw, Wales

  • brydielwoodward . brydieloa (@brydielwoodward) reported from Aberaman, Wales

@lleeggggyy @EE Yeah 🙈 I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if it’s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

  • timscoreboard Tim Powell (@timscoreboard) reported from Mountain Ash, Wales

@EE The spelling help I need, it's the word changing voodoo I could do with some help with. Does EE possess such an ability

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

So after speaking to @AppleSupport last week on 3 seperate calls they tell me I have a hardware problem with my phone so under consumer law @EE must fix or replace it. I speak to @EE on Thursday who tell me they are a company who have not taken part in consumer law in 2016.....

  • CassCol Colin (@CassCol) reported

@EE hi - I’m experiencing zero mobile network in SM5. When will this be restored please? I have a text saying it could be up to 5 days? Surely not 5 days with zero coverage? Thanks

  • _maria_nagy_ _maria_nagy_ (@_maria_nagy_) reported

@EE I’ve not had a single week without issues with my signal and I’m getting daily texts about your network having issues. I think your ads about reliability are a bit inaccurate…. I have been a customer for 6 years and switching is extremely appealing now

@EE why is my phone literally not getting any service or just 3G???

  • lonefox98 Owen Vincent (@lonefox98) reported

@EE Oh no poor how dare we "falsely accuse someone and get them removed off a street scamming vulnerable people pretending to work for yourself" is it your boyfriend or mate. Very defensive and protective. You know relationships should be kept out of work place, can't stand up for

  • RoryButlerMusic Rory Butler (@RoryButlerMusic) reported

@LavenderTammi @EE Same. A twitter search just about loads (no profile pictures loading) but that's it... Lot of drops recently for such an expensive service...
