Absolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I can’t cancel it without paying £360!!!

@PaigeTurnahx @EE Check how much longer you have left on your contract. If it's a few months, ask them to waive the early termination charge due to poor coverage. If you haven't already, make these enquiries in an EE store on the highstreet to avoid crap customer service on the phone👍🏾
